Hello Community,I purchased a paper pass yesterday and I would like to make seat reservations for some of my train journeys, especially eurostar as I am worried they will sell out but it says I need my pass cover number which it says will be on my ticket that may only arrive on 25th July and I am planning to travel 29th July...Is it possible to find out my pass cover number and make bookings before the paper copy arrives, otherwise can I change it to be a mobile version to avoid the problem? Thanks
Does the Rail Planner App only show me the trains i am allowed to take or all the trains in general? There are some railway companies who don't accept my interrail ticekt so I am wondering if the app does the job for me already and sorts out all the trains i can't take?
Hi there! I hope someone can help me out.I’m trying to book reservations for the train from Bergen to Myrdal on July 23rd (either departing at 8:15 or 8:29). For the first option I can only book paper tickets which won’t work because they won’t arrive in time, for the second option it shows me fares but doesn’t let me add the tickets to my cart. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?I tried calling Entur to book the tickets with them but was hold in the line for an hour with no results.Does anyone know if it’s possible to book the reservations and pick them up at a train station in Norway instead of having them sent by post? Is it possible maybe to contact Entur in a different way than through the hotline?Every answer will be very much appreciated! (I’m freaking out a bit here because we have all the hotels and night train reservations booked for our trip and it would crash the whole plan if we couldn’t get on one of those trains. 😅)
It’s quite frustrating because I can’t press the “continue to traveler details” button. I have tried to book for only one trip after I read that usually that happens when you try to book several trips at once, but it’s still not working for me. Not loading, nothing. Any solution to this?notes: I have the Eurail Global Pass and traveling with 4 travelers
I am trying to book on the Interrail website to go from Brussels Noord to Innsbruck HBF in Austria for 31st July on the night train. I can see the price fro the seat reservation is $14 when I am not logged in, however as soon as i log in to try and book a seat and pay it says price unavailable. I am now trying to book the seat reservation on the company website or on a different train website, but how do i put in that i have an interail pass and obviously don’t need to pay the full price for a ticket and just need to pay the 14 euros?Please help!!!!!
I am planning to take a train from zagreb to ljubljana on the 12/7 21:27. I can see the train on the app and website, where it tells me to buy seet reservations. But when i go to the page to buy seet reservations nothing apears and it is not available?
Coucou!I’m trying to leave from France going over Germany to Italy with the Intervall Global Pass. But as it happened to many others, I believe, I cannot book seat reservation only for SNCF. It’s not working neither over the interrail portal nor over the SNCF site. Does somebody already has experience on how to book seat reservations in France and can give me an advise? Does this mean i cannot go on this trip?Or can i always make a seat reservation at the trainstation on the day we want to go on the trip.In specifik is this question about the trainroute from Bruxelle-Midi to Barcalona-Sants on the 19th of july

The train times and dates do not show the correct ones and I am not able to find the same times. Hi everyone I am trying to make seat reservations for a train from Paris to Annecy on 30th July anytime after 12pm. It looks on the interrail.eu seat reservations site like there is availability on a number of trains leaving that afternoon. It lets me select the 1st class or 2nd class option, asks for my contact tel number and to confirm the details of the people travelling (pre-populated) and then takes me to a screen where I need to tick to accept the booking conditions (screen before payment). At this point it refreshes to say that “this leg of my journey is no longer available to book’ and that the leg will be removed from my basket. It doesn’t however remove it from my basket and also won’t let me edit and remove it! Thinking that there might be issues with the website, I tried to complete a booking through the other suggested route - the website B-Europe. Here I was able to select a train with availability but could not complete registering the passenger details as it asks for a
I have already saved an outbound journey on my Trips and I can see the ticket on the section “My pass”. When trying to save a second journey (not outbound nor inbound), I can see it on My Trips but not on My pass. How can I retrieve the ticket ?
Hello!When I search for Prague - Liberec in the Rail Planner app it tells me “Not in pass network”. When I search in the seat reservation search, it tells me no seat reservation is required and that I’m ready to board.How can I know which of these are correct? Hi, I bought an interrail pass on my computer, bought seat reservations on my computer, downloaded the app on my phone, activated the interrail pass on the app, but I can't see the seat reservations/ booked journeys on the app. How do I get my journeys (which I've paid for and have the email receipt) on the app??
I want to make a seat reservation for the euro night from vienna to poland but it's not possible. I tried multiple dates but it doesn't show me the price. Would I be able to step on without a reservation or is it mandatory? I'm confused since in the app it says it's obligatory but in the website it says it's not.
Hi,I'm starting my interrail trip in Paris and I fly into Beauvais. My first train will be from the Beauvais train station to Gare du Nord on a TER train. I assumed this service did not need a seat reservation. However, I've seen some stuff lately that said TER trains going to/from Paris need seat reservations. We're taking a train from Kopenhagen to Hamburg, on the app it did not say that reservations are needed, but now that we're on the train the train conductor says we need one. Is this common? Is there a way to figure out if trains require it even tho it dosn't say on the app? And what should we do hahaha . Quick help appreciated
Hello. We are in a bit of an emergency situation, because tomorrow we need to go to Perpignan from Milan and had to change our route because the time to change between trains was too tight.We wanted to book the reservation to the 17:10 train but it doesn’t show up on the Interrail site while all others are available. We have nearly 2h in Lyon station so we were thinking of just reserving there if we can’t find another way, even if it might end up being full at the last minute. Is there really no other way?
