Hello i made a reservation for a night train and paid for it, however after seing the booked under overview it diseapeared and i didn't receive a ticket via mail while my friends did

Does anyone knows how to access or ask for sending again the tickets

where did you book the Nighttrain? Via Interrail or on the rail operator website?
