I bought a ticket Vienna-Budapest on May 6th but I did not receive the paper ticket. I only have the payment confirmation sent by Interrail. How can I get the ticket please?

There should be a tracking code in the reservations overview in your Interrail, so you can see where it currently is.
If it is not delivered before you start your trip, then ask a full refund here:
Il vaut mieux éviter de réserver sur interrail.eu parce qu'ils ont des prix plus élevés, ajoutent 2€ de frais (+10€ pour l'envoi papier) alors que la réservation est disponible en ligne ailleurs.
La réservation est facultative entre Vienne et Budapest (et dans une très grande partie de l'Europe). Monte dans le train et assieds-toi sur le siège qui t'a été attribué. Il n'y aura aucun problème
Pour la prochaine fois : utilise tickets.oebb.at (pas de frais, ajoute Interrail comme rabais et ensuite sélectionne one-way tickets). La réservation facultative coûte 3€ (2e classe) ou est gratuite en 1re classe. Le site des Chemins de fer autrichiens fonctionne aussi en Italie, Allemagne, Tchéquie, etc.

What was the expected delivery date when you bought the reservation?
The reservation is sent by registered mail so it will be delivered according to the routine for registered mail in your country.
