Hi,I made a reservation for a trip from Paris to Turin for next Monday 25/07, my money was taken but I did not receive any ticket or confirmation email. It’s been a month that I try to reach the assistance but I had only one response, asking me to give my reservation number, I answered that I did not have any, as I had mentioned but now I don’t have any news.So I wanted to book the trip again, but now it is unavailable on the website.Do you know by any chance if there is a way I can get that train on next Monday ? Or get the assistance to help me ?Thank you for your help,Léone
Hi! I would do the greek interrail but the ticket can onlybe delivered at home on 9 July. When will I receive thepass nulber? Only when the ticket arrives at home orimmediately after the reservation online?I mean, I would like to departure 11 July, and if the ticket with the pass number arrives 9 July, I can’t do the reservation in 2 days before departure.But I’m asking if the pass number(needed in order to do the reservation of the ferries) come immediately after the reservation on line and I haven’t to wait for that to come with the ticket at home..

What happens if my seat reservations have been returned to sender? They were sent to my accomodation who weren’t available at the time of delivery (and didn’t go to collect as promised) and subsequently have been returned to sender which is Eurail. I’m really counting on these seat reservations. Thanks in advance for your help.
Dear Interrail Team, we want to travel from Germany to France next week. Since there were no more reservations available for our route, we wanted to purchase seats on travel.b-europe.com. Unfortunately, this is only possible with a pass cover number and its not available on mobile pass, I am asking you to please direct message me this info. Thank u very much!Julia

At the eurail website they say I have to change trains 1x. On the Austrian train connection website they say I have to change trains 2x. Which one is right?My journey will be from Zurich to Ljubljana and will definately make 1x stop in Schwarzach St. Veit (Austria).

I asked customer service eurail b.v. the “passcover numbers” of our mobile interrail passes. I didn't get it because I didn't mention a specific reservation. I see in the forum that many request this under time pressure. I also know that it is only necessary with a limited type of reservations. To avoid that stress, I already requested the passcover numbers for our three-month interrail passes, which we will probably use in a few months. That you need a specific reservation question to get these numbers: is that new or has it always been the case?
