Hi @LaDonna Curteman, You can share the trip from your App to your friends and they can add the trips to their Passes. You can also add all the Passes on one mobile phone and duplicate the trip, so you can add it easy to every Pass. For more information, follow this link: https://www.interrail.eu/en/support/already-bought-pass/travelling-in-a-group-with-mobile-passes Have a lovely day!
Hi Nathalie, When you cancel your order, there is nothing our agents can do. In that case, you would have to make a new order from the beginning. Please contact customer service if you have any questions about the reimbursement or any other related subject. Have a lovely day!
Hi Matilde, Unfortunately this is not possible. In cases where the name has been entered incorrectly, the system only allows agents to change a few letters from the surname or first name. Depending on the conditions of the Pass, you would have to request an exchange. Have a lovely day!
Hi Simon, When a train has been cancelled and you bought a seat reservation with Self-service, I would advise you to get in contact with the customer service of Eurail/Interrail, since they would have to request the refund for that reservation to the railway company involved. Have a lovely day!
Hi Brins, After purchasing a paper seat reservation in Self-service reservations portal, you get an email confirmation with the tracking number of the package, which you can follow. Additionally, I advise directly tracking the information on the local courier Website. They occasionally have more up-to-date information than PostNL.Have a lovely day!
Hello Diana, Indeed this can only be done by one of the agents of customer service. Please keep in mind that you must meet the age requirements for Youth Passes and Senior Passes; in such a case, the date of birth cannot be changed.Have a lovely day!
Hi Damiano! You can cancel a travel day at any time before the start of that day (that is, until 23.59 of the night before the selected date). Select the Pass in My Pass and tap “cancel travel day”. You can set a new travel day by adding a journey on the desired date to your Pass or using a new travel day via My Trip.If you use a travel day before your planned start date, that will be set as your first travel day and the overall validity period on your Pass will be adjusted accordingly. Have a lovely day!
Hi there!Thank you for all your questions. I will try to answer all of them:As a resident in the UK, you are entitled to buy an Interrail Pass. Please see paragraph 2.1 under this conditions: https://www.interrail.eu/content/dam/pdfs/terms-and-conditions/CoU%20SCIC-RPT_v7.pdf . Let me remind you that you could be asked on the train to show an official confirmation of residence in the UK. When travelling, you must add the journey on your App (if mobile Pass) and activate the QR code that serves as a ticket on the train. If you first journey is London - Berlin, you must add this journey on the App and make the corresponding seat reservations (if required). This depends on the kind of Pass you purchase. If you purchase a continuous Pass (1,2 or 3 months), the travel days start running from the activation of your preference. If you choose instead a flex Pass, you activate the days according to your journey. Please see this information to choose the best Pass for you: https://www.interrai
