Hello, I have a 15 days for 2 weeks global pass (not yet activated) and I've just made a train reservation on the Eurostar for the 03/25 but I only have the payment confirmation in the reservation confirmation email (not the Eurostar ticket)Do you know why and how can it be solved?Thanks by advance!
Situation: I want to travel from Barcelona to Paris with the TGV 9708 INOUI but the only way to book a reservation is by getting the ticket sent to an address. But by the time that the ticket will arrive, I’ll already be on my way back to Germany.Will a photo of the reservation get accepted (e.g. a family member at home sends me a pic of it)? Or do I need to have the papers with me when a ticket inspector asks for a reservation?
When I login using the online reservation tool it fails to link to my trip/passenger and also says "see timetable below" but there isn't one.This was working last week. What is going on ? Is there a customer support desk ? I need to book Oslo to Bergen in May and other Norway journeys.Thanks, Nick

HelloI am going from Spiez, Switzerland to Firenze, Italy on 12 April 2022.I bought a Eurail pass.I made a reservation for a seat from Paris to Interlaken, but I kept trying to go from Spiez to Firenze, but it didn't work.I searched and found that the Trenitalia website does not accept seat reservations for Eurail Pass holders.I'm trying to reserve a seat through Rail Planner, but it only shows up like this. can you help me?
My girlfriend and I have bought mobile, 10 day passes. We have never been to Europe before (Canadians). These are the questions I have:When you plan a trip some stops/trains say there is a reservation needed. How do I make reservations? I have tried to make them on the Rail Planner App and online but have had no luck at all. I have read countless how-to guides with no success. For example, most say to go to the eurail/interrail website to make them. I go to the website, click “yes” when asked if I have a pass, when I go to log in/create an account there is no where for me to enter my pass number like all of the online forums say there is; and when I go to my account settings, there is no option to add a pass/ traveller. And once logged in and I click to book reservations its just a FAQ page with nothing to actually book the reservations. One train we want is from Interaken to Venice, there is 2 changes on the journey and the 3rd from from Brigs requires seat reservations. When making
Hello, my girlfriend and me are trying to make a reservation for a seat from London-Paris for her, throw Eurostar but they are asking for the pass cover number and we cant seem to find it! I Saw in other similar topics that @Nanja or @Leo did help with the situation, providing It vía private message. Hello,I need to book a reservation for the night train Paris->Latour de Carol on Saturday (and for a Spanish train on Sunday). At a DB counter, they told me that they cannot book domestic train reservations abroad anymore. On the SNCF website, it is not possible to book Interrail reservations any longer. B-europe does not show the train. And I cannot even access the Interrail.eu reservation tool: It says "Using the timetable below, you can make reservations for most European trains", but there is no timetable on the page at all. Does anyone know how I can book the reservation?
Hello! I am getting ready for a 2 month Eurail trip and I cannot seem to book my reservations for my first country, Norway. This could all be my own error but I would really appreciate any guidance someone may have!I have a first class 2 month mobile global pass and my journeys for Norway show up in the Rail Planner as reservations required. Every time I open the “Book reservations” page on the Eurail site after logging in though, I do not see any timetable for me to book.I added the 3 journeys I need for Norway onto my trip in the Rail Planner app and connected my pass (didn’t activate yet) and I still cannot see anything once I follow the steps in-app to get to the reservation self-service. Even when I log into my account on the site and go to “My trips and travelers”, the site shows me a blank page which I assume means that they have not even recognized that I created a trip on the app and connected my pass. I have been getting really confused and would appreciate any sort of help,
Hello all, I am planning a reservation in which requires a printed ticket. I live in the US so don’t have the option to get it delivered directly to me. What are your recommendations in obtaining the ticket? I read that some got it delivered to them in Europe at the hotel/hostel they are staying at days before their trip as they were already in Europe (this is possible for me as I will be in Europe prior to the departure date). Should I just do this? Or is there a better option?
Hi allMe and my partner have second class 1 month mobile passes. We understand there is a reservation fee on many trains. We also understand there can be a supplement on night trains if we want a couchette, or even a compartment for just the 2 of us. So...trying to book TORINO PORTA NUOVA (Italy) 09:55 PM INI 799 INTERCITYNOTTE to Napoli for 28th March , I come up with a $16AUD booking fee for a seat (ok sure, but I want a bed so I'll pay extra)...or $310.40 for 'couchetta c4 comfort per 1 passegero - compartimento intero'. Those are my only 2 options Even if that option means 1x 4 couchette compartment all to myself AND another 1x 4 couchette compartment all for my partner thena) WHY? Why is that the only choice we get? Seems like we get to have 2 seats between us for $16 or a total of 8 individual couchettes for $310???b) Why so expensive when I can book the same train on trenitalia WITHOUT A PASS but with beds for roughly $190?I have read about some rules which mean people have t
Good afternoon! Me and my friends are planning a trip from Amsterdam to Thessaloniki for the coming April. We wanted to travel via Munich, Budapest and Belgrade. Up until Budapest, we can plan our trip via this website. However, when we want to check for trains from Budapest to either Belgrade or Thessaloniki, nothing comes up on the travel planner.Neither do I see Serbia in the list of exceptions on the website.I was therefore wondering whether there is any reason why we cannot find trains (in April) from Budapest to either Belgrade or Thessaloniki.Thank you in advance.
I’m thinking of getting the 10 days in 2 months pass so would the route Berlin- Brussels- paris- Zurich- bled- Zagreb- Budapest- Bratislava- Vienna- krakow- Prague be within the 10 travel day allowance? Or do train connections in one journey take up your travel day? For example, Budapest-Bratislava with 3 change overs, do the change overs come in with the 1 travel day or do they count as separate journeys?
Hi, there seems to be a problem with the website. I can only login if I use google. I first logged in using a password but it will no longer let me.My friend has the same problem. She managed to log in once and book one reservation, but now she can no longer do so. She asks for a password reset just in case, but this was never sent. She doesn't have a google account so can’t log in that way.Can anyone help - is this a temporary problem with the website, or can you only login with google or facebook?If so she is completely stuck!
How does the train get from Florence to Venice? Does it take you to the island or the mainland. I’m booking a hostel on the island and don’t want to arrive and find myself on the main land. Similarly does the train leave from the island as well?
