The interrail app show by the train Mandello Del Lario - Olcio: not in passnetwork. But in my opinon is that not correct. In my information: is just a trenord train, right? And also in other trennord trains is interrail vallid. Why interrail would be not vallid in the train Lecce - Olcio???
I hope this is okay to ask here.I have a new phone and am moving my plans for Interrail from old phone. I have the rail planner app but no way to transfer planned trips, so am starting again.I had a trip planned from Vilnius to Bialystok on 23rd August. After doing research it seemed this train now ran daily at 12.10, and changing in Mockava.I can not find that journey in the app now and am getting concerned after making reservations.I am wondering if there might be an issue with the app. I added in the via Mockava and I get returns on the journey but all are dated July 6th. A list of 5 journeys, all that date.I tried searching Vilnius to Mockava - thinking I’d split the journey - and get a list of 5 returns, all dated 6th July. I have checked with PKP and this journey exists. Even if that journey had been removed from the pass it would still show? Something up with the app? I’ve asked on twitter but have had no answers.
Hello I am planning a trip from Munich to Venice, then Florence, and finally back to Munich. To save money, I purchased an Interrail pass.When I tried to book seats using the Interrail website, I noticed that it costs more than 130 euros for 2 adults and one child under 7 for just a one-way journey from Florence to Munich.For the outbound travel, I managed to book a ticket using the DB website, which only cost me less than 9 euros.Now, I have a few questions:How can I book seats for my Interrail pass? Is there a specific website where I can book seats for my travel? Should I use the Interrail pass for traveling between Venice and Florence as well?I want to make the most cost-effective choices for my trip, so any advice or recommendations are welcome. Thank you!
Hi, on twitter today, someone has found out that in the PACA region (Region South East of France - like Nice. Hello guys, I really need help, I'm Brazilian (I don't have EU citizenship) and I bought the wrong pass. I bought an interrail pass instead a eurail pass and I already activated and I chose france by mistake thinking that this was the place I was. I am really desperate because I will stay the most time in france and I booked 2 trips and I tried to book the third and it's says that I can't because of inbount/outbond. 700 euros is too much and I can't afford to pay other trips here in france, I bought the card because it said it was unlimited. I entered my Brazilian passport number in the checkout. Please help me !! I already sent a message to customer service

European citizens can use an Interrail Pass instead, available from Interrail.eu for the same price as a Eurail Pass.”But on https://www.myinterrail.co.uk/interrail-passes/ - it’s all about Interrail passes for UK people? Interrail site is the most frustrating site I have ever come across. totally unfriendly site to use. Nothing works properly,. so difficult to leave a message as every time I TRY IT SENDS ME TO ANOTHER QUESTION WHICH SOMEONE HAS POSTED WHICH IS COMPLETELY NO USE. THIS IS MY 5TH ATTEMPT SO HERE GOES. I really want to speak to real person but it seems to be impossible with Interrail - I hope their tickets work better, but judging from the reviews I have had, everyone is having issues. I have two question. First. Why on earth does Interrail not have a telephone system where you can call and get help? I have been trying since March to get help. Left message in the enquiry form. I am trying to book seat reservations trains in France. I need pass cover numbers for myself and my husband to do this. How do I get a pass cover number for a digital Eurailpass? I am currently travelling in Europe and I have used once day on my pass. However when I uninstalled and reinstalled the railplanner app, I could no longer add my mobile pass. This is a serious issue as I have already had to buy a full fare ticket. I am also travelling tomorrow morning and it looks like I will need to book a bus if the problem isn't sorted. I should note my app is fully up to date, on an android phone, and I've contacted customer support numerous times today. Does anyone have a possible solution, or a more direct route to customer service
Hi there,me and my boyfriend are travelling from Germany to England on August 12th and come back August 17th.I bought a second class global pass but there are no Eurostar seats available anymore. On the Eurostar website it shows that there are first class seats available still.Can I exchange my second class pass for a first class pass in order to book a first class reservation?Or do I need to get a refund for my current pass and then buy a first class pass.Any advice will be much appreciated.Thanks in advance!

Dear EU rail support,Could you please change my residency on my interrail pass from Great Britain to Belgium today?I was assured when buying the pass as I am a Belgian resident I can use my card in the UK where I am travelling for the next two months. We have ‘15Days in 2 months 2nd Class’ Eurail Global Pas. We will be travelling from Prague HBF (Prague Hlavni Nadrazi) → Budapest-Keleti Budapest-Keleti → Vienna Hbf (Wien Hauptbahnhof Vienna)Seat reservation are optional for both. No reservation allows for change of plan. Reservation ensures seating especially long journey from Prague to Budapest.Should we reserve seats or not?

I've been travelling quite a lot over the past few months, getting good value out of my 3-month continuous pass :)Finally I've now also caught up with the posts in the Interrail community, as some of you might have noticed. Additionally, I've been taking notes about things in the app that are not quite right or misleading and that's what this post is about. Some of the notes are already older, from a previous trip with a mobile flexi pass; I could not re-check all of them (I don't have a valid Interrail at this time) and they may have been fixed in the mean time.So here goes, in no particular order...The app said an internet connection is needed to activate a day on a flexi pass ("Add to pass" for the first journey of the day), although the phone had been online only half a day earlier. The mobile pass FAQ does not mention any other requirement than being online at least once every 3 days. If for certain actions an internet connection is needed, then please add that to the FAQ. Hello all, I am trying to book reservations online which I really need to do soon but the interface always says“Your Pass cover number doesn't look right”I already tried out all numbers I could find on my paper pass and in the online reservation. Issuer is DB (CIV 1080), as it says on the pass. Could the issue maybe be that I did not purchase the pass myself but the travel department of my employer did it?
Can anybody definitively confirm that IC trains in Italy do or do not require reservations for pass users?My experience a couple of months ago was my reservation was checked. Interrail planner says reservation required, but on here and Facebook several experienced contributors say they are optional.Italiarail - Trenitalia’s official partner also says reservations are required. I am always concerned that Newbies get the correct information as on board. It is no good saying “I thought...” or “ I was told by …...”, when they have the uniform and the rule book on their side.

I bought an eurail pass but apparently i can't use it because my country of birth is not available on the drop down menu under reservations !!! I was born in Cuba but I'm a US Citizen with an American passport. What am I supposed to do in this case? I'm trying to request a refund but I dont even see an option for it and the customer service is nonexistent.
