7 days travel in one month, travel day 7 doesn't work in the app

Nowadays we give each other service, while no direct service communication is offered by the interrail organization. How can I reach them, by phone or e-mail?Ok, my case:I bought an Interrail pass, 7 days whitin 1 Month (October). I used 6 days and want to travel my last day 7. Via the app I read: ”No travel days left. It looks like you used all your travel days. You’ll need to buy a separate ticket to make this journey”. And the I can only press the yellow button that says “GOT IT” This while I don’t get it: I paid for 7 days in this month and have 1 more to go. If I cannot activate my day 7, wich will be in 2 days from now, I will be in trouble as the controller will ll find me in the train without QR code.What to do?

Olympics 2024

I'm new to interrailing but am planning to interrail in August 2024 with the first leg of my trip being from London to Paris on the Eurostar on 2nd August. This will obviously be a very busy booking period due to the Olympics. Does anyone have any tips for booking please? It is all totally new to me. Thanks!

Hello,there’s a thing that I haven’t quite understood.When can I take my trip back home?Does it work automatically?Me and my friends are going to use up 4 whole days of our pass. We eant to take the outbound journey on the fifth day. Can it be done? Or do we have to take a night train for it to count?Thank you

Hi,I am planning to visit Switzerland on mid December. But I am confused about this interrail pass. If I buy a pass for 3 night for 133 euro, then do I need to pay anything extra to use any train in Switzerland? do I have to book or pay to sbb for transport?

Black Friday promotion

I want to take advantage of the promo and buy my pass. The promo says to activate before June 1, but I travel starting May 2 and ending June 24. It's my first time buying the pass and I'm a little confused. I understand that I can activate the pass without a problem since I start in May, but my question is if I do not incur some fault since I will also be traveling almost the entire month of June. Global pass Berlin -> Toulouse

Hello,I’m planning a trip to Germany and i’m wondering if i can use a global pass day to get back to Toulouse in France from Berlin ? I mean, i’m pretty sure i can use it for Berlin to Paris but can I use it for Paris to Toulouse too the same day ?Thanks for your help !Best regards :)

Different availability for Eurail vs Interrail

I have been using the belgian rail website as recommended by another member in order to check the availability for pass holders of trains in France and the eurostar to London, however, it is not showing the same availability for Eurail and Interrail passes. As I live in Europe I need an Interrail pass. I want to travel from London to Lille or Paris on the 27th of December (2 passengers), when Interrail is selected then there is no availability at all, when Eurail is selected, all the trains appear to be available. Is this just some kind of glitch? I can’t think why there would be a different number of seats for Interrail vs Eurail passes. I don’t want to buy the pass if the train is not available and I don’t know which one to trust, would it be a problem to book the reservation under a Eurail pass but actually have an Interrail pass? Is there a better/different website I should try?Thanks!

Hola a todos . Necesito hacer una consulta.. Viajo con mi prima y queremos comprar el eurail, el global pass, y por tema tiempo, queremos irnos a zurich en avion.. estar un par de dias alli y viajar hacia munich, entonces si tengo un global pass y ya estoy en zurich, lo debo comprar saliendo desde zurich para marcar en zurich? o sea lo tengo que activar en zurich? es que no me aclaro mucho , gracias por responder
