Hi!I would love some feedback. I am considering buying a interrail ticket for the more expensive parts of my trip as especially the ones in the beginning have had a premium price on the traintickets. I believe all tickets can be booked on the interrail site, but the reservations is done here and there? Is it possible to check if there is any interrail tickets left without buying the pass?I think I need to book the Barcelona - Nimes seat reservation as soon as possible if its not already sold out right?When it comes to bookings in france on the site SNCF, how do I know if I buy only the seat reservation and not the tickets also but only the seat? I’m considering getting the 1st class ticket as there might be more potential spots on the trains? My itenary is as follows :Spain flying to Barcelona (start)Francetrain to Nimes,train to Nice,Italytrain to Milan,train to Venice,Sloveniatrain to Ljubljana,Croatiatrain to Zagreb,bus to Split - (looks that buses are the best option here? 6h train

I was trying to book a seat reservation throw the eurial app for the train from Paris to Amsterdam but I couldn't find any availabilitythen I went throw a website called b _ Europe and booked a seat reservation for a train belongs to thalys And sadly I found our that I booked 15 May instead of 14 May 15 minutes latee When I tried to edit the date it will coaste 264$ And in the euro app I couldn't cancel the trip they said that means that I used 1 travel dayAnd I really don't know what to do
WE have booked a number of reservations across Europe on the interail.eu site.However, when I go to the APP where I have added the PASS numbers I cannot see any of these reservations. We are using the same login details.Its as if there is no synchronisation between APP and website. Its very frustrating and worrying as we are supposed ti be travelling in 2 weeks.What are we doing wrong as I cannot take the computer on holiday and will be relying on the APP on my phone.
Hello! I have booked a seat reservation for the Caledonian sleeper, however, when I try to find the train on the app to add to my pass I cannot find it.I added the journey manually, which has given me a QR code. Is this enough? I have printed out my seat reservation but I need to know if this manually added journey will be sufficient to get me onto the train.Thanks!
Hi! I reserved seats for a train ride from Barcelona Sants to Lyon Part Dieu for March 31. I booked the seat reservation through eurail, and also received the seat reservation confirmation already. However, upon checking in the app - seems like the journey changed. My original seat reservation was for BARCELONA SANTS to MONTPELLIER SAINT-ROCH, then MONTPELLIER SAINT-ROCH to LYON PART DIEU. The journey now for the exact same time departure time from Barcelona became BARCELONA SANTS To NARBONNE, then NARBONNE to LYON PART DIEU.Has anyone ever experienced something like this? What happens to my paid seat reservation? Will it still be valid for the updated journey? Appreciate any feedback for anyone who experienced a similar issue. Thank you!
I am Jyoti, I was using my Eurail pass (one day) to travel to Amsterdam from Berlin. It's a monthly pass with 4 days travel with EU. You can activate the day you want to travel within the pass, the day you want to travel. I added my journey yesterday from Berlin to Amsterdam via train ICE 140 i.e on 7th May 2023, departing at 16:05 from Berlin HBF. The train was cancelled on reaching Hannover HBF. Since, it was already very late i.e. around 21:00 once the train cancellation was informed and officially train was closed- I decided to return back to Berlin. I couldn't contact the customer service in Hannover since already around 100+ people were standing in line to collect a refund or stay in Hannover. The reason I am am reaching out here is that in my Eurail Pass - there is only 1 inbound and outbound journey for my home country. Since I used it yesterday on this train, I cannot use it anymore. So, I request to please let me know how to proceed in this manner?

This will sound very stupid but I have not booked any seat reservations yet for my interrail trip I am currently on, and I need to travel from Hamburg to Copenhagen tomorrow, 9th of July.Can anyone help with seat reservations? I keep receiving error messages from the interrail website and the countries train line websites.
Hiwe would like to travel to Denmark from Freiburg, Germany, to get a ferry there to Norway.It is possible to take the ÖBB Nightjet from Freiburg to Duisburg (starts 00:05) and then from Duisburg on another trains to cross the border as an outbound Traveldays? Someone said, this is not possible for people living in Germany, because the Nightjet is an Austrian train and does not cross the border to Denmark. It only would be possible to take the Night IC (which is actually the same train, but the German part with no cabins) to do this part as an outbound travel. I bought 3 eurail passes for my family; 1 youth pass and two adult pass, this is the first time i am travelling using it and i am extremely confused on how to use it. i was under the impression that all my train travels/tickets/reservations are included in the pass but it says on the website that i have to pay an additional amount to reserve my seats. could you please help and explain what do i do ahead ?
My first choice for a journey from Verona to Milan no longer appears on the schedule so I have added several other choices to my trip. I want to wait until I arrive at the station to decide which train to take. Can I add the journey from my trip to my pass even if no internet is available at the station?
Hi there,I traveled the NJ295 from Munich to Ancona, departure date 24 July. It was delayed by (OOPS ANOTHER EDIT -)135 minutes (!!). I am now trying to file for compensation, but I cannot find the train anywhere on log websites. The problem is (maybe?) that this train usually travels to Rome, so the systems have maybe not been adapted to this. Does Interrail have train log files that they will consult or is proof all on me? I stupidly forgot to take pictures of the situation (can't remember the exact time of arrival as I was in a hurry getting off with two kids..)Also, when filling out the file, does departure date count on the form or arrival date (which suffered the delay)? Edit: I was looking for compensation for my seat reservationon the ÖBB site - it reports the train without any delay! Oh no!! How can that happen??Thanks!!
Hello,I just booked a Paper Ticket (I need the ticket for a trip which will start at 1 April 2023). During the Payment Process the estimated delivery dated showed “28 March 2023” which would have been close, but probably fine. However, at checkout the estimated date of delivery had postponed to 7 April 2023 (which would render the ticket useless for me). Of course, at checkout it is too late to change anything.Most important Question: How can I proceed from here? In order to use the mobile pass I would have to buy a new Smartphone (mine doesn’t support iOS 13). The Paper Ticket will probably be late. Moreover, I probably cannot return the Paper Ticket in Time, because I will not be at home then. Is there any other way to obtain and use a ticket in time for the journey? Is it still possible to get a full 100% refund for the ticket (for the different estimated of delivery are quite deceptive), not the usual 85% refund?Any help would be highly appreciated!All the best, thomas
We are trying to reserve sleeper tickets from Stuttgart to Ljubliana on 27th July. Every site we have tried says ‘not available’ or something similar. We have tried eurrail, DB, OBB etc. We know the train exists and we are inside the booking window. In fact if we try any train between now and then, we get the same message. Interestingly OBB seems to have tickets in the opposite direction??? So what’s going on? How can we reserve these couchettes? Can anybody help?
I have 2 questions about the app, I searched but couldn't find an answer.Why isn't there a normal calendar when searching for a train? I'm planning a trip more than 2 months from now, and my finger is getting very tired of clicking over 60 times the right arrow to go to the next date. And if there is a real clickable calendar, can you please tell me where to find it?Is there a bug in the app? After I added a train to my itinerary I can't open it, the little downward arrow is dead, meaning I can't see all the stations where a train stops, I can't see the facilities on a train, and most important: I don't see the link to reservation options. I don't want to delete the app and install it again, as I'm afraid I'll lose all trains I already added to my itinerary. Please tell me what to do to repair this.
Does it matter that I can’t book on the Eurail pass site and therefore can’t see the trips on my pass app? Both times I have booked a night train.The first from Berlin to Budapest we had to have a seat reservation and booked it through OBB using our pass details. Then the second, from Amsterdam to Zurich, showed it was available and included but wouldn’t let me choose it to make the seat reservation that was recommended - ie my cart was empty. So I have also booked on OBB. Just wondering if it matters that I can’t book them on my pass. Or if I am doing something wrong/not seeing something obvious in the process.Thanks, any help appreciated!
2 adults, 2 kids (11 yo and 14 yo ) going from Costa Brava Spain to Paris on July 3. the one country pass is so much less expensive I’m wondering if there is a way to take a taxi or short train trip to Perpignan and then switch to the fast train? Or any other suggestions? We want to take the fast train and might do first class since its the kids first train ride and could be fun.
Hi I got to know how regional trains save our money . Do we have such options to book from Milano to Venice( reservation free ) and other places ? it showed me 15Euros to book seats . If seat reservation mandatory I need to book on oebb.com to avoid booking fees or any other websites ?
Hello, I just lost my wallet with all my cards in it. I’m in the middle of using my 2month Interrail Global Pass (mobile pass, not paper), so I’d really like to know if I can still continue traveling with my passeport (even if the number doesn't match) or if I can, in that case, replace it ?I have tried reaching out to the Interrail customer service but nobody responds, and I don’t even receive a confirmation email that my request has been sent. So, I’m a bit lost…I’d really appreciate any help/information, Thank you!
