Hi,I’m travelling from Glasgow to Paris to start my Interrail trip this week but I need some help with how an outbound journey is defined. I have the Global Flexi Pass with 7 travel days so am planning to use my outbound travel day for Edinburgh-London and then London-Paris via Eurostar on the same day. My question is whether I’m able to use this same travel day to travel from Glasgow-Edinburgh in the morning even though I’m not travelling to a border/port. Or would I have to just purchase the ticket full price?Thank you :)
Hey,I need what is probably just step by step instructions on how to use Eurail. I’m in North France wanting to catch a train south West. I have found the train I want and no seat reservation is needed. I have clicked the right time but then nothing happens, there is no confirmation to say it’s done and I’m not sure if this is booked or not. I’m ver confused. Also, when going to the train, do I need to show a ticket/scan code or anything?
Emergent support needed!2,5 weeks ago I wrote you a letter asking for help.We really need it right now! When we travelled from northern Sweden to Stockholm,we started our journey in the evening. The next morning we took train from Stockholm to Copenhagen. The pass demanded to use in-/outbound journey on the both trips. We hadn’t left Sweden yet but the system already took all of our in-/outbound journeys within 12 hours of traveling.Otherwise,it was impossible to get a QR-code for the trip Stockholm-Copenhagen.We are 2 adults and 2 kids and tomorrow we want to come back home. The Interrail pass refuses to activate any journey to Sweden because no in-/outbound trips are left. There is no helpful information about the conditions for in-/outbound trips.Though we have read a lot about Interrail, right now we are feeling worried and disappointed in the system that is failing us. We need an inbound journey now to get home. And it can take up to 17 hours to get there through Sweden.Best regardsElena
Hi, On 11th of April I bought a Global Pass online. I paid, but I never received a confirmation mail nor a purchase order on my account. I've sent already three messages to the support desk and never received an answer. I can't find a phone number anywhere on the website. Best Regards, Anita
Hi everyone I bought a Eurail pass quite a while ago as I'm currently in Europe for studies and during my free time we planned to travel a lot I bought a 15 day travel pass that stated 'for flexible traveling' and on my order confirmation it also said for 15 flexible days. I loaded my pass to my app and when i arrived in Milan I immediately started using it. Only yesterday I realized that my pass stated (on the app) that it is 15 continous days and not 15 flexible days like it is stated on my package. The website describes the 'flexible' pass as one where you can choose your days and times whenever you like, but now i cannot choose my travel days. I dont know where to go for help or who and how to contact anyone for help. Their online bot is not working and at the Amsterdam Schipol station they just said I must contact online support as they cannot help my due to the fact that I bought it online. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, please 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
HI!I have bought a Mobile Pass in Sweden and I would like to make some reservations. When I try to register my Mobile Pass-The Pass-cover number and my last name on eurail.com it doesn't accept it. How can I get forward?
I have a global 2 month pass. I want to activate it from the 3rd of July until the 3rd of September. I am planning my trip and need to do some seat reservations, for which I need to have activated my account (or at least I think so?). Is the pass activated from the day we activate it on the app or from the first day of using it to travel ? I am worried that if I continue the activation on the app by registering my ID, it will activate it today and will therefore only be activated until the 12th of August. Thank you in advance !
My daughter is travelling Europe at the moment and she can’t access some of the QR codes in the app for trains she’s travelling on and is having to buy new tickets that the pass should cover. She has the latest version on the app. This is frustrating and stressful for her. What can she do to fix this please?

The form keep saying that my Paper Pass ID is not good (both on mobile app and web site) but I check it many times, I am entering I (or i) and 8 digits and YES i selected paper pass. Please be kind and make your app works like it should.
When I bought two mobile pass for us, we decide to entered our Passport number. We started the journey now but we took our personal ID Cards with us and not the passports. That means we travel now with wrong Passport Number in our mobile passes, one of the Danish Ttail member told us that and explained to us, that its not alloweded. We tried to fix it on the app, but the mobile app will not let me edit this to the correct passport number. We wrote to the Interrail Support yesterday but no conformation mail or something else is happend, what can i do further on? Is it possible to go further on with the trains if the number isnt correct or we get some issue with the train companies? We have our ID Cards but not the passport.
Hello,I want to buy a 3 day Ticket for Switzerland. It's supposed to be a present so the ticket will not be used before July 2023. However, I did not find any information on how long a paper based interrail Ticket is valid after purchase? Is it possible to buy it today and then has it in summer next year after July 2023? Can you help me out? Thanks!

Unfortunately, I entered the wrong birth date by accident and now there is a wrong birth date on my pass. I haven’t activated the pass yet but I want to go travelling in 2 weeks so it is quite urgent. i already send an inquiry to the customer service but did not get any answer. What can I do? Thanks and have a wonderful day!
Hi! I'm planning on Interrailing through Italy this summer. I've already bought a Global Pass 7 days. I want to visit the following places (though I'm planning on taking it day by day, so might skip a few):Utrecht (Netherlands) >Milan >Cinque Terre >Florence (via Pisa) >Rome >Naples (with day trips to Sorrento/Pompeii/Amalfi coast) >Sicily >Back to Utrecht via Siena/Bologna I have a few questions about this:Is the trip to Sicily (train + ferry) covered by the Interrail Pass? And do I book this through Trenitalia? Can I take the ferry to Sicily from Naples? And what city in Sicily is best to ferry to? I think I'd want to buy some seperate tickets on regional trains to save travel days. Do I book this through Trenitalia?
Hi,I'm a UK resident with a mobile pass and intending to travel to Brussels via London on the Eurostar on my first travel day. I have added a train from my home station to London Euston as one journey and my Eurostar journey as a second journey. I'm planning on a long connecting time in London because of the possibility of rail disruption (and also it will be lunchtime!) Is this acceptable or will I be unable to add the Eurostar once I've activated the pass (because of the one journey in your home country rule) and added my UK connection? Should I try and combine both trains into one journey?
Hi,I’m using b-europe.com and trying to purchase a ticket.I have a Eurail global pass. I noticed 3 days ago a post in the forum that says the pass cover number generator is live. I clicked the link https://www.eurail.com/en/book-reservations#/generatePassCoverNumber which is for Eurail but when I put in my pass number I get back a number that starts with the letter ‘I’. I think this might be a mistake because b-europe is expecting an ‘E’ at the start I think and I have a Eurail global pass. Thanks

Hello, My friends and I are traveling around Europe for the summer with eurail pass (10days in 2 months). But after we bought the passes, we realized the seats for pass holders traveling from London to Amsterdam are perhaps sold out (shown as price unavailable). We therefore decided to travel to Amsterdam by flight and exchange the ticket to 7 days in 1 month. I’d like to ask1. do we have to wait for the completion of exchange process before marking reservations? 2. some previously shown as “no reservation required” are now “details unavailable”, do we need not to make reservation and hop onto the train as we arrive at the stations? Any help would we appreciated.
