Hi, On 11th of April I bought a Global Pass online. I paid, but I never received a confirmation mail nor a purchase order on my account. I've sent already three messages to the support desk and never received an answer. I can't find a phone number anywhere on the website. Best Regards, Anita
Hi, my family (2 adults and 2 youths) are planning our trip around northern Europe this August. I have bought the 4 passes and will be using the mobile app. Should I put all the passes on my phone or put the passes on the families inidvidual phones. For convenience, I prefer the former option, but what happens if I lose my phone or it dies? It seems that if this happens then your are stuffed! There does not seem anyway to create a backup or mirror the account on another phone. What does happen if your phone breaks/gets stolen whilst on the trip? I am sure this must have happened to someone.
I’ve been trying to finalize the purchase of two “Sale” Global Passes one for youth and one for adult and I’ve never been able to finalise the process.Each time I get to the payment stage an error shows up saying that something went wrong and I need to refresh the page but the same error shows up and I’m stuck. Anyone has a suggestion on how to overcome this situation? Thanks in advance for your help. Gigi
Hi, I will travel from Perpignan to Valencia (via Port Bou). with a stopover in Barcelona Sants (25 minutes), a reservation is needed for Barcelona to Valencia.Question: is it possible to make a reservation for the Spanish trip in France (Perpignan)? If not: I see I can make a pre-reservation by phone, but I have only 25 minutes to arrange the reservation in Barcelona, I think that is not enough time. How can I do this? thank you
My mobile phone is broken and I can not add my pass in my other device because it is already in my broken phone. I would like to know if there is a possibility to disconnect my account on my previous mobile so I can use it here, I need to take a train in 2h so it is really urgent please help me
I am able to see and book a train reservation on the night train from Split to Budapest (1205 ADRIA INTERCITY) on the MAV (Hungarian) website. It does not appear on the app though. New Eurail pass user. So confused!I have searched topics but can’t find the answer.
Hello,maybe someone can help.The Interrail website does not work. Trying for hours to book seat reservation from Paris to Florence mid Julye. Is there another possibility? SNCF does not work (can just book full fare). Any ideas? Booked reservation London - Paris a few days ago via interrail website, but unfortunately did not receive tickets yet. Confirmation Email said that tickets are attached, but they were not. Credit card was charged though. Cannot download them in the tool either. Download button is missing. A pity that a community needs to solve problems, because the support does not answer…. :-)
I reallyneed help. I want to go by train from cologne to naples on the16th of july and back on the 24th. It seems to be very hard. I dont know whoch pass i need because the trains are going through some countrys and over night and i can not see any reservation possibilitys in the night trains. can please someone help menot loosing my holiday?
Hey,we have 2 Global Mobile Passes and would also like to use them to travel with our dog within Italy. We would also like to tike the Intercity Notte (Rome-Messina). How can we buy a ticket for our dog? Trenitalia and Italiarail only allow us to buy a dog ticket when we buy a human ticket at the same time which is more expensive than the reservation. Also we would not be able to be in the same compartment due to there being separate bookings.How in the world can we book a ticket for our dog on an Intercity Notte (or any other Italian train other than slower, regional ones where dogs travel for free)?
Hi! We are flying into and out of Santorini, but would like to island hop for part of our stay. The suggested routes in the Greek Island Pass brochure start and end in Piraeus. I wanted to check that journeying through Piraeus was not a condition of travel, and we could travel around the Cycleades starting and ending in Santorini with the 4 day pass?Many thanks in advance.

We all have Interrailcard.I´m trying to find schedules and tickets for the train from Milano to Tirano on the 21JULY2022 but can’t find any? Hello, I am looking for people who would like to accompany me one, a few days or more traveling the Balkan. I will take train wherever possible and would like to sleep in my tent where ever possible and otherwise in hostels. It is planned to go quickly to Romania. take a two day hike in the Kapats and then traveling via Bucharest to the Black Sea. Via Bulgaria I want to go to Istanbul and from there via Thessaloniki to Athens. From Athens I plan to take all countries along the Adriatic (Mediterranean coast) and go back home. Dear InterRail/ EuRail-people, my InterRail pass comes to an end soon.I know that you want to havee it sent in so that together with the travel diary you can calculate which company gets how much money.In previous years, the InterRail pass cover was a free envelope to send the pass back by post to you. This is no longer the case.How should I send the pass to you in a way that a) I have no additional costs and b) don’t have more work than putting it into a mail box or handing it over at a railway company selling point or sending you a scan via email?I am not willing to pay extra or take extra work for something you need, not me, and which you made less convenient due to removal of the free mail-back-functionality. But I am still willing to support the InterRail system by providing you the data you need to calculate where the money goes.I also need the pass to claim passenger right compensations/ reimbursements for extra costs (accomodation due to cancelled trains and no possibility to
I have a three month global pass but I don’t want to be on the go continuously over this period.I am aware that you can only make one trip in each direction from and back to your home country, so I would buy conventional tickets for the additional trips to and from home. Perhaps I will use interrail for my first trip out of the UK (my home country), then pay for the interveining journeys in and out of the UK, then use Interrail for my final trip back to the UK.Would this be acceptable with the Interrail global pass?Thanks in advance.John.
Passenger rights: Stranded due to cancelled trains. How to continue on the next day without using up a travel day?
Dear people of InterRail,due to cancelled trains I am stranded and can continue the journey only tomorrow.I have already entered the journey which I originally planned in the travel diary. The end point of my today's journey can also not be reached via a different route.I know that the EU passenger rights apply, which entitle me (a) for a overnight stay for the night and (b) continuing my journey tomorrow without the need to use another InterRail day.Since tomorrow I wanted to spend a day stationary, I did not want to use an InterRail day at all tomorrow.My question is now is regarding (b):What do I need to do that I can continue my journey without the need of another InterRail day?I have a confirmation of the cancellation of the trains from the train crew of another train company. The company whose trains are canceled does not have a ticket office here.My tomorrow's journey would 3 or 4 different carriers (all of which accept InterRail).I don't expect that I can just travel tomorrow w
I want to reserve a window seat of Eurostar. But the SNCB reservation or Rail Planner app disabled to choose seat preference.I can choose window or aisle if Thallys is choosen. So it seems not possible to choose seat of Eurostar.So I am wondering to try reserve first without selecting seats. After e-ticket comes, can I change it to window seat? And how can be change?
I’m leaving to go travelling in just over two weeks and the Interrail website keeps malfunctioning when I try booking seat reservations! It won’t let me press the ‘review my order’ button, there is either an error warning sign that pops up or the webpage just stays stuck. I’ve tried booking on three different devices and none of them will work. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else, if you have any advice or maybe the contact details for Interrail, because none of the numbers I’ve found online seem to work?
