I’m from India. I’m planning to buy a 7 days 1 month global pass. In my itinerary, I deiced to travel in Regio express to brig(Switzerland). No more travelling in that day. So my question is, If I use the Eurail pass, in Regio express, will it counted as a travel day ? will it deduct one day from my 7 days ? And what about if I use Eurail pass at ferry/cable car for discount ?
Hello! Me and a group of friends are planning a trip this summer. If we were to buy a interrail pass for 7 days, it would cost us more that if we actually bought each train pass separately (only 176€ compared to 250€) Is there any concerns that we should have over planning the journey in such a way? Hello, I am in Romania and I want to book the train for Tuesday June 7 which goes from Brasov to Budapest. the ticket is a paper ticket, On your site you indicate a maximum of six working days so I am on time. But when I want to book this ticket on the booking tool, I am told that I am too late because the date of arrival of the ticket by post is June 19. Should I trust this arrival date of June 19 or the 6 working days indicated in your FAQ on the site? Thank you for your reply Gaspard Noisy
Hi, in August 2022, my girlfriend and I are going for a 1 month Interrail trip. Our route is in nothern europe starting in Helsinki, over Oulu, Stockholm, Oslo, Göteborg, Kopenhagen, Hamburg, Amsterdam, Strassbourg, Zurich, Munich and Vienna.Now we are thinking about getting the 1st class interrail pass which is about €170 more expensive compared to the 2nd class pass. Does anyone know if it’s worth to get the 1st class ticket on this route?Thanks in advance!
Tried since Friday night to contact support because I want to exchange my pass for another type. No response from them yet. I don’t want to activate the pass, since it’s harder to exchange them, but in the meantime, I can’t use the pass for traveling. Anyone know how to contact a live person at Eurorail?
Hi! I would do the greek interrail but the ticket can onlybe delivered at home on 9 July. When will I receive thepass nulber? Only when the ticket arrives at home orimmediately after the reservation online?I mean, I would like to departure 11 July, and if the ticket with the pass number arrives 9 July, I can’t do the reservation in 2 days before departure.But I’m asking if the pass number(needed in order to do the reservation of the ferries) come immediately after the reservation on line and I haven’t to wait for that to come with the ticket at home..
Hi, I have a global pass and I am planning a train trip from Genoa to Paris on July 18th. The trip includes a stopover and using the Interrail booking tool I was able to book the Genoa-Nice route but not the Nice-Paris route. The site tells me this message: "not available from interrail.eu this seat reservation can’t be booked on our website.". How can I book this ticket? I do not live in France and it is not possible for me to go to the station in advance, except on the day of the journey when I arrive in Nice from Genoa, but I am afraid of not finding more seats that can be reserved. The train is the TGV 6162 INOUI at 14:16 on 18 July

Hello,I’m trying to book a trip from Montpellier (France) to Paris (France), as part of my outbound travel day (transfer in Paris before going outbound).Interrail says ‘no prices available’ whereas I can see trips available on sncfconnect, so I’m trying b-europe. If I set ‘interrail pass 2nd class - France’, I have no results, but if I choose any other country, I’m getting results.Is that become the system cannot understand that it is transfer in Paris? Should I book by giving a wrong country?

Recently I have been looking at the trains into Athens Greece from Prague. In the Rail planner I went from Prague to Athens and found no trains. Then I put Belgrade, which didn't even come up. Finally I put Skopje Macedonia to Athens and also couldn't find a train. Is there something I'm missing here? Or is there no longer a way to Athens with the eurail?

Do country passes include journeys between the country of departure and the country of arrival (the one in question for the country pass) ?
I'm trying to make a seat reservation for the TGV 8530 from Dax to Paris Montparnasse at 8:29 to 11:54 on 18/06. The Interrail website says that prices are unavailable for this train. Howeber, if I try to book through travel.b-europe.com , there are still some available seats. However, in order to book my seat, the website requests a Pass Cover number in the "Ticket Details" section. Since I have a mobile Eurail pass, I do not have a Pass Cover number and am unable to complete the reservation. This is also the case with 3 other friends of mine, since none of us have a Pass Cover number and therefore could not book the reservation. How can I receive a Pass Cover Number? Is there an alternative way to book a seat on this train? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks guys!
Hello, I am trying to book this connection via ticket.b-europe.com: 18.06.2022, Dax (8:29) - Paris Montparnasse 1 Et 2 (11:54). It’s not possible to book via Interrail. Now I need a Pass Cover Number (I have a Mobile Pass). I have already contacted Customer Support through the form and asked for it but they’re very busy at the moment. Thanks in advance.

How can I get customer service to correct a reservation on Eurostar to Brussels? I realized after booking this that it was better to take Eurostar to Paris Gare du Nord and then transfer to Thalys because my final destination is Antwerp. I booked this and now I noticed that I cannot take this Thalys train because I will be on Eurostar to Brussels and it won't stop in Paris. How do I fix this? I got no help from Eurail, only chatbot or automated replies
Hello!I am traveling from Ljubljana - Split 16.08.2022.I am going to book a bunk for me to sleep in but as i understand it only let’s me book the sleeping compartment between Ljubljana - Zagreb (1Hours something that takes), where i will be switching trains.As you can see it says the sleeping compartment is only between Ljubljana and Zagreb, which is not worth 160€, i wonder if the next train i will be taking from Zagreb - Split have any bed compartments and in that case does the “Bed reservation” from Ljubljana - Zagreb train cover this train also?As you can see here it only says “Ticket not available” So my question is does this train have beds and is that covered from the previous train or do i have to book this train somehow or what?Thank you!
