Hello,Last week i started my interrail trip from Vienna - city of residence - to Stuttgart. I was using one of my inbounds/outbounds and everything was fine so far. Today I tried to book my trains to France and realized that the country of residence, mentioned on my pass is Germany - maybe cause I have German id, but just living here for summer -. Is there any chance to change the county of residence after already activating the pass? Would be really helpful cause I planned Germany as the spot where I will start all my travels.thanks
Hi, i’m asking these question for the Interrail pass for my partner. The pass condition stated that “The Interrail Global Pass is valid for travel in your country of residence during one outbound journey and one inbound journey that occur during travel days at any point in your trip” This mean the pass will have 1 inbound & 1 outbound entitlement of the 4 days pass that i’m intending to buy? May i know if it is necessary to use the 1 inbound & 1 inbound ? As my travel itinerary would be Spain flying into London (21st) London to Germany (train 23th) Germany to Paris (train x2 27 & 28th) Paris to Spain (train 31th) So technically speaking i will be using only 1 inbound will that be alright ?
Hi all,I have a major problem with my Interrail mobile pass. I use the Rail Planner app on my Iphone 6 and everything went well until 3 days ago, when the app was updated and could only be used with an IOS 13.0 version. Unfortunately, I cannot install it on phone. Then, I don’t have access to my app anymore. My pass ends in two weeks and I really need to use it to come back.Has someone experienced the same problem ? If someone could help me find a solution, I will be so grateful !Thanks in advance !
My App is completely stuffing up!!! Firstly, I am unable to view all my Saved Journey’s in My Trip. Sometimes I will save a journey, and then when I go to view it, it is not there!!Secondly, when I try to book a journey and add it to My Pass, it will add it initially, then later when I check it has completely disappeared!! I am using a Flexi Pass, and it is almost impossible to add 2 journeys to one travel day, as either one of the journey’s always keeps disappearing. This is very very frustrating as I don’t have a valid ticket for the trains I need to catch TOMORROW!!!! I need help ASAP, I will be unable to travel tomorrow if this is not fixed URGENTLY.
I sent a message almost 2 days ago to customer support with no answer. My app is showing that I have completed two travel days on April/25th and I have only one travel on that day. I need the day I paid for for my last portion of the trip.Customer support is not giving a prompt service.
Hello, I have the global Pass (5 dass). I Just used 2 days. But the App says no more trips left. Its wird, because they App also Shows that there are a Trip left, but i can Not add trips I am really in hurry an have to Take the next train. What can i do? My friend bought a mobile pass for me as a present, but entered the wrong country of residence by mistake. I have asked customer service to change but they say it’s not possible.. but everywhere on this forum I see that people did manage to get the country changed.. what can I do? I am planning to travel in August so still some time left. I do not have the funds to by a new card myself..
Booking one leg of a night train trip on travel.b-europe.com (15 June from Toulouse Matabiou to Narbonne), but it's saying that my pass number is invalid. I have a mobile Eurail global pass. It does not say how to find my pass number on a mobile pass (just a paper pass). How can I book these tickets, please? I cannot do them in person (as I am in the US). I cannot do them on the Eurail site, as it is saying the tickets are unavailable to be booked. Please help. Thanks!
Hello, we are actually in a train from Frankfurt to Berlin, without reservation needed but the controller asked us a ticket with a QR code to scan it. But we thought that the QR code was only for train with reservation ! So we went on the rail planner but we didn’t find any QR code, and the controler start to ask us to pay 100€, until I checked a second time on the rail planner and we finally find the QR code who appeared few minutes after. It’s that a bug of interrail ? Or do we have to print all the tickets with the QR code even with trains without reservation ?
Hi, on twitter today, someone has found out that in the PACA region (Region South East of France - like Nice. For trips between Paca and Occitanie (South West) is it valid.For more information please check on Twitter.@Nanja @Marion Can you please check if here is a mistake by the regions in France or can they say, Interrail/Eurail is not more valid?
Hello guys, I really need help, I'm Brazilian (I don't have EU citizenship) and I bought the wrong pass. I bought an interrail pass instead a eurail pass and I already activated and I chose france by mistake thinking that this was the place I was. I am really desperate because I will stay the most time in france and I booked 2 trips and I tried to book the third and it's says that I can't because of inbount/outbond. 700 euros is too much and I can't afford to pay other trips here in france, I bought the card because it said it was unlimited. I entered my Brazilian passport number in the checkout. Please help me !! I already sent a message to customer service

Interrail site is the most frustrating site I have ever come across. totally unfriendly site to use. Nothing works properly,. so difficult to leave a message as every time I TRY IT SENDS ME TO ANOTHER QUESTION WHICH SOMEONE HAS POSTED WHICH IS COMPLETELY NO USE. THIS IS MY 5TH ATTEMPT SO HERE GOES. I really want to speak to real person but it seems to be impossible with Interrail - I hope their tickets work better, but judging from the reviews I have had, everyone is having issues. I have two question. First. Why on earth does Interrail not have a telephone system where you can call and get help? I have been trying since March to get help. Left message in the enquiry form. Have left message in Messenger which just goes to a Bot who cannot help. Have left a note to be called back, no one does. Its really disgraceful . Its put me of using Interail . I am trying to book seat reservations trains in France. I need pass cover numbers for myself and my husband to do this. How do I get a pass cover number for a digital Eurailpass? The trains are TGV 6074 Nice Ville to Marseilles St Charles and IC 4764 Marseilles St Charles to Toulouse Matabiau on May 6th.
I am currently travelling in Europe and I have used once day on my pass. However when I uninstalled and reinstalled the railplanner app, I could no longer add my mobile pass. This is a serious issue as I have already had to buy a full fare ticket. I am also travelling tomorrow morning and it looks like I will need to book a bus if the problem isn't sorted. I should note my app is fully up to date, on an android phone, and I've contacted customer support numerous times today. Does anyone have a possible solution, or a more direct route to customer service

Dear EU rail support,Could you please change my residency on my interrail pass from Great Britain to Belgium today?I was assured when buying the pass as I am a Belgian resident I can use my card in the UK where I am travelling for the next two months. My answer to this is no, despite it being advertised in the Eurail planner. After a long flight from Australia, trying to activate our mobile pass for the first time, the train attendant tells us it isnt valid...because Heathrow Express isnt part of Network Rail (the UK rail consortium that combines all the tracks). Im aware of this, and I was happy that the Heathrow Express was listed as being part of the Eurail pass. But no, the ticket lady said it wasnt part of the pass and that they had tried to explain to Eurail many times that they werent involved in the scheme but they kept having travellers come up to them (like I did) showing them the Eurail Planner rules/inclusions and expecting to be able to use it. Can anyone else confirm if it really is part of the pass or if it isnt and Eurail are just false advertising?
Hello all, I am trying to book reservations online which I really need to do soon but the interface always says“Your Pass cover number doesn't look right”I already tried out all numbers I could find on my paper pass and in the online reservation. Issuer is DB (CIV 1080), as it says on the pass. Could the issue maybe be that I did not purchase the pass myself but the travel department of my employer did it?

I've been travelling quite a lot over the past few months, getting good value out of my 3-month continuous pass :)Finally I've now also caught up with the posts in the Interrail community, as some of you might have noticed. Additionally, I've been taking notes about things in the app that are not quite right or misleading and that's what this post is about. Some of the notes are already older, from a previous trip with a mobile flexi pass; I could not re-check all of them (I don't have a valid Interrail at this time) and they may have been fixed in the mean time.So here goes, in no particular order...The app said an internet connection is needed to activate a day on a flexi pass ("Add to pass" for the first journey of the day), although the phone had been online only half a day earlier. The mobile pass FAQ does not mention any other requirement than being online at least once every 3 days. If for certain actions an internet connection is needed, then please add that to the FAQ. I bought an eurail pass but apparently i can't use it because my country of birth is not available on the drop down menu under reservations !!! I was born in Cuba but I'm a US Citizen with an American passport. What am I supposed to do in this case? I'm trying to request a refund but I dont even see an option for it and the customer service is nonexistent.
