I am trying to plan my upcoming trip, but cannot seem to figure out how to book reservations from Zermatt to Milan. I am looking into journeys that require minimum transfers, and they all seem to require a Eurocity train. On the railplanner app, it says to make reservations for the EC trains through various websites, however all of those websites say that seat only tickets are not possible to book. Everyone website just says “reservations impossible” Can someone please help with this?

I see available seats for 11€ in both trains on the ÖBB website (using these steps).
If it doesn't work for you, please post a screenshot of where you get stuck.
Could you please say which EC to Milan train you're trying to book? Origin, date, departure time.
