Following an update, we were made aware that iPhone users may be experiencing an issue when displaying their Pass on the Rail Planner app. Journey information may be missing from the section under the mobile Pass QR code in the app.We have reached out to our carrier members and their ticket inspectors about the issue and we are currently working on fixing the problem as soon as possible.For any disruptions during your travel, please contact our customer service team via the contact form on our Knowledge Base.If you're not experiencing this issue, please don't update your app until further notice.

When you arrive in Paris you spill out straight in to the busy centre of Parisian life, one of the amazing things of course of European train travel, is the immediate access to the centre of its cities. In my case the surf trip out to Brittany involved departing from Gare Montparnasse. Paris is not easy in a wheelchair, that’s my warning. Metro and RER are not accessible at all, so don’t try. You have two options one is to catch the bus, there are buses opposite the station which can take you to all the other major stations of Paris in about one hour. Put your hand out for the driver and ask for ‘la ramp’ which on Paris buses descends from the back door. Remember once the driver has shut the main doors, they reopen them again to engage the ramp, he is not driving off as it first seems! The other option is G7 taxis booked in advance and cost about €50 to get to the other main stations of Paris stations. They are fully equipped and usually meet you at the head of the train, www.g7.fr A

Very excited to be finally going back on the Eurostar over to the continent after a few years since the pandemic had blocked what was for me a regular thing, This time as I put a surfboard under my arm it was with some nerves as I began preparing the wheelchair. As brief overview, with my physical disability I have tried to rediscover the sports I enjoyed before the onset of my disease, this have been both snow and sea related in the form of skiing and surfing. 18 months ago I got back in the water and slowly and surely found a way to get across the waves in the form of a knee surfer style. By chance I bumped into an adaptive England team coach in the water who told me there is a World Series of adaptive surfing competitions out there. So fast forward to 3 weeks ago and after competing in my first international competition in England, this was my second chance to ride some World Series competition waves comes around in Perros-Guric, Brittany, far North-west France. HeyI don't know if this is new, but I think it is. Via b-europe (Thalys/Eurostar reservation page) online it is possible to book reservations for TGVs to/from Brussel for rides to Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy (Disneyland) and Brussel to Aéroport Charles de Gaulle TGV. They ask 20€ in second class and 30€ in 1st class.Via travel.b-europe.com (for trains within france) it is not possible.

With her Instagram and YouTube adventures, she's sharing her adventures to show that travel is possible for anyone.After a 50 hour travel journey i'm replacing my ski clothes at the other side. After traveling through all countries of Scandinavia it was time to travel through the Baltic states. While my wheelchair worked perfect in the extreme winter weather and even in Lapland it suddenly stopped working that well when I arrived in Latvia. My motor broke and without my motor I can't move my wheelchair and can't move myself outside. And there you are, in the middle of Riga, a city with no taxi for wheelchairs, no English speaking train assistance to call and a wheelchair that could stop working every moment. After 2,5 weeks of waiting in a hotel till my new motor should arrive by post, the shipment was canceled.
