I would like further training. When booking the Patras-Piraeus section (on the trainOSE website) I do not see in the discount section the one referring to interrail and therefore cannot apply any discount. How is this possible? ((I have 6-trip Greek Islands Pass))
I added a train in Italy manually as it was not listed, but I know it requires a reservation. Is it possible to reserve ahead for manual trips?

I reserved two tickets from Amsterdam to London but the confirmation email I received had to tickets attached to it. Even when I checked my reservations page in my eurail account they were not there to be downloaded. My trip is coming up very soon and customer service said they would reply within a week but I’m not sure they’ll be quick enough. Is there any way to contact them that guarantees a quicker response?
Hi community! I have an Interrail pass and was making a seat reservation for a TGV, when the app forwarded me to the Eurail website instead. So now I have an activated Interrail pass + a Eurail seat reservation.Can I just show my Interrail pass on the day? Or will there be a trouble because of the mismatch?Would be grateful for your experiences:)
I will be traveling with my large family of ten (10) this winter. Seat reservations on the website and mobile app seem to be limited to nine travelers maximum per transaction. We could do successive reservations but our fear is we will not be seated together. Any suggestions?

I am traveling from Amsterdam to Zurich in July. I was able to add the trip to my eurail pass, but when I went to make my seat reservation it says that the seats “may be sold out” and to “purchase a seat reservation at a station in Europe.” Has this happened to anyone else? Hi, has anybody travelled from Stockholm to Copenhagen via Almhult (bus to Hasselholm) and Hasselholm recently? Was your trip smooth? Sweden-Denmark trains are very full booked now and I'm looking for options. There seems not be straight trains to Copenhagen at weekend.
This is seemingly such a ridiculous question but for whatever reason, I can not get a call through to scnf to make a seat reservation. I have a SIM card and my calls in portugal have gone through no problem. Does anyone have any advice for me? Is this used error or is it impossible to reach them?

Hey everyone. My wife and I are traveling from Copenhagen to Hamburg on August 21st. When we booked the trip and the seat reservations, we didn’t know what time we’d be off of our cruise ship. We now realize that we’ll be off the ship much earlier and would love to take an earlier train direct to our destination. However, when I try to book seats on it, it says that I am unable to and does not give an explanation as to why. I’m thinking that because I already have a trip booked that day, that it won’t let me book seat reservations on another trip. Am I right? And if so, how do I go about removing my current reservation and changing it to the earlier one? At this point, I don’t even care if I get a refund for the first reservation. I just want to have to haul my luggage around Copenhagen for hours! Thanks in advance.
