Hi everyone,I’ve got a problem to choose the pass for my travel (it’s my first time trying this kind of travel). I’m planning on travelling with a friend, and the trip would be the following : first, we would take a night train from Marseille to Vienna (with correspondences) the night of the 15th/16th July.After, we would take a night train from Vienna to Berlin (a direct) the night of the 18th/19th July.After, we would take a night train from Berlin to Coppenhaggen (with correspondences) the night of the 21th/22th July.Finally, we would take a night train from Coppenhaggen to Marseille (with correspondence) the night of the 25th/26th July.But we don't know which pass to take ?Sometimes, the website told us it's the 4-days Global pass a month, on other times, the 5-days Global pass a month. So, which one should we take ?Also, does this pass work when we are planning to take only night trains, sometimes with correspondences ? Thanks you for your help and advices :)Have a good trip every
New traveler here. Some friends and I are flying to Copenhagen in November. We want to also go to Sweden and Norway. It looks like the Scandinavia adult pass may be the way to go. Does this pass also let us take local trains (sorry for my lack of knowledge) or does it only permit travel between the countries.Also, if we are only traveling 5 out of 8 days would it be cheaper to buy train passes instead of the rail pass? I just buy my first 7 days pass to me and my wife and planing my first holiday with the train,i have 2 quition,1 i was just plan my first travel day, and saved the trains I am planing to take on the app in my Trip, and if i understand it good all i need is to activet that in the app the day i travel (this sunday) and this will be ok when i get control in the train?2 in Holland in somes station you need to use you card to get in and out the station, how do i do it with the app?Thanks Tsafi
Hello, I have 2 questions. How does it work with the travel day when traveling overnight? Will I lose 2 travel days in that case? Second question: I have one day for entering the country and one day for leaving the country. However, if my hometown isn't reachable via a direct route, how many transfers are allowed during the inbound journey?
I’ll be heading from Rome to Klagenfurt via Venice. Interrail is telling me that I need to pay €10 supplement fee (2nd class) for the second leg from Venice to Klagenfurt. Upon further reading about supplement fee, it seems that I can pay for seat reservation (€5,5) and it includes the €10 supplement fee. From Interrail websiteMy question is, does this seat reservation (which is optional) include the supplement, or will I still have to pay the €10 supplement fee? Anyone encounter this before?
Hi, when making seat reservations are they only needed between the stations listed or for the whole journey. For example, I want to travel from Paris to Milan. The booking indicates seat reservations are required. I cannot book a seat all the way through from Paris to Milan. Do I need to book only from Paris to Macon - ie between the 2 stations listed; or do 1 seat reservation for the French section and another for the Italian?When trying to book seats with Italian Rail, they are not accepting my Pass Code for the booking. Just keeps rejecting the entry. Thanks in advanceDebbie
Hello, I have a flex pass of 5 days and I want to know how can I plan multiple destinations/ stops in 1 day ?For example: I will do Wurzburg-Germany => Nuremberg-Munich => Salzbourg-Austria..Should I set up every step each city or from Wurzburg => Austria is enough? Thanks

I have 2 questions for you.The first question is this:I have an Interrail Global Complimentary Pass Adult, valid for 1 month continuous on my mobile phone.I have activated my outbound journey London-Paris Nord for travel on Eurostar on 4th April 2023, and I have paid for and printed out a seat reservation.Because of the warnings that Eurostar seats for Interrail travellers are limited and therefore should be reserved as far in advance as possible I took the precaution of activating an inbound journey Brussels-London-Newcastle for 2nd May 2023, and I have paid for and printed out a seat reservation for that too.However, when I go to My Pass and click on Show Ticket only the outbound journey London-Paris Nord is showing under the QR code, and I am puzzled as to why the inbound journey details are not there. Should I be worried? Have I made a mistake somewhere?My second question is related to my first, and it is this:My outbound and inbou
I’ve just bought a 3 day France only pass for myself and my son. I’ve booked Paris > Arles on TGV for the 1st day of my pass with a seat reservation of 24 euros which I was expecting. I’ve then gone to book a train Toulon > Marseilles (TER train - 1 hour) then Marseilles > Bordeaux (Intercité train - 6 hours) for the 2nd day of my pass. And it’s now saying I need a seat reservation of 49 euros for the Marseilles > Bordeaux section?? I thought regional trains didn’t require seat reservations? And this seems very expensive compared to my TGV reservation. Can anyone explain this? I feel a bit misled as all the information about the pass on the website says that you only need seat reservations for fast trains - TGV and sleepers..Hoping it’s an error….
I will travel with my family, two adults and a 2-year-old child.I initially ordered two interrail global passes, one for me and one for my wife, as my child travels for free.But then, as I started to make group reservations, I realise I could not include my daughter because she had no pass. As many users, I was not aware that I had to associate a child pass with an adult pass to make a group reservation because your website is not clear and even counterintuitive (my daughter is 2 and the child pass is named “Child (4-11)”). It’s a shame, you should definitely clarify this !I found out in the FAQ that I had to ask a (85%) refund for my adult pass and order a new pass for myself and my child, which I did. My questions are the following :The initial order was for 2 passes, one for me and one for my wife : I asked to refund my pass only and would like to be sure the pass for my wife will not be cancelled (I only needed to replace one of the two passes to solve the problem of the child pass
Hello travelers! How are you? I am a Brazilian traveler, but, i never use the Eurail Pass. I'm going to travel around some countries in Europe, but in Italy I intend to visit more cities (Venice, Bologna, Modena,...). In that case, can I use the Eurail Pass Global inside Italy? Another question about this. I wanna buy the Eurail Pass Global 22 days. Do these days count even if I don't use it on my trip for a few days? for example I'm going to Italy and spend 3 days there without using my Pass, in this case, do the 3 days count or not?
Sorry to ask so many questions but I am not sure what I have done wrong so wondering if the tickets only become visible on the app when it’s the actual day of travel ? Can anyone confirm please as we are supposed to be leaving tomorrow morning 19 April and I am concerned . Regards John
Hello, my name is Felicitas Weber and i want to do interrail in the summer months with a friend.So we were looking and luckly you had a sale because of the birthday. We wanted to buy the Tickets but it didnt work, we tried the hole day with smartphones, Tabletts and Laptops but always their was a with page which says that they system is not working and we should try again later. I wrote more than one email but nothing hepful came back. Yesterday I was on a check point (ÖBB) and they told me to conduct you via Facebook.We wanna have the tickets for the sale price if its possible, because it wasnt our fault. Hi, I have a mobile global pass (10 days in 2 months). Unfortunately, my phone broke in the middle of my trip and I am unable to add my pass to my new device. I tried to reach our to the customer support through email and social media but I'm yet to receive a response. I'm very worried as with each passing day, I stand a chance of losing more and more money as I have already made accomodation reservations in multiple clities. I feel helpless about it and it is too expensive for me to buy tickets for traveling while they work on my case. Is there by any chance s physical office of Interrail that I could visit in Germany or the Netherlands to fix this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated as it is extremely urgent. Hi, when I bought our passes, I was asked to select our home country as UK or Ireland...so I selected UK as we're in N. Ireland...now my home country on the passes is given as Great Britain which doesn't include N. Ireland...I now need to change my home country to Ireland as Interrail seems to treat the whole island as one home country...how do I make this change?Thnx
Dear Interrail Team, I need your help. I am a single mother from Turkey, Istanbul. I was planning to introduce European culture and history to my kids this summer. Therefore two days ago I purchased one month long global passes during flash sale. However the day after my purchase I had an accident and I multifractured my ankle. I had an operation and I am in cast now. The doctors tell me that it is impossible for me to heal completely until July when I was planning to use the passes . I will not be back to work even in August. I know that passes are usable for 11 months. However I am teaching literature in high school. This coming July is the only time I can travel. As I am a single parent I don't have anyone else who can take my kids instead of me either. Even though I am aware that these passes are unrefundable, I am asking for an exception because of my extraordinary circumstance. I would be extremely thankful if I am allowed to return these passes and get refunded.Thanks for your
Hi, Last month I bought an Interrail 2 monthly pass. I want to learn an information about it. Is it valid for any 2 months of year or consecutive 2 months of year? I hoped to use it at various months but when I submitted my pass on app, I saw 60 days.
I need help in cancelling my tickets so I can buy new ones for a shorter amount of time. However, whenever I try to cancel, the system just says “Sorry, something went wrong with your refund. Please try again, or contact customer service if this keeps happening.” I’ve tried multiple the last few hours, with no change. Customer service does not seem to respond in a timely manner either, which is why I’m just cancelling the tickets instead of exchanging them. Please note these are mobile passes, not paper ones. I would really appreciate some help, thanks!
