Hi! My friend and I want to take a nighttrain, but all the trains we see in the Interrail App that go at night that are without a transfer/change say "+ 1 day" (see the screenshot for an example). Why is this? Because we thought it would only cost us just 1 travel day since there is no transfer...
Hi to everybody!I am getting crazy since 20 days trying to get help with a series of problems with interrail:I wanted to buy a ticket for my daughter, but when I did it, the payment procedure seemed not to work, there was no message of successful payment and I was receiving no confirmation email. Sometimes it happens with online payments, so I went on trying more than once. The next day I realized the payment had been taken 4 times from my bank account.I activate the procedure for having refunded 3 of the 4 tickets through my account on the Interrail website, but as I logged in again the next day to see if there was any news, I found out that the three requests for refund had disappeared from my account.Meanwhile, we are trying since 20 days to activate the 4th pass on the app and it does not work. We receive only automatic answers by the customer service, that do not help us further. The app version is the last one.I am getting really frustrated, since they took a lot of money from my
If I am traveling with a 22 day (consecutive) E pass that has already been activated--I want to board a train from Amsterdam to Prague that does not require a reservation: What do I have to do? Can I just board the train? Do I need to enter trip data before boarding?Same question if seat reservation is required. What do I need to have on my phone at boarding?Pass is 1st Class if that matters.Thanks for the help, really excited to travel again, but this is the first trip with a pass, and it’s also multiple people. Guessing when we arrive it will make more sense, but sitting in Phoenix, Arizona, it’s pretty confusing.

Hello,I’ve been to Italy with my daughter last week and this week. We had a Interrail Italy Pass for 3 days.Anyway, it was quite annoying to me because we could only use 2 of the 3 trips, so I had to buy a expensive train ticket for my daughter and myself from Trenitalia for about 200,- €, because the app wouldn’t let me add the 3rd trip to my pass. It said that my travel days were already used. I guess the reason was I still had a travel day added which we did not use, as we had some changes in our travelling plans (but I guess that’s what the whole Interrail concept should support … ?). Anyway, there was no journey added to this day anyway, also no reservation! Why then was this empty day counted? I could not delete it either.Anyway, I feel like we really have been cheated. There is no Hotline of Interrail/Eurail whatsoever. The chat help is a bot and does not understand anything.The only means is this Community - which I only now after being home again find the time to write in - o

These are the trips I would like to make:Brussels- HamburgAarhus- BrusselsBrussels - KopenhagenKopenhagen-BrusselsIs this allowed since the general conditions say there is only one inbound and one outbound journey?
Hi, I booked my return trip, but the day on the pass says today whereas I will be travelling tomorrow. Very strange, as I added it at 4pm with a departure time for 10.30am. I tried to cancel it immediately, but not possible. I contacted interrail via FB messenger and email, but it will take 4 days to get a reply... Anyone having an idea on how to solve this?
Hi everyone, Saturday, I'm going to start on a 15 day-trip (in 2 months) with an Interrail pass. This will be my fifth year I'm going to travel by train, but I have a question.On 1 of your travel days you're allowed to use the pass to travel out of your country, and on another day you're allowed to travel back in. Does it always have to be the first and last day of your trip, though? Or are you allowed to use any day in your travel period?Thanks in advance!
HelloI am planning a European trip from April-June 2022 and during the first two months I will make day trips via train from the cities in which I will be staying to other cities in the same country. For example, while in Madrid, I plan to visit Seville, Valencia, and Toledo, i.e., morning departure and evening return. Based on the number of trips I am planning, the 15 day 2 month pass seems a good choice. My understanding of how the pass works is that you can make an unlimited number of train trips on each of the 15 days.I have not used the Eurail pass before and I saw the following on the website:Eurail.com does not sell one-way or return train tickets from city to city, known as point-to-point tickets. Our awesome train passes are designed for taking multiple journeys on a longer lasting trip. Can someone please confirm whether this means that I cannot use the pass for the types of day trips that I am planning? I do not think so but I want to make sure before I purchase.Thank you ve
Hey everybody,I’ve been on the Road (on the Rail), used 5 of the 7 days.For my last trip I want to bring my 10 year old daughter along (which is free).Normally You have to add a mobile Kids Pass when Your purchase your Interrail Global pass.But how to add a kids pass once you ‘ve already purchached your Global pass?Nobody seems to know … unlesss…. Hallo liebe Leute, Ich habe ein Problem, bzw. eine Frage. Ich habe mit den 22 Tage Pass gekauft und dachte, dass ich mir die 22 Tage innerhalb des Monats so packen kann, wie es mir passt. Nun habe ich an Tag 2 (gestern) meiner Reise bemerkt, dass mir ein Tag abgezogen wurde, obwohl ich nicht gereist bin. Nun bin ich am überlegen mir einen 7 Tage Flexipass danach zu kaufen, damit ich doch den ganzen Monat reisen kann. Kann ich also den Inbound, den ich bei meinem jetzigen Pass noch habe, auch im Ausland nutzen? Sprich zum Beispiel von Slowenien nach Kroatien (ich komme aus Deutschland) oder muss ich dafür wirklich nach Deutschland zurück, meinen neuen Pass abbrechen und dann weiterfahren?
Hi :)I want to go island hopping in Greece with your Greek islands pass for about a month, and I can buy either four travel days in a month or six travel days in a month, but I want more than six travel days. My plan is to buy two passes with four travel days and then have eight travel days in total, but I want them over the course of about a month and not two months. So for example:I start my trip and activate my first pass on the 1st of September. Then I travel on the 5th, the 9th and the 14th in the same month. Then I activate my second pass (the first will still be active until the 1st in the next month) and I travel on the 17th, the 21st, the 27th of September and the 2nd of October.Do you know if its possible?
Hi! I’d like to do an Interrail in August.The first trip will be from Turin (Italy) to Berlin (Germany) at 6 a.m.As you can see I’ll have to change train in Milan (still in Italy), so it will be the second trip in my own country.Is it ok or it’s possible to take only one train?Thanks!
Hi everybody😊,I want to add a journey to my Personal Account. Unfortunately when I'm trying choose a Country( I have a one Country interrail pass) I'm not able to choose a Country, the computer doesn't save it. But it's only the country category, nothing else. Has anobody had the same or a similiar problem?Kind regards Maurice
