@rvdborgt Still I am awaiting there response, I went back to Berlin station again after 10 days but they didn’t accept. have texted them on twitter but they are saying and it has already been a month. Dear @rvdborgt I filled this form you attached. (You can apply here). But Eurostar says I am ineligible. Are you sure about this information “Eurostar however is obliged to give compensation on the reservation you paid (50% in this case)”. Should I email them.
@rvdborgt My eurostar was delayed for 137 minutes on 19th July from Paris to London. They are saying to contact Interrail for compensation. Any idea how much compensation is offered?? Regards
@rvdborgt Last time on 19th July, Eurostar to London from Paris was delayed for 2 Hours 20 minutes. Can Interrailers apply for compensation?

Thanks for your help @Angelo. I called them they said you have to go back to the DB office. I already left Berlin to Warsaw. Do you have any information, where can I complain about it. Or can interrail contact them. this also happened to another girl who went before and the DB lady charged her more as well and she was very rude saying “ Go away, I don’t have tickets or pay this amount.
I bought it from DB on Berlin Gesun Station, even showed them the pass for 3 times, but they said it’s 66.7
@rvdborgt I have booked tickets from Paris to KARLSRUHE Germany through interrail. But I am unable to retrieve the ticket on SNCF mobile app or website? However, I have ticket sent by Interrail. Any suggestion how to retrieve it on SNCF?If not, would there be any problem while boarding the train?

Hello @Nanja, I am going to Lithuania in 1st week of July with Global Pass.I am trying to book the reservation online on ltglink.lt from Vilnius to Klaipeda but it doesnt give any discount. though it says 100% discount. And if I buy the tickets over the counter, they might not be available in case of @Ziblibli . any suggestion??Additionally, I have two Qs.Are there any trains from Lithuania to Latvia and Estonia?And if it possible to book a ticket from Bialystok to Vilnius?

I have a related question. If I have used my inbound/outbound home ticket, France, and then I’m going to London from Brussels Midi, but I have to pass from France (country of residence) will the app allow me to pass.
