I am looking to book a National Express coach from London Victoria coach station after departing from the eurostar. There is guidance about how long to arrive before the journey but nothing about how long to allow to get off the eurostar to st pancras! How long would you say would be safe enough?
Hello! My parents and I are taking a trip to Europe next week. We purchased a 1st class EURail pass and have been booking the train rides that require reservations. Toward the end of our trip, we are taking night trains. I saw there are multiple sleeping arrangements available for purchase on the night trains. Could someone explain the difference between the 1st class 3 person sleeper and the 2nd class 3 person sleeper? For another one of our train rides, there is not a 3 person sleeper available and there is only a 4-person berth available for the night train. If we purchase the 4-person berth, will they fill the 4th spot or is there a way we could get the 4 person berth for only three of us? Also, will my dad be separated from my mom and I on gender-specific berths? Thanks so much!
I’m trying to book a TGV from Zurich on the 18th of July, but am coming across this error It only seems to be for this train, all the earlier ones work ok and offer a reservation fee to be selected. This service actually goes all the way to Paris which is where I’m trying to get to, but it doesn’t show that route even as a ‘sold out’ option - just sends me via Strasbourg (the first leg shown in the screenshot above).What does “Seat reservation information isn't available right now” mean, and if it doesn’t mean ‘sold out’, how can I book a reservation for it?Thanks for the help! :-)
"Prices temporarily unavailable" is shown when trying to make a seat reservation from Paris to Marseille (I already have a eurail global Pass)The website tells me to book it through 'travel.b-europe.com' They require my pass cover number which is not offered on mobile passes. Hello,I recently made a reservation to get from Napoli Centrale to Frienze S.M.N through Eurail’s website. However I was given 1st class reservations? My recipt from Eurail states I am a second class pass holder. I was not able to choose first class via the website so I am confused as to why I was given 1st class seat reservations. Hi, 3 related questions, please - I hope someone can clarify.I plan to use my 3-month continous pass between 1 July and 30 September. I am a UK resident:Can I use my pass BEFORE an Outbound journey? I will already be abroad when I’d like to start using my 3-month (ie on 1 July). Can I return to UK using an Inbound journey (although I won’t have left the UK on an Outbound)? Can I then have 2 Inbound journeys (instead of 1 Outbound and 1 Inbound)? I plan to travel again in August and September. I would pay for my own own Outbound (in August) but use my pass for my final Inbound journery at the end of September. OR, should I wait until August to use my Outbound journey and September to use my Inbound? In this case, would I still be able to travel in Europe BEFORE August (ie before I trigger my 1st outbound)?Basically, I need to return to the UK twice between 1 July and 30 Septmeber and would like to travel whenever in EU using the Outbound-Inbound allowance for 2 Inbounds.Many thanks for
I bought a Interrail pass and I live in France, I will be traveling to Switzerland but in the residency I added Switzerland.I activated the pass, but as soon as I realised that I needed to use the outbound/inbound ticket, I didn't use it, and now it has been 2 weeks and I cant travel and no one is answering.If you could please tell me what should I do.Thaank you!
We want to travel from Australia to Europe on November this year. When would we need to purchase a pass by? I want to leave it as late as possible in order to save the money for it (probably the 10 day pass) but I don’t want to leave it TOO late.I assume I have the option to have it on my phone rather than via post so I can save time?
As part of the trip my husband and I are planning, we want to take the train from Vienna to Istanbul (and back).I’ve done a lot of searching for the routes, and while I’m not yet sure of what our stopovers on this pair of long train trips will be, I do know that the trip is likely to involve trains between Vienna and Budapest that require reservations as well as trains between Budapest and Craiova and/or a train from Craiova to Vienna that also require reservations.The Eurail.com site indicates reservations will be mailed to my US address by registered mail. How long roughly does this take? 2 weeks? or 2 months? I ask because we will be flying to Europe on June 20, and I’d hate to buy reservations only to have them not get delivered in time.As a second question, I also have noticed that the information about international train between Sofia, Bulgaria and Istanbul, Turkey don’t seem to be available from Eurail.com and the “more information” seems to indicate that you need to buy the
I bought a pass for italy i looked up de trains in the rail planner, the train i want to take needs a seat reservation but when i go to de other site to make this reservations, i cant see this trains. It looks also like every train is already booked. I wanted to book the train on 15:10. How can i make a seat reservation for this train? I hope someone can help me.
I’m trying to book reservations online for myself and a group of friends, for some train journeys within france. But when i get to the checkout it asks for me to provide paper pass numbers, when we have digital passes. Is there a way I can reserve these seats online without having to go to a french train station as I’m not in Europe until next week?
Hi, I just booked seat reservations from Amsterdam to Nice and Nice to Wien, and the total of my cart was at 118 euro. As I was getting to point where I pressed “Agree to terms and conditions” the price recalculated and shot up to 266 euro, more than double. What the fuck? I am already super disappointed in how much the mandatory seat reservations cost to the point where I’m thinking why did I even buy the pass? What’s the point of the pass if the seat reservations end up costing as much as the pass?
I am unable to book a Eurostar train from London to Paris through the Eurail booking platform. The Eurail booking platform seems to be broken - I get an error message every time I try. I tried booking the same train reservation through b-europe.com, but I need a pass cover number to be able to complete the booking. My mobile pass did not come with a pass cover number, so I contacted Eurail customer support to request it. No response after 2 days.Does anyone know when the Eurail.com booking platform will be functional? Does anyone know how long I should expect to wait from Eurail customer support to get my pass cover number?
Hey there,I added a route one day to my trip Because I planned to travel that day but I then decided not to. Nonetheless the system counted it as one travel day and probably added it to the pass even though I didn’t use that day (Wednesday, the 11.05.2022) What can I do to get my day back since I didn’t make use of it in my mobile pass
Hi Community,I have booked reservation on eurostar from london to paris on 21st May. I want to change that to other date, Eurostart app allows me to do that, Can I go ahead and change the date? What will happen to reservation booked via interrail? Will it still show on interrail account? if the interrail account did not get updated, will my interrail pass get activated on 21st May? Kindly let me know how the validity date is calculated: I have a global pass valid for 3 months, which says "Activate the Pass by 8 April 2023", it means, I can make my first journey on 7 April 2023, and use the Global pass until 7 July 2023?The reply is very essential to plan the trip. Thank you.
