Same for EN to Zagreb and Rijeka.Euronight Zürich-Prague one train like this year via Salzburg and Linz and the other new service via Leipzig and Dresden.Nightjet Zürich-Hamburg/Berlin run not more together, but at different times.
I have a Masters degree but I am really struggling to work out how to use the online app for my mobile pass. It doesn’t seem intuitive at all. What is the difference between a trip and a journey, for example? How do I add journeys/trips to my pass? Why do I need to duplicate trips to add them for my family? I thought I had added the first day and I can see the tickets there but today I am getting repeated notifications telling me my first travel day is tomorrow but I haven’t added any journeys. I don’t understand. As we leave in the morning I’m worried we’ll be getting on the train without a valid ticket. Is there some clear information somewhere or someone who can help, please? I really wish I’d just bought a paper pass, good old fashioned paper and pen I understand. Thank you!
Hi We have just heard the news about the strike on July 27th. We are booked to leave Oxenholme station on train to get Eurostar that day, using our Interrail passes. This will be the first leg of our 16dsy holiday. Accommodation booked in five countries. Absolutely gutted. I know this sounds stupid but can anyone advise? Obviously we don't know if the Eurostar will be affected but if it is,. ..well. .what? Speechless Any help most welcome Thanks Deb
Hello, I am from Paris. I am going to London then Liverpool from March 26th to March 28th. As I used my outbound and inbound journeys, I was wondering if it was possible to travel in my own country (France) and use my interrail pass in April (my pass is valid from March 26th to April 25th) ? Or can i only travel in my own country between my outbound et inbound journey ? I can book tickets on the interrail website for a round trip in France from April 14th to April the 17th but can I be sure that I’ll be travelling in good standings ? Thank you in advance for your help, Lucy
Booking seat reservation from Paris to Barcelona on the day of departure at the station. Can I secure a seat?
Hi! I have a 10 day Global Pass and am trying to book my seat reservation from Paris to Barcelona on March 17, 2022. It appears my current option is only a paper pass (which wouldn’t arrive soon enough) so I will need to make this reservation at the Paris Gare de Lyon station. The issue is that I will not be able to get to the station until the morning of the 17th, only a few hours before the train to Barcelona is scheduled to depart. What is the likelihood that I will be able to secure a seat? Is it possible to secure day-of seat reservations?
Hi there, Currently there is no route listed between Sofia and Belgrade. I saw someone mentioned the route was closed 8 months ago due to covid but can't find any information since. Is this still the case? If so would someone be able to direct me towards a way to get from Sofia to Belgrade. All the best :)
I have recently bought a global paper pass direct from interrail and am trying to book seat reservations in Italy. On the “Italiarail” website it asks for a passholder number for each traveller. I have inputed my pass cover number and all other potential numbers on the pass but nothing seems to work.I contacted customer support and they provided me with a different pass cover number than what is physically in front of me (it now starts I0 instead of mine starting I1) The new number seems to work although I am worried as to why there is a mismatch in numbers in the first place. I could see this being an issue if a ticket inspector looks at my pass and wonders why it is different to the reservation number. Please Help!!!
Hey, I have good news for traveles to/in Italy. It is possible to book Interrail Reservations via ÖBB App or tickets.oebb.at (like Freccie 10€, IC 3€), without additional booking fee like via interrail.eu, eurail.eu or italiarail.com. I haven't try to book it yet but I can go till the paying site.Note: The reservation has to be printed on paper at home or collected at ÖBB Ticket Offices or ÖBB Ticket machines.
What happens when you just miss your train, because you couldn’t find it quick enough? And what about the reservations as well?
Hi,I would like to travel from germany to italy. So I checked out the routes and I have to take multiply trains to reach my destination. But sometimes I have only 5 minutes to switch the trains. In another conversation I read that you can hop on a later train when your previous train was late. But what happens when you just miss your train, because you couldn’t find it quick enough? And what about the reservations as well?Thank you very much, Hannah
If I am traveling with a 22 day (consecutive) E pass that has already been activated--I want to board a train from Amsterdam to Prague that does not require a reservation: What do I have to do? Can I just board the train? Do I need to enter trip data before boarding?Same question if seat reservation is required. What do I need to have on my phone at boarding?Pass is 1st Class if that matters. Thanks for the help, really excited to travel again, but this is the first trip with a pass, and it’s also multiple people. Guessing when we arrive it will make more sense, but sitting in Phoenix, Arizona, it’s pretty confusing.
Hi, in August 2022, my girlfriend and I are going for a 1 month Interrail trip. Our route is in nothern europe starting in Helsinki, over Oulu, Stockholm, Oslo, Göteborg, Kopenhagen, Hamburg, Amsterdam, Strassbourg, Zurich, Munich and Vienna. Now we are thinking about getting the 1st class interrail pass which is about €170 more expensive compared to the 2nd class pass. Does anyone know if it’s worth to get the 1st class ticket on this route? Thanks in advance!
Hi, I want to order an interrail mobile pass but I had some issues with my 4G when I was abroad in the past. Actually, it didn’t work in several countries. I got in contact with the provider and I got some tips, but I can only test it once I am travelling... So, I would like to know, if I buy a mobile pass and make reservations with the app, can I show the pass in the app when I’m offline? Or do I get a confirmation through e-mail that I can download in advance and show the train conductor?Kind regards,Tine
Hi,I am sorry to disturb, I’ve seen several different versions,Indeed, On the Interrail website, I’ve seen that there is a discount on the ferry journey between Italy and greece (Barri and Corfou),And I’ve also seen that it’s totally free (on the ferry company website (superfast ferries))Finally, I’ve seen that the seat is free, but we have to pay taxes, If it’s free, how to do it ? I’ve tried on the website, and at the end, if I put ‘null’, it’s free, but I don’t know what this means,Also, I am 24, and I can’t select the “Interrail Global Pass 2nd cl”,as a discount. I need to put that I am an adult. I hope you’ll help me, Tank you very much

Hi everyone, recently I bought a Eurail Global pass and my main destination will be Germany but also will spend 3 days in Switzerland. Anyway, I heard some people say the Eurail Pass also includes most of the S-Bahn, and I want to know if it is true ?Also, since I will be landed at Brandenburg Airport and there is a FEX Aiport Express links to the city center, I wonder if that is also includes in the Global pass? Thanks! 🙏
Where can I download the Rail planner App? Just click the right link below or go straight to your phone’s app store and search for Rail Planner app.Get the Rail Planner app for iOS →Get the Rail Planner app for Android → Why is my journey split over two travel days? When you add a journey to My Trip, we work out how many travel days you need for you, including for night and sleeper trains. This makes it easier for you to plan your trip and get the most out of your travel days. How often does the app timetable get updated? We update the timetable every month to keep the journey planner as accurate as possible for using offline during your trip. If you don’t have automatic updates turned on in your phone settings, check your phone's app store before you travel to make sure you have the latest version.Remember, the train times in the Rail Planner app are not updated in real time, so keep an eye on station departure boards just in case there are delays or disruption. Do I need to be onlin
We are travelling from Brussels to Amsterdam tomorrow Sunday 2nd April. Made decision to take cheap intercity. Looking on planner it's now asking to pay supplement. I think for the airport we don't want obviously! Also train now taking 3h 15m instead of 2h 50m. Can anyone tell me do we have to pay this on board or before hand? Do we have to pay if we are not using airport? We are a family of 6. Thanks
I have a global mobile pass and I have booked the first train from Utrecht (Netherlands) to Milan in the Rail Planner app. Do I make a seat reservation on the ÖBB website/app? And I'm travelling together with someone else. Can I book the seat reservation for them too? Do I just fill in our names, buy the reservation and show it together with our Interrail Ticket of do I need to link them somehow? I hope someone knows the answer :) Thankyou!
