Warum werden mir Verbindungen im Juli noch nicht angezeigt
Immer wenn ich irgendwelche Züge im Süden Europas (Spanien, Italien [aber hier auch nur Südlich im Land: Rom, Florenze etc.], Griechenland etc.) für Juli und August raussuchen möchte, werden mir keine angezeigt, im März und April aber schon.Gibt es aufgrund der Saison keine Züge oder werden die später noch hinzugefügt, da sie in Deutschland, Frankreich, Belgien, Kroatien etc. schon verfügbar sind?
Problem with seat resebarion for my family of 9 with a senior and 2 child from Paris to Lyon
Hi my family is currently in Paris France right now with 1 senior and 2 Child and they are a party of 9 havingtroublE with booking for their Eurail seat reservation on their trip to Paris to Lyon on December 25. Please Help. This is what is Shown on the booking for their seats they are hinding 1st Class tickets. Please Help.
I can put a seat reservation into my shopping cart, but every time I go to check out and accept terms and conditions I get:Please try to find an alternative connection. The unavailable leg will be removed from your cart.So I can’t purchase.If I cancel the reservation, I can still rebook it (i.e. it isn’t unavailable) but it always fails at checkout
Entered the wrong start date and haven’t used the pass.
Hi all,I purchased the 15 continuous days pass on Mobile. I wanted to check the train times and availability but just as a simulation but ended up entering the start date for the 17th of September! I only realised this now but I only wanted to use it next year :( I just assumed we had 11 months and it would just activate once I used it. I don’t want to lose the entire pass because I was really looking forward to it. I haven’t used it at all except for entering the dates and now I only have 10 days left. Can someone help me out?
Hello,I’m trying to make a reservation through italiarail. However it seems like I need a passcover number for the reservation. I can’t seem to find it anywhere in my mobile pass, and I don’t have a paper pass. I need to make this reservation urgently since there’s just one seat available. Thanks :)))

Ou s'il est possible d'utiliser un jour de voyage sur un "coup de tête" ? J'aurais également aimé savoir s'il existe une solution pour voyager sur deux pays uniquement ? Et si non, un trajet transfrontalier est-il possible ? Merci d'avance !
Cannot book reservation. I get an exclamation mark or the page does not respond
I can’t book my reservations on the train I want. When I have filled in all the information and want to go to the next step after filling in where I was born, the page does not work. I get a exclamation mark in the middle of the page, or the page does not respond in any way. I have tested refreshing the page, do the reservations again both in my computer and my mobile.
Changing travellers during interrail trip.
I have an Interrail pass for me and my two kids.I will first travel alone from Bergen to Riga, later to Sandefjord to pick up my children.Is there a way to book seats only for one person for the first leg of the journey, and then add the others to the trip later on?

Moment of downloading railpass in interrailapp. and requesting Pass Cover number
I have some questions after the flashsale. Definitely I think I won't be the only one with such questions, so I will post them here in this community: I have the interrailapp. on my phone. I bought the mobile pass with a 50% discount via “Treinrondreis” in NL. That went excellent and correct. The next question is NOT about activation just before my first trip in a few months. A Does it have advantages and/or disadvantages to download the railpass already now some months before the first trip in the app? (I know It can be removed again if necessary before activation). Or B downloading the railpass just before activation in the app after a few months? The next related question is about requesting the “passcovernumber” without haste, just to be sure: Can that A requested before downloading the railpass in the app.? B After downloading the pass in the app. but before activation? Or C only after activation? There is so much knowledge here, so I hope for clear answers!
Seat reservation: Paris to Florence - Interrail website does not work
Hello,maybe someone can help.The Interrail website does not work. Trying for hours to book seat reservation from Paris to Florence mid Julye. Is there another possibility? SNCF does not work (can just book full fare). Any ideas? Booked reservation London - Paris a few days ago via interrail website, but unfortunately did not receive tickets yet. Confirmation Email said that tickets are attached, but they were not. Credit card was charged though. Cannot download them in the tool either. Download button is missing. A pity that a community needs to solve problems, because the support does not answer…. :-)
Seat reservaton - can't proceed to check out
Hey everyone just bought my Eurail Global Pass earlier this month which i need a seat reservation to get on the train. Btw i planed to go around italy with train and as you may know we need to book a seat reservation for some of the italian railway service. I know that i can book from ÖBB website but still i can’t buy it from there I’ve tried enough. Finally i can book my seat reservation from eurail web pages. I filled already the my personal data and my billing address. I just need to choose the payment method and pay it but weirdly i can’t here some picture to clarify thank you very much
Interrail ticket - I couldn't enter an earlier start date
Hi everybody, I was trying to book a 15 days in 2 month ticket for this summer. When I had to enter the start date of my journey, I was only able to pick from the 26th of July or later. Does anybody know why this is and if I can also get my ticket with the start date for the 8th of July?
My phone broke yesterday and I wanted to activate my pass on my new phone but this isn’t working since the pass is still activated on the old en totally broken phone. Can you please help me with the transfer of the pass? I travel tomorrow morning!!! Thank you in advance!Kind regards,Laurent Delbeke
Change in the itinerary in case of delay or change of plans?
Hi there!I would like to ask whether the train conncetion of a given day is subject to change. For example, I see in the app that I’d need to add a certain train conncection of a given day/time to my Globalpass. However, can I still travel that same day but in another time in case of delay due to train connection or my plan changes?Thanks a lot!
Need pass cover number.
As many have asked before, I need my pass cover number for my mobile pass. This is urgent as travel is for tomorrow. There are seats available but it requires my pass cover number. The Eurail interface for reserving seats is bugged out basically all the time so I can’t book them there. I have already tried calling SNCF but as I am booking from London to Paris on Eurostar they said they cannot help me. Please any help is appreciated. I have submitted a form already but fear it won’t be responded to in anywhere near enough time.
