Every time I get to the checkout it says that something went wrong... this app and website is terrible.. Am I booking too early? We are trying to book for early June. WE already bought a 15 day pass (first class).

First time interailing

Hi I want to go interrailing next summer with my 14 year old son for roughly 2 weeks we have no interest in museums and stuff like that but just want an adventure with fun things to do and lovely scenery to see along the way, we are outgoing and like watersports and some mountain climbing anything exciting really. Im lost really as to what route to take , I've been to the likes of Amsterdam paris Munich most of Spain and Portugal so I've no interest in those places. The Slovenia croatia one caught my eye but I can't seem to find an itinerary of how many nights to stay where etc . Any help or advice greatly appreciated. Thanks Dave

Caledonian Sleeper Problem

My problem is that I’ve reserved a room on the Caledonian, leaving Glasgow at 11:40. It arrives in London at 7:15am the following day. I am then travelling to Paris later that morning on Eurostar.As things stand, this journey uses up both my ‘home’ travel days, which is far from ideal, to say the least. I can’t afford to pay for a return Eurostar + Avanti WC to Scotland.I’ve seen people mention that I could, perhaps alter the departure time to CET i.e. 00:40. I’ve done this in the app but will it work? I’m terrified that we’ll arrive at Glasgow and not be allowed to proceed.I’ve also asked support to add a travel day - I’m waiting to hear back. The situation is ridiculous really - as things stand no-one can use the sleeper to travel south unless they are prepared to use up both allowed ‘home’ travel days.Any help would be very gratefully received, as this is beyond stressful.

Pass Deutschland/Schewiz

Ich lebe in Deutschland, ich werde im August in mehrere Städte in die Schweiz fahren, meine Frage ist:Wenn ich einen Global Pass kaufe, sind Hin- und Rückfahrkarten mit dem Zug von Deutschland nach Schweiz inbegriffen oder muss ich zwei Pässe kaufen, einen für die Schweiz und einen für Deutschland?Was wäre die günstigste Lösung? Würde es bedeuten, nur den Switzerland Pass zu kaufen und das Hin- und Rückfahrticket für den Zug von Deutschland aus zu bezahlen?Ich habe bei der Deutschen Bahn nachgefragt und die Preise sind viel teurer, aber der Kauf von 2 Pässen ist auch sehr teuer!! :(Vielen lieben Dank

First time booking Interrail Advice

Hello to Everyone.I am booking an Interrail trip with my two 17 year old kids from the 1st July to the 25th July 2024.I would love any advice you could give me on traveling in Europe by train.These are the destinations we are planning to visit, spending two days in each placeover a 25 day period.We are traveling from Manchester in the UK and taking the Eurostar to Paris using the Global pass 15 days over 2 months...here’s the list of destinations: Manchester --Paris via (Eurostar)Paris -- NiceNice -- Florence (not sure of the best way to do this)Florence -- RomeRome -- St Moritz (via Milan & Tirano using the Bernina Express)St Moritz -- Vienna (possible Night train)Vienna -- BudapestBudapest -- Berlin (possible Night train)Berlin -- AmsterdamAmsterdam -- Manchester (via Eurostar to London)We are looking to book Hostels and AirB&B as soon as possible… If anyone has any tips I would be most grateful. Seat reservation Brussels-Midi to Lyon Part Dieu

Hello train travelers,I wanted to make seat reservations for the direct train from Brussels Midi to Lyon Part Dieu on June 16 at 1-ish. However, I was told that this is not possible when I phoned the railway company.What is the best alternative? The railway app suggests traveling via Paris, but that connection doesn’t seem so good. Are there better routes?Thanks

Seat reservations: recommendations

Hi,I am planning to use an Interrail ticket this july-august (10 days in 2 months). I have already booked a seat on one of the train legs where this was mandatory (Paris - Hendaye). For others (e.g. in Spain) this isn’t possible online, and for others there were no more seats available, but fortunately I managed to get alternative routes, where seat reservations are not mandatory. In some of the legs, I do get the information in the Interrail planner that making a seat reservation is recommended (not mandatory). For other legs, seat reservations seem neither mandatory nor recommended. My questions are:Can I trust the information in the Interrail planner regarding seat reservations? I mean is it updated?Can I avoid seat reservations if they are not mandatory, or do I risk having to off-board the train if it is full and I do not have a seat, regardless whether seat reservations are recommended or not?I see that a lot has been written on the topic of seat reservations, but I could not fin

Trenitalia 3 Day Pass - Paris to Verona, Italy NEED SEAT RESERVATIONS

My friend and his two teenage children are traveling from Paris Gare de Lyon to Verona Porta Nuova, Italy on 22 June 2023. They purchased the Trenitalia 3-Day Pass, and need seat reservations for this journey.This site is the only one I've found that has seat reservations for sale, but it's asking for the their Interrail Pass number. They don't have one because they have Trenitalia Pass.What do they do? Dose the Trenitalia Pass number work on this site? Thank you!

Have a booking for Bernina Express from Tirano to Chur departing at 2:24pm and struggling to find seat reservations on Eurail that would get me to Tirano (from Rome) on time and don’t cost an arm and a leg. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hello everyone ;)This is my first message here ;)I'm surprised at how attractive your services are in terms of price. Sincerely ;) I'll keep it simple (we could go into more detail) I plan to make 4-5 X round trips between a city in my country, Switzerland, and another city in Hungary over 2 months. That is : Moutier (CH) -> Bük(HU) then Bük(HU) ->Moutier (CH) (back)I know there's a 10-trip/2-month pass available.Is this the right solution?I have other questions, but this one is crucial before going any further. Eurostar changes

Booked on Eurostar from London to Rotterdam in January. Have the paper reservations but not activated my pass on the app. As my end destination is Berlin I've noticed that I would get there earlier if I got off the Eurostar in Brussels rather than going on to Rotterdam. If I did this would it cause an issue upon my arrival in Brussels? Thanks

So I'm using the app on an amazing trip so far and everything on the app works brilliantly except one thing which makes taking screenshots for Instagram or such not work well. It is creating a line on it's own from the last destination I have entered so far back to my start destination. Does anyone know how to stop this?

How to travel from Holland to Biarritz? Can someone help or give advice?

Me and my wife was planing to travel this year with the train instand of flying (good for our planet) i just buy the 7 day pass and try to book my travel but it look like all train fro holand or belgie to Biarritz, France (i live close to the belgie border)are fully booked,is there a way that i can travel with the train? (i try now for 4 days and dont find normal way)It my first time that i try it and dont what to cancel the pass before i know i try everything.Thanks Tsafi

I am traveling with my 17 year old son 7th - London to Paris anytime after 5pm 10th - Paris to London 17th - Vienna to Prague 20th - Prague to Berlin 25th - Berlin to Amsterdam 27th - Day trip to Brussles (and burges or that on another day, not sure what is practical) Depart Amstardam on 1st Jan. - nothing to be booked. Regarding amending a ticket on OBB trains

Hi, I booked a RJX train ticket from Innsbruck to Zurich on the OBB website and inadvertently booked a seat which I don’t like. Is there any possibility to amend the reserved seat location now? There is an option of seat only(no tickets) but it seems that would unnecessarily book two seats for me (the earlier one which I booked with the ticket and the new one with the preferred seat option) Thanks Arnab

ferry trip Barcelona-CIVITA VECCHIA

This ferry trip has a discount in Ferry Grimaldi lines. The Eurail pass needs to be activated to get the discount. Does the ferry trip count as a EURAIL PASS TRAVEL DAY ?Does the pass remain active for the given period ( 1 month etc ….) after the Eurail pass was used once ?Will the pass need to be activated specifically for the ferry trip ? Can the RailPlanner app be used for activation ot the Eurail pass, IF NECESSARY please ?

When I use planner and I need to change trains it says that transfer is by public transport. I am a little confused. Does it mean that it is arranged or do I need to use for example a bus to do that?
