Do you want to travel to Spain in one single day ?
In that case the most straight-forward route would be :
Thalys can be bought here and you don’t need a pass to see the availability https://www.b-europe.com/EN/Booking/Pass (a hefty 32€ fee)
For the International TGV things are more complicated… either contact SNCF by phone or let me know a few dates and I could check the availability on the Interrail website for you. As of today the 14:54 TGV seems to be available on all dates. (36€ fee)
As the seat reservation fees for these trains are very expensive, please have a look at the normal tickets which can be quite cheap way in advance.
High-speed trains in Spain are also a pain to get seat reservations because RENFE doesn’t welcome Interrailers well… The best option is to buy the seats as soon as you enter Spain.
