I have just booked my first journey for 13/8/22 in southern Italy .The reservation email tells me that I must print it and take a paper copy .This is ok when I am still at home but what about the future journeys I will book when I’m en route and then won’t have access to a printer?
Hi, I will buy a global pass and live in Portugal.However, to start my journey, I will fly to another country to save some time. Do I have to put my residence country as Portugal and then the 2 travel rule will not apply anymore? Or do I need to put the other country and then I can only do 2 travels in that country? Does anybody have any advice for finding the best backpacker’s travel insurance?? I am travelling from the UK to around 7/8 countries for three weeks in September with my partner and need to purchase health insurance. Hello everyone,I am starting my interrail journey tomorrow and I noticed my year of birth in my mobile pass is wrong. I texted customer service via form on the web, thru Facebook and email as well. I claimed it is urgent since I leave on 8th of August 2022, but still with no respond. I am kinda panicking tho.What am I supposed to do? Thank you for your advices. Have a lovely day.
Hi there,I have a mobile pass, I was trying to get some discount code in the “benefits” section, but when I enter my code it says it is invalid. I tried with differnt services and it is alway like that, is it because the pass is mobile and not a paper one?Did anyone have the same problem? Thank you all!
Hi,I lost my mobile pass, and following the answers from the other questions, I contacted customer service of Interrail.I have already contacted Interrail Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and also opened an issue, but nobody has answered me yet and not even an automatic email has arrived. Hello!I’ve had a look on threads but most of them are for other types of trains!I have a interrail global mobile pass and I’m travelling from London to Amsterdam with Eurostar, with a change being with Thalys at Brussels.While I was booking/reserving the seats it was saying that I need to print it at home?but I’ve received both of them via e-tickets so do I not need to print them or do they need to check it alongside my interrail pass on the app? Hi! A week ago my phone broke so I had to buy a new one but when I got it I could not activate my Mobil pass because it was still connected to the old phone. I emailed interrail and they solve my problem but when I open the app all my trip was lost!! My interrail starts in 2 days and I did find most of the trains my friends have but there’s one that does not exist anymore. Before my old phone broke I screenshot all the QR codes of the trip and save them so I still have the QR code of that train but I don’t know if is going to be valid or if I can even use the QR codes.Please, what should I do?
Hi, I’m thinking about travelling with a night train to Zurich from Utrecht, the only thing I’m worrying about is the fact that there are two trains leaving at the same time to the same destination. One of them is the night jet and the other one is just a IC. For the night jet you have to reserve a seat and for the IC it’s not obligated but how do I know which train is which or is it the same train? Thank you guys in advance:)
Hallo zusammen, ich habe folgende Fragen:1. Eine Freundin von mir möchte mit dem One country Pass Frankreich fahren. Dabei muss sie in Offenburg starten und dann nach Paris fahren. Kann sie dann irgendwie von Deutschland aus nach Straßburg kommen? Nein oder? Sie muss dann ein extra Ticket kaufen? 2. Wir wollen dann zusammen von Paris nach Offenburg zusammen fahren. Wie können wir es so einrichten, dass wir zusammen im TGV nebeneinander sitzen. Wir brauchen eine Sitzplatzreservierung. Aber wir müssen beide Pässe auf unterschiedlichen Smartphones haben. Man kann anscheinend beim Sitzplatz Menü bei der passenden Webseite einen Pass hinzufügen. Aber unsicher, ob das die richtige weise ist dafür. 3. Ich möchte dann von Straßburg nach Offenburg fahren. Für die letzte Station vor der deutschen Grenze habe ich das Interrail Global Ticket und nach der Grenze ab der nächsten ersten deutschen Station das 9 Euro Ticket. I booked an Interrail Poland Pass for my trip from Wiesbaden to Sedzilaw with my wife and the recommended train connection to do so is to take the ICE1557 at 8:26 am on the 15th August 22 and to drive to Dresden-Neustadt.The Pass however won't allow me to book the ICE to Dresden-Neustadt. The reason for this is according to the app that my bought Interrail Poland Pass is not valid in some countries.I used once the same Interrail Poland Pass and it worked out for me because of the "Incoming and Outcoming" guarantee. What can I do?
Hi, I want to travel from Saarbrücken to Mannheim and the interrail app suggests TGV9551 at 10:58 but does not say it requires reservations. Is this true?? I thought all TGV travel needed reservations? Is it because it's completely within Germany that it doesn't? Thanks,Q
I have not received my pass number or the pass itself. I filled in the form correctly but I have not received anything. I didn't realise until now because I hadn't started to organise the trip yet. I don't know what I can do or if the problem is mine or a mistake of discover eu, I think I did it right :(
Hey all! We’re travelling next Wednesday 17th august from Barcelona to Spain and saw that we can’t book the reservation online. There are multiple trains a day going through this route so I’m a bit confused why we can’t , can anyone give guidance? Should we wait to get to Barcelona and book at the station? I am flying to Madrid from London on Thursday and would like to get the train to Valencia from Madrid on the Friday. Is the eurail valid for spain high speed trains ?also I am then flying to Amsterdam on the following week. Can I use the pass to get from Amsterdam to emmen ?
After all the problems we read about, I wonder whether anybody has any comments or experiences about getting value from a pass?Here is ours:We have 2 senior first class IR global passes for 10 days in 2 months, and have the first half of it planned next week. Hello,I am a first time interrailer with a young family and we are keen to do a night train. We are travelling in October and are looking at the night train between Nice (or Marseille) going to Paris on Wednesday 22nd October but I only seem to get results for the Thursday. Do they only run on certain days?
