the fastes one is via Zürich

the scenic one (and for me the best) via Andermat

You’ve done Zermatt - St. Moritz via the Glacier Express route, right ?

I’d suggest St. Moritz - Landquart - Pfäffikon SZ and Voralpen-Express (IR) for the last bit to Lucerne.
