Hi,I added my interrail pass on my mobile Phone but it broke yesterday.I buy a New phone and i Will want to add my pass on this one. I know i have to contact customer service, but i dont find any number. I send a mail. There is an automatical answer wich say that they will answer me in 4 days.I am a little stressfull because i start my trip on saturday. Do you know other way to contact the customer service, or do you know any way to change my pass from my old to my New phone ? Tank you Damien ( sorry for my english wich not really good)
If I have a pass with 5 travel days, do the first train ride out of my home country and the last train ride back to my home country count? Would I have to use 2 of the 5 travel days for them? I’d be so thankful for any help, somehow I can’t find this info on the official website anymore :)
Good evening! This is my current issue: 5 friends of mine and I have booked our Interrail passes within 3 different orders. Now we're having difficulties at booking for our train seats. We've already duplicated the trip in order to join and book altogether but when it comes to the actual booking action (selecting the trains for 6 people ect) it claims to be unavailable. When I book for me and other 3 friends (we've bought our Interrail passes within the same order) it is possible to do that. How can we solve it?
Not currently allowing me to purchase paper passes. What is the best way to purchase the 6 mobile tickets so each person will be able to access from their own phone? We may not take every ride together, but I am paying for all of them and want to use my own credit card for the the award pointsThanks,Bill
Besides wider seat, wifi, etc. as advertised on the website, are there other benefits in reservation, luggage space in 1st class cabins, change of trip, etc. We are planning a trip between Germany, Czehia, Hungary, Austria, possibly Switzerland, I don’t see much direct night train available to warrant a 1st class purchase. Any insight to the differences is appreciated.
My moblie pass is valid on the travel day (it is shown on my phone), but the barcode scanned by the ticket inspector says the pass only valid for the next day. Why is this?This happens three times in Switzerland since yesterday. Before yesterday, the pass works fine.
Hello Everyone, I have a question and maybe you can help me with it. I want to use the Night-Train from Wien to Brasov tomorrow, 19.07, and did not take into account, that it is smart to book those at least a week a head. Now, is it possible to book an e-ticket with a paperpass? If I print it I have it as paper! Also, I tried to book the reservation with both the App and on the website, but when I type in when and from where to where I want to travel and click of search, there is a pop-up, which tells me to fill in the numbers of traveler’s before continuing. The only thing is: I can’t find the field to do so! Do you guys have any ideas? Thank you before hand Yours Zoé
I have boarded three trains so far travelling in France, all SNCF (TER) trains said not to require reservations in the Rail Planner app. Only 1, from Paris to Dijon, has accepted the pass. The other two, when the conductors scanned it, showed me that the ticket returned NULL when scanned, and I had to pay 60 and 90 euros to stay on the train! In every case, the planned "Journey" was added to my pass before they scanned the QR code.What's happening here? I paid 200 euros for this pass now I have to go around Europe paying out each of the rail companies when the pass comes through null!? What is being done wrong!? Do I have to stop at the ticket booth and show THEM the code, then they give me the ticket? Am I missing a step here? I've never used an eu rail pass before, and it's my first time travelling in Europe. Please help!
It is very unfortunate that TGV LYRIA is charging outrageously expensive prices for the journey from Bellegarde (FR) to Geneva (CH)Paris - Bellegarde = 10 euros (1st class and 2nd class)Paris - Geneva = 27 euros (2nd class) and 57 euros (!) euros (1st class)For a ride of +- 30 minutes such a big price difference ... between Bellegarde - Geneva.
If you travel 1st class (also interrail), you can choose your seat on the TGV, normally.Due to the fact that SNCF no longer makes it possible to book domestic train journeys online in France for Interrail, I (temporarily? ) have the following question:If you contact the call center of SNCB INTERNATIONAL in Belgium, 0.30 euros/min(!) , would they also be able to book the desired seat or not?I think I've done it once, but it took a lot of effort.
I”m using my 3 months pass since July 4th and Friday before to move from Munich to Berlin, my mobile pass was delete a message ask to recreate my mobile pass but my mobile pass account was not able to create. Now after two days, a new message says “ the reservations are not connected to a mobile pass”. the IT department create a new apps with a schedule agenda and create some confusion a new internship error ??
Planning a 3 generation trip for 6, Old and Middle generations will be spending 21 days, young adult grandsons will join us for 14 days. Never bought more that a specific ride before, but am planning to make this as simple as possible and purchase 22 day passes and 14 day passes for the kids. From what I’ve read here, there may be some issues trying to get the tickets to the proper phones and also some issues with getting the mobile pass to operate properly. Trip will include Prague and Budapest. Any input would be appreciated. The trip has a lot of moving parts, I just want the trains to be as simple as possible.
I have logged into my account on eurail.com and want to make seat reservations except the self reservation tool doesn’t appear. Every time I load the page it shows up with the instructions to “use the timetable below” to make the reservation except that said timetable doesn’t appear. I have searched all over the website and can’t seem to find the tool. Am I doing something wrong? Will it only appear within three hours of a trip I’ve added to my pass? For reference I am using an iPhone and have tried both on safari and google chrome to no avail.
I have been trying both on the website and the app to book reservations but I can’t add a traveller.I have reached out to the customer service several days ago but no one got back to me and now my depart is imminent. Why is there no way to contact anyone about this??
Hi, I am trying to make a reservation for the nighttrain from Paris, Austerlitz to Port Bou (Spain) for the 4th of Aug. via the reservation tool, however it says that it is not possible anymore to make reservations via the tool.Same counts for our travel back home when I try to book Barcelona - Paris Gare de Lyon (17th of Aug)…Should I call to sncf or renfe or can this be solved otherwise? Thanks in advance!
