Hello, I bought my global pass 4 days ago and activated it for the 3rd august. I was planning to travel this day but finally I traveled the 4th. My pass sans it remains 2 days travel on 4 ! Although i traveled only 1 ; todayIt says that the 3rd was a travel day but i didnt travel... I don't know how to cancel this ( it was written when i activate that i can change the first date travel but is it too late ? ) I am a little worried because the help center takes time to treat demande and im traveling only this week Thank you for answers !
Hi, So last week I booked for my family 4 tickets from Paris-Remiremont one way.This week I discovered there is such a thing as Eurrail! ( I know very stupid).I guess there is no chance I can get refund or transfer those tickets into a Eurrail Pass? I cant find this info anywhere .. Hopefully someone can help me out. (ENGLISH)Hello,I'm still brand new here and would like to start in a month & don't want to do anything wrong … In my selected route abroad and also on my selected route back to the home country, i get a notification saying “Conditions are valid" (orange bars, see picture 1). It is said that these conditions apply to travel with a one country pass and that more information could be found under "travel information".Unfortunately, I couldn't find any "travel information", nor find out why this notification is not displayed for all of the possibile routes this day (but exactly for the routes we have chosen, since we are happy to have longer stops at the individual train stations —> picture 2 and 3).What do I have to do now or do I have to consider something special? I bought Eurail passes, for my family of 5 on Rail Europe. now I am trying to load them into Eurail to make seat reservations and it is saying name and Pass number don’t match, but they are exactly what is on my Eurail account. Can anyone help? I tried to get them through Eurail, originally, but the site kept saying error.
Hi, one question. I would like a quote to leave Italy and go to Slovakia and back. In the pisos selector select only Italy (departure) and Slovakia (arrival)? Or do I necessarily have to select Austria as well? Because it gives me different costs. I should just visit Slovakia without (possibly) stopping in Austria. Does the use of the ticket refer to within 24 hours of the initial stamp? Because necessarily I would only need the first day out and the day of return about 10 days awayCiao, una domanda. Hello,I have a question about trains in Baltic area. I solved how to get fron Tallinn to Riga by trains (through Valga), but these trains are not in rail planner app. How do I get my tickets with Interrail Pass? Because if i dont have the route in app, I dont have QR code. Is it possible to go to station in Tallinn and show them, that I have Interrail Pass and they give me the ticket? Hi, I am sorry if this was asked before but I don't find the answer. I am in Germany and I want to take tomorrow the train from Hamburg to Copenhague but in the information post of Berlin Hbf said to me that I need compulsory reservation when interrail web and app told me that it isn't. I would like to know if I can sit on the floor with this pass but no reservations in this train and Denmark, Sweden and Norway ones. I need help badly as I'm travelling soon. I have a Flexi pass giving me four days' travel. I've made all reservations successfully and loaded the first two days' journeys onto the pass. But the next two days simply will not load. They show under My Trips but will not link with the pass. There is one page of the app which is supposed to let you link with a pass but it only allowed paper passes. There are no error messages showing. I've tried messaging and Facebook - no reply. The phone number given in the app is ‘unobtainable', travel time gets ever closer and I'm desperate. Please could someone help thanks.
Hi, I'm Hyunjin. I got a refund for my Belgian seat reservation on July 23rd. But it turns out that Eurail Pass used it on July 23rd. I got a refund on my seat and didn't use it. Can you cancel the date of July 23rd in my pass? One day is not enough for the rest of the trip. Please be considerate of me. Thank you, Eurail.
Hallo zusammen,es gibt ja diese Map mit den Strecken. Sind das dann alle Verbindungen zwischen den Strecken, die ich mit dem Global Pass fahren kann?Es gibt ja sicherlich auch dazwischen noch Orte die von zum Beispiel Bussen angefahren werden. Gilt da der Pass dann auch oder ist das individuell abhängig von dem jeweiligen Unternehmen?
Hallo Interrail Comunity , Ich habe eben bemerkt, dass ich ausversehen einen falschen Reisetag (und zwar heute, 03.August) bei der Interrail-App, „My Trip“ ausgewählt habe, anstatt morgen wie es eigentlich sein sollte, da ich morgen erst weiterreise. Da der Tag aber schon angebrochen ist kann ich das nicht mehr ändern, so wie es Tage zuvor ja normalerweise möglich ist. Ich habe leider auch keine weiteren Reisetage übrig. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit das zu ändern, sodass ich morgen fahren kann, da ich heute ja auch nicht mit diesem Ticket gefahren bin?
Hey travelers, we’re currently trying to plan our trip from Munich to Bordeaux. This is our first Internal Trip and we’re still struggling with the reservation (and the high reservation fees). Problem 1) A lot of trains seem to be blocked. When I click on a train connection in the app, there’s a red text telling me that there’s no booking option. Can somebody explain to me if this is a platform bug or if those connections may be available soon? Problem 2) The few connections which I can book are pretty expensive due to the reservation fee. Are there any tips for cheap connections from Munich to Bordeaux or is it a “normal” Interrail issue to pay so much money on top? Best greetings from Munich,Jona

Hello, I’m planning to go to France (Lille-Lyon) and am curious if anyone has experience with the following: I’m comparing booking a seat reservation via the travel.b-europe website and via the interrail website, and I am particularly interested in the refund policy. I found this:Interrail website: cost of seat reservation: 12 euros, yet I did not find whether you could get a full refund when cancelling before departure. Travel.b-europe: cost of seat reservation: 20 euros, and it seems you could get full refund if you cancel before departure (so-called “High Flex” fare, yet there aren’t many details about it to be found, so I am not so sure about this one either).Could anyone confirm or correct the information I found, as it could be possible I will have to cancel this trip because of personal reasons, and that’s why I am searching for the most convenient ticket option. I am planning on trying to get from the Normandy/Caen area to London on August 7th. On the Eurail it says that we have to get seat reservations but when we try and book seat reservations it says they are unavailable or full. Is there any other way to get seat reservations? I assume go to the train station? I am at Paris Nord right now trying to get assistance but am unlucky. Our route would probably be Caen to Paris and then Paris to London.
Dear Community,our last Interrail tour is ages ago after school. Now we are considering it again to travl with my 2 year old daughter. We live in the UK now and wanted to visit the grandparents in Germany.Unfortunately by train there is just one way via the Eurostar. It seems that many tickets and seat are avaiblabe, even on short notice, but reading through the recent posts, there are not much good news agbout the combination of Interrail and the Eurostar. We will give it a go either way, but like to aks some questions, which can hopefully be answered here:as fas as I understand, you need to buy Interrail pass before before making any plands, right? after planning the journey for an adult and a child we get our seat reservations for the Eurostar via the reservation tool, right? Does my 2 year old need a seat reservation for the Eurostar? Can I also get the seat reservation via the Eurostar webside or only with the Interrail reservation tool? Hi there,I will travel with the one country mobile pass this week for the first time.I have a question concerning saving multiple journeys for one day. Is it possible for example to plan the journey of a whole Friday, in separate journeys without using up multiple travel days? Will the app be fare to see that if I save a journey for Friday morning, and later in the afternoon on a different journey for that same Friday, it will still fall under one traveling day?
