what is your question? Travelling in Rome or how to get from Türkye to Rome?
If it is how to get to Rome. You can try via Balkan. From there is a TCDD night train to Bucharest. From Bucharest nighttrain to Vienna and from Vienna night train to Rome* (*Nightjet Vienna-Rome does not operate this summer, it ends in Bologna or Ancona).
Other possibility is to go via North Macedonia, Serbia, Croatia and Slovenia to Italy. But there is no international trains now between MKD-SRB and SRB-CRO.
This would be the solution with less changes. But depends do you need a trip directly to Rome or with stops?
You can also use a bus (not included in an Interrail pass) to Greece and from there ships to Italy (like Bari or Ancona), some line should be included (port taxes or reservation needed) or you get only a discount.
