I cannot see my seat reservation on my account and I haven't received any e-mails after my purchase even though the payment went through. I booked seats for 5 people on two different trains for a total of 220 euro. I leave in 2 days and the support team isn’t responding
Hello!At this moment, I am trying to book my train from Muenchen HBF to Ljubliana for the first of august (01/08/2022). The train leaves at 23:07 and arrives at 6:00. It is necessary to have a reservation. However, it seems to be impossible to reserve a seat other then having a paper ticket or at the train station it self. So my question is: Why can I not book a reservation for this train? Does anyone know what to do? Thank you in advance,Wiht kind regards, Dehlia
Hi! Yesterday I made 8 seat reservations, the money was taken from my account, but I can’t see or find the reservation anywhere… not on “my side” or in my email. When I made the reservation I got an confirmation on the site, but now it’s gone…? Anybody else who has the same problem?
Hi, I tried to book a reservation on interrail website but because of technical issues I didn't get any reservation (it doesn't appear on the website and I've got an email saying that they had a problem) even though the system took my money.Is it possible to have a refund? Thanks
HiI’m trying to book the train from Madrid to Barcelona but unable to do it on the website. I can book it via the renfe website but can’t see a way to use my Eurail pass. Is this journey included with my pass/ can I get a discount with the pass or do I have to buy a separate ticket?
Hi,I made a reservation for a trip from Paris to Turin for next Monday 25/07, my money was taken but I did not receive any ticket or confirmation email. It’s been a month that I try to reach the assistance but I had only one response, asking me to give my reservation number, I answered that I did not have any, as I had mentioned but now I don’t have any news.So I wanted to book the trip again, but now it is unavailable on the website.Do you know by any chance if there is a way I can get that train on next Monday ? I need one seat reservation for the train from Barcelona to Paris for my son on august 23rd. In this eurail apps I can only order a paper version. but that needs to much time to get here. How can I change this or gat an e-ticket reservation. can I phone someone to help me?
We are returning to Edinburgh from Cologne on 27 July a strike day. We can get to London as Eurostar say they are running but too late for our connection which is after LNER have ended their service for the day due to the strike. Can we use our pass the next day?
Dear fellow members,Due to a series of serious illnesses in our family we (3 adults: man, wife, son) are only now able to book our train journeys in Sweden, Norway and Denmark starting the 3rd week of August.Would it still be feasible to make reservations for a number of trips (Stockholm - Oslo, Oslo - Bergen, Bergen - Oslo, Oslo - Stockholm, Stockholm - Kopenhagen) at such short notice? The purchase of our Interrail chard depends on the availability of these reservations and I don’t want to risk getting stranded with my Interrail Card. Where can one check whether reservations are still possible without already owning an Interrail Card? Who can give us an expert opinion on this matter?Thanks
Hey! So, unfortunately, 24th July is our last day and last travel day of our Interrail trip, our Passes are valid till this date. We’ve just recognised that we’ve bought earlier (like a month ago) our seat reservations on our very last train the Zürich - Budapest night train (14 € / person). This train departs on the 24th, but arrives next day, on 25th, consequently this, arrival date is not in the Pass validity. Yeah, we know, we should have thought about this way more before… But now the full fare tickets for this route are very, very expensive (100 € / person), which we frankly cannot afford. What should we do?? Are we in a trouble?? Such a bad situation…..
I’m trying to reserve the train that departs 1 week from now online. It says the reservation is available but when I put in my French hostel address it says:“Your order contains one or more paper tickets, based on our calculations your order will not arrive on time. Please send your reservations to another address, such as your hostel in Europe or try booking at a European train station.”How can this be? Is there no way around this? I tried calling SNCF last night and they said that there isn’t spots available but the Eurrail website says there are. I won’t be in Paris until the 26th and I fear the tickets might be sold out if I go to a station to book it then…Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you ❤️
Hi, We booked reservations for the Paris - Tarbes overnight train on the 6/7 which was cancelled due to the French Rail strike announced the day before. We booked the reservations through the Interrail website and are at a loss as to how to go about reclaiming the reservation fees. No one either SNCF or interrail has been in touch. Any ideas??

Hi travellers!As mentioned in the title yesterday I booked my seat reservations and received the email confirmation with all my tickets. But today these reservations still don’t appear here on my profile in the interail website. Is it everything ok or you think I might have some problems? Tickets seem fine to me and I received all of them without any problems. Just a bit confused about the missing seat reservations here on my profile as I said. Hi, I’m trying to get from Germany to Poland and tried booking online with https://www.bahn.de/ and checked the Eurail site and it says you need a paper ticket.I’m currently in Hamburg. Do I need to find a DB ticket office somewhere in Hamburg? If anyone knows where that might be, that would be great.Thanks
Hey there,me and my friends are doing our first Interrail Trip this year. We booked the reservations about one month ago. Before doing that, the friend who booked it added us to the trip and then booked the trains. My problem ist, that the others cant find the reservations in their account. So our “trips” are also empty. My question is; can we activate our pass with an “empty” trip? We have all reservations as an PDF file (one for each person), but not in the App.Do we still need to do something else, or can we just start our trip, after activating the pass with an empty trip?(Dont know if it matters, but we´ve got an Interrail Global Pass) Would be happy about any help :-)
Hi, I am planning to go to Vienna from Salzburg, and when I have tried to add the journey on my Eurail Austria Pass there is "conditions apply" on the ticket.It is shown in Eurail app that the train is EC (Eurocity?) so maybe the warning is relevant to this... but in OBB app it seems the train is also Railjet Express train, which is, to my knowledge, domestic train in Austria. Someone knows what causes the warning in this line?
Hi all,I am planning a trip to France and visiting Paris and St. Malo. I am planning my route in August from Germany over Paris, staying a few days there and then to St. Malo. It’s impossible for me to add St. Malo as a destination; I can’t figure out how to get my trains to St. Malo from Paris. (btw: Rennes works well). Hi!I’m researching different train websites and trying to book seat reservations (for 2 people) for our trip in early September.I am having a few issues: not all of the train journeys/timetables are the same as on the Interrail app (showing different times, showing different changes etc), and they all appear to be sold out or unavailable to reserve on all websites (despite the rail planner app saying reservations are mandatory). Is it likely that these trains would be sold out with just less than 2 months to go? If not, would we be able to book them once we get to the country at the train station or even on the day?My route is (using times shown on interrail app):8th September:Salzburg (1:40am) - Lesce-Bled (7:30am): with a change at Schwarzach-St.Veit 2:30am-4:25amDo you know if this night journey will have sleepers, or is it just seats?This is the train journey giving us the most issues. Hi just looking for some confirmation on night trains. has anyone used the night train Montenegro to belgrade and is it reliable/ running at the moment as I know most trains in Serbia are not. Also can is there a night train that runs mid September from direct Budapest to Ljubljana as it states on the website there is but not clear on time tables. Also what company runs this train. thanks
Hello to everyone! I’m thinking to travel directly by the night train from Zurich to Budapest. I was interested to book the train on 01 September at 21.40, but when i tried to book the ticket there was a warning “ Prices unavaible” and this also appear on other options of time. Also when i try to book by the OBB website the tickets look unavaible.Can someone help me to resolve this? Thank you
