I have purchased a eurail pass, and am now trying to book seat reservations! However, the train time options coming up in my search in the app, are then not showing as options when I go to book seat reservations on the website!! Why is this?Thanks in advance!!
The interrail app show by the train Mandello Del Lario - Olcio: not in passnetwork. But in my opinon is that not correct. In my information: is just a trenord train, right? And also in other trennord trains is interrail vallid. Why interrail would be not vallid in the train Lecce - Olcio???
I hope this is okay to ask here.I have a new phone and am moving my plans for Interrail from old phone. I have the rail planner app but no way to transfer planned trips, so am starting again.I had a trip planned from Vilnius to Bialystok on 23rd August. After doing research it seemed this train now ran daily at 12.10, and changing in Mockava.I can not find that journey in the app now and am getting concerned after making reservations.I am wondering if there might be an issue with the app. I added in the via Mockava and I get returns on the journey but all are dated July 6th. A list of 5 journeys, all that date.I tried searching Vilnius to Mockava - thinking I’d split the journey - and get a list of 5 returns, all dated 6th July. I have checked with PKP and this journey exists. Even if that journey had been removed from the pass it would still show? Something up with the app? I’ve asked on twitter but have had no answers.
Hello I am planning a trip from Munich to Venice, then Florence, and finally back to Munich. To save money, I purchased an Interrail pass.When I tried to book seats using the Interrail website, I noticed that it costs more than 130 euros for 2 adults and one child under 7 for just a one-way journey from Florence to Munich.For the outbound travel, I managed to book a ticket using the DB website, which only cost me less than 9 euros.Now, I have a few questions:How can I book seats for my Interrail pass? Is there a specific website where I can book seats for my travel? Should I use the Interrail pass for traveling between Venice and Florence as well?I want to make the most cost-effective choices for my trip, so any advice or recommendations are welcome. Thank you!
Hi I'm trying to book seat reservations for 6 people from Lausanne to Paris at 9:45am on 11 August. I get to the last stage of checkout and get a red error message saying 'one of the legs of your journey could not be booked. This is the only journey in my cart. I've tried many times and just keep getting the same error. I don't understand as the website says seats are available? I also get the same problem if I try to book the train from Geneva or a train from Lausanne at a different time on the same day.Can anyone help?Thanks
Hi, We are a family from Sweden with two younger kids and a little dog. We would like to experice the night train through Germany to Swizzerland, and continue from there to our destination Sicily. Are there any night train with sleepers between Hamburg and Munich? so far jag have seen for example ICE1689, but there is no sleepers on that train, is that right? Again, Duisburg till Basel, NJ 403, the price for a coach/ person is 159 Euro, is this possble? even with a interral pass? or am i searching in a wrong way? Hello all!When I booked my train trips I was a complete rookie and didn’t know you could set transfer times. When we leave Nice and arrive in Marseille St Charles we have 17 minutes to switch trains going to Nimes. In Nimes we have 11 minutes to switch trains going to Barcelona.Is this possible? We are not familiar with these specific train stations. These are paid reservations but tickets are Eurail passes and can be changed. I am considering booking new reservations? Any advice would be appreciated. Cheers, Brian

European citizens can use an Interrail Pass instead, available from Interrail.eu for the same price as a Eurail Pass.”But on https://www.myinterrail.co.uk/interrail-passes/ - it’s all about Interrail passes for UK people? Interrail site is the most frustrating site I have ever come across. totally unfriendly site to use. Nothing works properly,. so difficult to leave a message as every time I TRY IT SENDS ME TO ANOTHER QUESTION WHICH SOMEONE HAS POSTED WHICH IS COMPLETELY NO USE. THIS IS MY 5TH ATTEMPT SO HERE GOES. I really want to speak to real person but it seems to be impossible with Interrail - I hope their tickets work better, but judging from the reviews I have had, everyone is having issues. I have two question. First. Why on earth does Interrail not have a telephone system where you can call and get help? I have been trying since March to get help. Left message in the enquiry form. Have left message in Messenger which just goes to a Bot who cannot help. Have left a note to be called back, no one does. Its really disgraceful . Its put me of using Interail . The trains are TGV 6074 Nice Ville to Marseilles St Charles and IC 4764 Marseilles St Charles to Toulouse Matabiau on May 6th.
My partner and I each have 4-days-in-a-month Interrail All-Europe passes. We are planning a trip in December from London to Sevilla. On the outward journey, we want to take the Paris-Latour Intercite de Nuit couchette service on Sunday December 5. Using your website, I added all the various journeys to the Basket [London to Paris and returning; Barcelona to Sevila and returning; Barcelona to Paris on the homebound leg; plus the night sleeper service on the outward leg.] When I tried to proceed to Checkout, there was a message in red below the Paris-Latour leg of the journey, saying “Please find an alternative connection.” I tried again. I also tried booking a 2nd class couchette instead of 1st class [the class of our Interrail passes]. But I got the same message. Please can you help me to book this service for myself and my partner.
Hi,I’m trying to book reservations for some trains later in the weekend, and I cannot continue because the site only lists EU countries as countries of issue for documents, even though I have my country of residence and currency set to Canada. How do I change this, or can I just lie?

I recently booked a reservation for Eurostar from Paris to London. I didn’t realize it was a 1st class reservation until I saw it on the ticket that it only valid for 1st class only. I actually did input my Eurail pass number in when booking, so I am not sure why it went through. There is no 2nd class ticket available to exchange. I am currently in Italy and not sure if the ticket office here can help since it is a different train operator. I was wondering if it is possible to pay the difference in price from 2nd to 1st class for reservation from b-europe. Anyone had the same experience? Should I call the customer service or I can just pay the difference at the Paris station?
I am currently travelling in Europe and I have used once day on my pass. However when I uninstalled and reinstalled the railplanner app, I could no longer add my mobile pass. This is a serious issue as I have already had to buy a full fare ticket. I am also travelling tomorrow morning and it looks like I will need to book a bus if the problem isn't sorted. I should note my app is fully up to date, on an android phone, and I've contacted customer support numerous times today. Does anyone have a possible solution, or a more direct route to customer service
I have bought an online Eurrail pass and I’m travelling from Amsterdam to Zurich. On the Eurrail planner website I saw there is a direct train going from Amsterdam to Zurich (depart 20:28 and arrive 08:39) and it says that I can board that train and don’t need any reservations for it. However, somehow this train does not show up in my interrail app, so I cannot add this train to my trip. Does anyone have this same problem? Or know how I can still add this trajectory to my trip? Or does it mean that I cannot take that train?
Italia Notte - reservations for our intended trip are open on trenitalia but not visible on Eurail? How long does it normally take for them to shownup on this site? ( we are looking to book 1 x 2 berth deluxe and 1 x 3 berth deluxe on thr Rome to Palermo 20:31 departure on 6 April 2023. )the special fares on Trenitalia are still more expensive in this case than the pass holder reservations at this point thank you
Hi,I have a Interrail GlobalPass and am currently in Austria. I would like to book the Budapest-Bucharest night journey but on the Hungarian site, despite the addition of the pass, the fares are much higher than expected, perhaps they contain the seat + the ticket and I can't find a way to separate them. On the Romanian site, it is impossible to put a form of discount/pass in the entry data. Finally, on the OBB site, the ticket is indicated as not available. Do I have to wait until I'm at the station to take these tickets? I also want to book the Bucharest-Sofia but on neither site is it possible to select these departure and arrival points. How should I do ? Finally, on the Sofia Istanbul, I guess it is only possible to pick it up at the station. Is it possible to still get a seat by booking at the last minute ? Thank you in advance,
I am going on interrail this summer with a friend and we have serious problems with reservations! First my friend and I do not have the same timetables in our app and then the reservations are impossible to make at any date in poland, they say that they are fully booked at any date or time.
Hey everyone, I know there’s been a lot of discussion going on about the seat reservation between France and Spain but I still struggle to make my reservation. As I am currently in Germany and planning to travel to Lyon and one day later (2.12.) from Lyon to Valencia, I cannot book this trip as indicated at a local spanish station. I tried via app - says ticket would arrive too late and cannot be booked therefore, also tried to send it to my hostel in Lyon and it would still not work. Then I tried at a local european station counter - they say they cannot book it either. I tried to call SNFC but the call is not going through. Has anybody another idea?Did anyone ever let a spanish friend buy a reservation locally and thenreceived it by email?How good are the chances to book the ticket the moment I arrive in the evening of 1st of december for the next day?I really hope someone can help. We made several reservations with the interrail tool. We indicated that we wanted second class seats (non-silence). The interrail system did make the reservations for us, however, most of them are in a silent compartment.This is not the biggest problem because two of our seats are actually business silenzio 1st class reservations. The order confirmation indicates we booked second class, but the actual reservations don't. I have contacted interrail two weeks ago but still don't have a reply.Does anybody have the same issue? How did they solve it?
Hi there,me and my boyfriend are travelling from Germany to England on August 12th and come back August 17th.I bought a second class global pass but there are no Eurostar seats available anymore. On the Eurostar website it shows that there are first class seats available still.Can I exchange my second class pass for a first class pass in order to book a first class reservation?Or do I need to get a refund for my current pass and then buy a first class pass.Any advice will be much appreciated.Thanks in advance!
