Yesterday I experienced troubles with a place reservation. I got a message on the website of interrail my payment wasn't successful so I retried. However later that evening I notified I did make 2 reservations for the same train and consequently paid 2 times. As the travel is already today I couldn't cancel the second reservation.After many troubles - it is a real challenge to contact interrail - I found a mailaddress and explained what happened. However I am very worried about getting a refund, and these reservations weren't cheap. Did the same problem happen to anybody else and did you get a refund?Thanks for sharing experiences.
Hello,iget problems with my pass because I was planning better schedule times on the mobile pass and happen that my ticket use the inbound just to another city and I can add to get to my own city, I contact them but I don’t know if I can continue my trip inside of my country, I have 9 day left on my pass so shouldn’t be a problem but i want to make sure because isn’t show me any ticket.
Hi!I hope someone can help me. The day after tomorrow, I want to take the train from Bologna to Stuttgart. I need two seat reservations. But I don’t really understand what options I should click on the OBB website. When I click the 6 euro seat reservation it only reserves a seat on the the train from München to Stuttgart, but a reservation on the train from Bologna to München is especially important because it’s expected to be very busy. When I click on ‘ticket already exists’ I have to click the 6 euro reservation as well. Is it sufficient to only click the top one of 20 euros in total? I can’t see if I have a seat reservation then. I hope someone knows the answers :) Thanks!!
I booked a train ticket through eurail, and the printed ticket was supposed to be delivered.However when it's delivered, I wasn't at home so I couldn't receive it and now PostNL is sending the ticket back to the sender.They told me to contact the sender and ask the sender to resend the package, but I cannot find the contact of this company.What should I do?
Hello all :) I was wondering if you can help me please? I am looking to print my digital pass. Is this possible? In Montenegro it seems as if they won't accept a QR code. We are travelling to Belgrade this evening. Basically I would like to make my E ticket into a paper ticket. Also do I need a seat reservation? My wife and I have a first class pass which we have been unable to use so far. Hoping this changes today!
Hi there,Everytime I plan my journey, the journeys are kicked out of my railplanner and timetable…. Also half of the qr codes aren’t working… it says there is no journey for that day but I planned it.I am a little bit stressed out right now, because i’m travelling right now and i neef my passes and qr codes…I hope there is a solution.Kind regards,Sofie Wetsema
Hi!I am trying to book seat reservations from Bergen-Voss and Myrdal-Oslo, but cannot get through the booking as the "continue to traveller details" button does not work.I have also tried to book on the Norwegian vy page, but you can only book reservations in addition to single tickets - which I do not need because I have a global pass. Where/How can I book my seat reservations otherwise?
Hello, just lost my phone today on the train, someone found it back and left it in basel switzerland station. Tomorrow is my last travel day, i was planning to go back to paris but before that i need to go to basel from kehl germany. I cannot make reservations online with my computer, need help to deactivate my pass and add it on another device for tomorrow @Anjathank you !!!
Hey, when i make a reservation on this site i have to enter my MobilePass Code. Does this - if done on my Computer - effect in any way my pass on the Smartphone? Or does it activate the pass? And which role plays the Trip I connect on the Computer if i have another Trip connected in the mobile App i plan to use for the journey? Family travelling from Brussels to Cologne on a Germany country pass (the route is covered).I found a train in the Interrail app that says “reservations not required” but I thought I’d play it safe and reserve seats anyway. The German site bahn.com says the train is fully booked. So, which is it - can we travel without reservations, or is the train so full that we won’t get on even without reservations? It’s only a two hour trip so as long as we can get on I’m sure we can sit on our bags if we can’t find a seat. Just worried about actually getting on the train. Same situation for all trains that day or I would have booked whichever one I could.
Attempted to purchase a paper Global Pass on the Eurail website. Delivery for the paper pass is not until October 2. Our Travel isnt until early December, however, I have two trains that will require a reservation, and would like to do that before the paper ticket arrives, as I dont want to find out later there are no seats available for passholders. My question is if I go ahead and purchase the paper ticket now, with delivery much later, can I get the required pass number to go ahead with my reservations? I really do not want to get a mobile pass. I do understand some folks have had good luck with it, and some not so much. Just prefer the paper. Thanks in advance
My wife and I bought an interrail pass for our 18 year old son, but my wife activated the pass on her phone. How can we set it up on our son’s phone? He starts his travel very soon (3 days). Any help would be greatly appreciated. And if we do need to contact customer service, what it the best way to do that?Thank you all so much for your help!Denis
Hi Guys, myself and friends are trying to book trains from zagreb to split and back again at the start of september but there isnt an option to reserve seats for every single train for the next few weeks. Is there an issue with the booking system or are all of the trains actually reserved? Thank you

I changed my seats, but I forgot to change my outbound day, which is today... I would still like to travel this Sunday, and I am ok with four travelling days instead of five. But I understood that you can only leave your country once. Cuando tienes que apuntar la fecha y hora de los trenes en el pase impreso, al lado pone: « From: To: »Mi duda es si por ejemplo tomo un tren de Milan a Pisa, debo poner simplemente el nombre de la ciudad o el del tren. Por ejemplo: Milano Rogoredo o poner simplemente Milano Mi otra duda es si hago ese trayecto, tengo que hacer dos trasbordos, ¿debo apuntarlos? I bought an Interrail Global Pass.I’m trying to book a seat for the train from Copenhagen to Hamburg on the 19th of August (I’m flexible with dates)However, the interrail app is not allowing me to book and on the German train website is not possible to make interrail reservations.I’m calling them and there is no answer. If I wait to get to the station to make a reservation in person, chances are there will be no seats left. Is there any other way of booking seats on trains? Thanks,
Hi guys!I have the interrail global pass with 4 trips within a month. I hve already booked one trip from Vienna in Austria (where I live) to Stralsund in Germany. Now I wanted to book a train from Stralsund to Regensburg and it showed me that I had to use the second outbound/inbound trip. Why is that?I should mention that I`ve accidentally filled in Germany as my country of residence instead of Austria.Could anyone please help me? Good day, I am facing an issue at the moment with my interrail pass. I want to schedule my journey back to my home country -which is Belgium- and the app tells me that I wasted both outbound and inbound day travels. When I checked closer, I discovered that the app put me an In/outbound day journey on a Berlin-Prague travel. It has no sense. Furthermore it took me one hour for getting out from Belgium. How can I lose both In/out travel back on on one hour travel. It seems that the app is having some troubles and I am sure that I would have less issues with the paper pass as I used when I was younger. Please enlighten me on this case. Thanks in advance.
