Hello, everyone. I am trying to make a reservation train from Paris Gare De Lyon station to Barcelona-Sants with a Eurail pass 1st class tickets at 7/23 and the Departure time is 10:10(TGV 9713). But I cannot make a reservation because a delivery post could not arrive before I get on the train. I try to call SCNF (00 33 1 84 94 3635), reply that they couldn’t answer the call.Is there any way to make a reservation for this train?
Hi, I’m using Eurail Pass and I want to go to Hamburg from Copenhagen.On the mobile app(rail planner), they don’t say this connection needs reservation. However when I search by website, it shows me I need a reservation.Does anybody knows which one should I follow?The train connection I want to use is IC.
Hey guys, I just got my pass and activated it on the mobile app. I want to make a seat reservation but the app says I have to log in to on the web ( which my web account is not linked to my pass even though it’s the same email , is there a way to link?), and then when I go on the web it tells me to make a reservation through the app. So I can’t do it either way. This is for Italian trains.
I have a journey from Brussels to Salzburg via train and there is a transfer by foot at Munich station and the time for next train is after 15 minutes, my concern is that I have luggage along with my wife and 2 kids, will I be able to catch the next train and how would be the transfer of luggage can be managed, please guide. Some trains have 5 minutes between each other for me to leave the first one and hop on the second one. If my first train gets delayed there is a huge possibility I won’t make it to my 2nd one. Does that mean the money I paid for my reservation will just be worthless and I will have to buy another seat reservation for the next train? Or how does it work?
Hello!The train from Prague Hlavni Nadrazi to Budapest-Nyugati on July 11, 2022 at 10:56, has been modified. Apparently some traintracks in Hungary cannot be used and part of the route has been replaced with a bus service. Our train is 279 and therefore it is affected by this modification. We reserve a seat on the train, do you have to reserve a seat for the bus or is it already included? Is there something to do or nothing to worry about? Apart from having the seat reserved, we also have the train reserved with the interrail pass.
Hello, I booked many trains all at once on Monday and one particularly long leg got messed up and I was notified it wasn’t fully booked and instead stuck in “PRERESERVATION MADE”. All other legs were booked, however they still don’t appear in my “Reservations” portion of my account. My travel is happening on Saturday and I still haven’t heard back from customer support about this. In the email notifying me about the reservation problem I was told this could be resolved! I would just book a new leg, but I got charged for the whole trip and don’t have enough to make a new reservation!! In addition, the reservations portion of the website is next to un-usable and I’m worried this will just happen again. I haven’t been able to find any phone number to call or any way of talking to a non-bot… anyone have an idea of what I”m supposed to do? Micha

Hi everyone I am trying to make seat reservations for a train from Paris to Annecy on 30th July anytime after 12pm. It looks on the interrail.eu seat reservations site like there is availability on a number of trains leaving that afternoon. It lets me select the 1st class or 2nd class option, asks for my contact tel number and to confirm the details of the people travelling (pre-populated) and then takes me to a screen where I need to tick to accept the booking conditions (screen before payment). At this point it refreshes to say that “this leg of my journey is no longer available to book’ and that the leg will be removed from my basket. It doesn’t however remove it from my basket and also won’t let me edit and remove it! Thinking that there might be issues with the website, I tried to complete a booking through the other suggested route - the website B-Europe. Here I was able to select a train with availability but could not complete registering the passenger details as it asks for a
I have already saved an outbound journey on my Trips and I can see the ticket on the section “My pass”. When trying to save a second journey (not outbound nor inbound), I can see it on My Trips but not on My pass. How can I retrieve the ticket ?
Hello!When I search for Prague - Liberec in the Rail Planner app it tells me “Not in pass network”. When I search in the seat reservation search, it tells me no seat reservation is required and that I’m ready to board.How can I know which of these are correct? Hi, I bought an interrail pass on my computer, bought seat reservations on my computer, downloaded the app on my phone, activated the interrail pass on the app, but I can't see the seat reservations/ booked journeys on the app. How do I get my journeys (which I've paid for and have the email receipt) on the app??
I want to make a seat reservation for the euro night from vienna to poland but it's not possible. I tried multiple dates but it doesn't show me the price. Would I be able to step on without a reservation or is it mandatory? I'm confused since in the app it says it's obligatory but in the website it says it's not.
Hi,I'm starting my interrail trip in Paris and I fly into Beauvais. My first train will be from the Beauvais train station to Gare du Nord on a TER train. I assumed this service did not need a seat reservation. However, I've seen some stuff lately that said TER trains going to/from Paris need seat reservations. We're taking a train from Kopenhagen to Hamburg, on the app it did not say that reservations are needed, but now that we're on the train the train conductor says we need one. Is this common? Is there a way to figure out if trains require it even tho it dosn't say on the app? And what should we do hahaha . Quick help appreciated

We are in a bit of an emergency situation, because tomorrow we need to go to Perpignan from Milan and had to change our route because the time to change between trains was too tight.We wanted to book the reservation to the 17:10 train but it doesn’t show up on the Interrail site while all others are available. We have nearly 2h in Lyon station so we were thinking of just reserving there if we can’t find another way, even if it might end up being full at the last minute. Is there really no other way?
