Hi!im wondering if Greek island ferry passes really take 6 weeks to be delivered? We can’t book on any ferries without and in 2022 it seems like a long time for post to come.Both my friend and I have tried to speak to customer service but not heard anything yet.many thanks
I am having real difficulties booking reservations and have not got a clue why. I purchased my interrail pass via the uk site myinterail.co.uk. Recieved an e-mail confirming purchases with order number and pass number. Input these details into the rail planner app and thought I would be then start booking seat reservations. However, when I come to try and reserve the seats (which you can only do using the eurail site) I cannot see my pass. Any ideas what I am doing wrong? It is drive me insane and I have no response to an e-mail I have sent to both eurail and interrail. Thanks
Hello!I’ll be interrailing with a friend this summer and she bought our interrail passes together through her account. Today we did our first seat reservation through her account too. It is normal for seat reservations not to appear in my interrail account, in reservations overview, even though they appear on hers? And since we've done everything through my friend's account, will I be able to activate the pass on my phone and have access to all the reservations?Thank you
Hello, I have the Interrail ticket global pass and Germany is my home country. If I travel from Stockholm, Sweden to Munich, Germany with a stop-over in Hamburg, Germany does that mean that I have to pay extra for the Hamburg-Munich train since I already entered my home country once (Stockholm-Hamburg)?
Hey! I’m just playing around a bit with my mobile pass to see if I figured everything out. So I activated my pass (deactivated right after) to see if it would creat a ticket. And it did.Do I see it correctly that I only get one ticket per travel day, even though I’m using 3 different trains in 2 different countries?Is it also normal that it shows immediatly ¾ travel days as soon as I add a journey to the the pass, even though that first travel day is still in the future?Thanks!
Hi, I want to order an interrail mobile pass but I had some issues with my 4G when I was abroad in the past. Actually, it didn’t work in several countries. I got in contact with the provider and I got some tips, but I can only test it once I am travelling... So, I would like to know, if I buy a mobile pass and make reservations with the app, can I show the pass in the app when I’m offline? Or do I get a confirmation through e-mail that I can download in advance and show the train conductor?Kind regards,Tine
I live in uk and am starting my trip on Monday but Eurostar was full so am flying to France. Can I use my Eurail pass on trains from home to Heathrow? Do I have to ‘stamp’ my pass on the first journey (its digital so not sure how to do this) and then do I have to do it each time I use the pass? When I fly back to the UK can I use my pass to catch Gatwick Express home?
hi, i already booked the interrail ticket for 2 months and I was planning to activate it the 15 of June, it is possible to book the tickets of each train now and plan the trip without activate it?? so the day I will start the trip I will activate it and I will have directly the tickets?? Hello! A small group I am with and I all bought 1st class Eurail Global passes. Tomorrow, (we’ll actually today since it is almost 2am), we each got mobile tickets to travel from Nord Paris to London. It says that we need a seat reservation but every time I’ve tried to get one it says it’s not available and it could be from being sold out. If that is the case how am I able to have the ticket? When we go to scan our ticket will it not work? Or will we just not have a reserved seat? And if we aren’t going to be allowed to travel, what should I do? I hope this makes sense the way I’m explaining it. Also it said the seat reservation would be free since we were first class, I guess I’m just confused and nervous and not sure what to do. Problem with seat reservation; Warszawa Centralna - Wien hbf and Berlin hbf - Warszawa Centralna ''prices unavailable''
Hi, I have problem to book seat reservaton in 2 trains. One of them is train going from Warszawa Centralna to Wien Hbf on july 4th and second one is going from Berlin Hbf to Warszawa Centralna on july 15th. In both of the them the reservation is required but inactive. The notification says:‘’Prices unavailableNo price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. Please try searching for another connection or check 'More information' and try other ways to book this seat reservation. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board.’’This notification shows on every available train these days. Is there any solution to this problem or I have to buy full fare ticket?
Hi fellow Travellers!!On the 1st of June me and my boyfriend are going on our first Interrail trip ever! So exciting!!MY QUESTION:______________We are planning on catching the nighttrain from Amsterdam Central (departure 22:34) to Prague (arrival 2nd of June 10:34), at least, that is what the Rail Planner app says is possible. But if I am looking at online timetables to book a sleep possibility in advance, I can't find this train anywhere. Does anyone know if this info is accurate?And do you have some basic NEED TO KNOW TIPS for the first time interrailing ever? THANK YOU SO MUCH! Maybe we see each other somewhere in Europe!!
I am trying to book a reservation for myself and my 2 daughters with my eurail pass- it says that the reservations are not able to be made on eurail.com- how do I get them? We are traveling from Paris to Nice, Nice to Rome, and Rome to Naples (and back to Rome)- on different days….
I am trying to make a train reservation with my interrail pass from Rotterdam to London. First you have to log in. I did that so you can see the what reservations are availlable from ticket holders. The only day (3 june) we need to make a reservation, says they are all €0 and " prices unavaillable". I know there's a max. Ammount of interrail holders that can make reservations in an Eurostar train. But ALL other days seem to be just fine. Does this mean theres just a bug or something? Or are we not able anymore to make reservations for that day?. If so, this means we have to buy +€400 worth on Eurostar ticket for 1 train... That's is more then the Interrail ticket itself we bought. Does anyone know, if this is the case, if we need to buy those tickets, or is it possible to go without reservations & tickets....? Thanks
Do we have select the nights spend in each city or only the duration of the trip? What pass is best?
Hello,I’m interested in doing a trip through Portugal, starting from Barcelona. The trip would start on Barcelona to Porto (the idea is to stay for 4 days in Porto), then we’ll go to Lisbon (the idea is to stay for 3 days), and as the last destination we would visit Faro (the idea is to stay for 2 days). Counting one day for the trip BARCELONA-PORTUGAL and one day back to BARCELONA. We do not know if we have to select the nights we want to spend in each city or only the duration of the trip. We also do not know what pass/ticket is more suitable for our case. We accept any recommendations. Also if you could inform us for any COVID regulations for the travel on the train and also the COVID regulations of PORTUGAL, we will appreciate very much!Thanks for your time. Hi everyone!I would like to book reservation of trains, and had already added my paper pass to My Trip. However, after adding a reservation to my cart, click on checkout, filling in my billing and contact information, and click continue to traveler details, the page never moved and I’m sure there is no error message or red warning text on the page. So I can never complete a reservation online.And I opened up the web console to see the log, and found the server kept returning 500 to my webpage.I’ve written an email to the eurail official, but seems they are too busy to process my problem.Does anyone else encounter this kind of problem? ***ADDED INFORMATION***My pass class is 2nd class pass type is eurail global pass valid from May to July, and I would like to book the train in June
Hey!I am trying to book four trains in Italy but get the error ‘Prices temporarily unavailable’. I am going with my girlfriend and we both have first class InterRail tickets. There are other trains in Italy (and other parts of Europe) which we have successfully booked reservations for. Please can someone help us to find out what is causing this error message and/or where the next best place to book reservations are if we cannot do it directly via InterRail? We have looked into ItaliaRail but there does not seem to be a way to input an InterRail pass code for a reduced price.
