For all up to date information on strikes. you best consult the website and planners of the respective national companies. Best consult their travel planners a day before travelling.
Major strikes and disruptions will be announced via the interrail app too. But for the moment, April - May will be a much calmer when it comes too industrial actions - but maybe not in France.

The only train strike going on is in France right now. So use sncf.com, they tell at the latest at 5pm the day prior if the train runs.
