Hello,I have bought 1st class interrail passes (x2) to travel in France in July.I have been able to book reservations for trains such as Eurostar or TGV no problem.However, I am trying to book reservation for the NOMAD train from Paris Gare St Lazarre to Cherbourg and back and got the dreaded message:Prices unavailableNo price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. Please try searching for another connection or check 'More information' and try other ways to book this seat reservation. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board. I have contacted the SNCF who directed me to TER Normandie. One client adviser said that I could not book reservation while another one said it was possible. A quick search on sncf booking service shows that yes, reservations are doable as the screenshot attest. I have an inner ear disability and must be seated on train hence why I am trying to book
I have bought a global mobile pass. I will be travelling to Switzerland soon and will be taking a train directly to Bern from Zurich airport. However, I am unsure what time will the plane reach and the time after we get our luggage. Is it possible to add a journey to the Eurail pass last minute?Thank you in advance.
Hello, similar to others, I have received 1st class reservations for my 2nd class interrail ticket for italy. Unfortunately, the trip starts in Switzerland, which makes it impossible to change them at a ticket office. I already contacted you (interrail support) and didn’t received an reply since two days. I also contacted trenitalia via phone. They said that they are not able to exchange the ticket and that I definitely cannot take the train with that reservation. He also mentioned that it won’t be possible to ask the on-board staff for a change of that reservation. Hope someone can help me. I don’t want to buy a second reservation, obviously, and don’t want to stand with my child in Zürich in the end without a possibility to continue our travel. Best,Max

Hi all! I am currently in Amsterdam. I plan on moving to Berlin this afternoon… however, since Amsterdam was my first destination and I hadn’t planned how long I was staying, I decided I would activate my pass once I’m here. My passport ID card number isn’t working even though it’s the exact same as my normal passport number. I cant activate my pass and any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hello, I have a German passport but have lived in the UK for many years. I have full settled status here. I would like to use my global pass in Germany, how do I proof residence status in the UK? Will my usual proof of settled status be enough? I have other government documents such as a recent polling card or jury citation which you only get if registered as a resident locally. Thanks.

we are planning a travel between alexandroupolis and thessaloniki. However, we could not find any train on their website and also interrail webpage does not include available train for that route. Is there anyone who have information about that?
Hi ,we have a pass for five days,we want to cancel one train to change it for another one,so were wondering if we have to cancel all the five days or just the train that we want to change.And also we don't know how to make the reservation of our the seats . Thank you so much for your help.
I ordered 4 global 30 days passes together. Can i activate them on separate dates? they all will be valid for 30 days after each activation right? Can I travel within my own country with the global pass? or Can I just make the inbound and outbound travel to other countries? If it requires a connection in my country of residence before making an outbound journey to another country, (for example if I am travelling from Gothenberg to Copenhagen, I have to travel through Malmo which is also in Sweden) Will it count it as a single outbound journey?
I am travelling around Paris and to many places in Switzerland. Would trains like the metros in Paris be included in this pass or are they separate? I am also wondering if the trains within Switzerland are included. I would like to take the local trains from Bern, to Lauterbrunnen, to the Interlaken… I am unsure if this pass just includes the trains to big cities within countries or also to all the small places within the countries. Dear community, I have a Global 4 day pass and will be travelling from Amsterdam to Barcelona on July 16th or 17th. I am trying to reserve seats, but there seem to be problems in doing so. The booking tool mentions that prices are unavailable; however, it says this same thing for months ahead, so that is why I wonder if there are no trains available, or whether there is something else preventing me from reserving seats. I want to book as soon as possible, to ensure I can still reserve the seat :) Any help is highly appreciated! Best regards, Kaya
HelloA problem: I bought 7 interrail global pass (mobile) for me, my wife and 5 travelling friends. Today we had a meeting to plan our journey and to do the first steps: install the Railplanner app and enter our pass number. I helped one of our travelling fellows and had his and my phones and of course I do the mistake to enter his pass number in my Railplanner app! Is there a way to remove his pass number from my Railplanner app and then enter it correct on his phone or what to do?Our first travelling day will be in end June so we have still not added any trip and not activated our pass. Me and my 3 friends bought a paper pass for our interrail (we are going in one week), and we find it very difficult to buy the seat reservations we need on the eurrail website. For some of them it says that it has to be sent to us in the mail, but it wont be delivered before after our trip.. So does anyone know how we can fix the seat reservations either on a separate train website or on the eurrail website? (I tried booking through the hungarian train site, but i dint find anywhere I could only book seat reservation and not a train ticket as well)
