Well, our trip got cut very short. We flew home last week just as most of the countries we had planned to visit began shutting down, lockdowns and canceling events. This may not be the forum to pose the question of a refund so if not, please let me know. We have a 3 month Global Pass and did use it several times so under normal circumstances no refund is possible but I’m hoping that due to the Covid situation some partial refund would be. Thanks for any information available. Glenn
URGENT!!! 7D flexi global pass no QR code
I need help urgently, cant retrieve QR code for my global pass from Eurail mobile apps , now I am traveling and got penalty 74Swiss franc last night in Zermatt . I seek assistance in Zermatt train station, No one can help me, How do I continue my journey with this pass with NO QR code ? This is my first day in Europe and I still have 10day days need to go …. Can any one assist? I email , message to customer service but they reply need 5days.
Why do I need to use an inbound/outbound journey if I add travel days for journeys within my country of residence?
Hey, so I have purchased a pass for 4 travel days, on my first I’m travelling to Italy, therefore I used my outbound journey, the second I come back to Germany, where I use my Inbound journey and afterwards I want to travel some more within germany. But now every time I want to add a trip to my pass I get told that I need to use an Inbound / Outbound journey for it even tho it is within my country of residence. Can someone help with this? I can’t seem to contact anyone from the support team..Thanks in advance :) Natalie
My pass was activated in my broken device.. now i can not activate it in the new one!
Hello. I am travelling in one week. My phone ( where i had my pass) was broken and i needed to buy i new one. Now, i have tried to get my mobile pass and i got a message saying: your pass is already activated in another device...’. So i have no acces to my mobile pass right now. I need help because i start 25th november . Please, help!!
Cannot upload pass
I just booked a new global pass, en while trying to upload it on my phone, the app keeps telling me that I am not online (which I am). I tried it both via the automatic link in the confirmation mail and by giving in my family name and pass number manually. Is there another way to upload the pass to a device?I tried with safari and google chrome, deleting and re-uploading the app, but i constantly gives the same default.Tried on various Wifi and 4g, but it keeps telling ‘Go online and try again. it looks like you’re offline. Please check your connection and try again’. using an Iphone SE 14.8.1
Ready to buy 7 day pass - departure in 3 days
Hi allI have my itinerary in mind but do I need to specify it when activating the pass (I already checked on the planner and it is feasible)? And if so, do I have the freedom to change itinerary and date of travel date once the global pass has been activated (and trip started) in case I change my mind and provided I will stick to 7 days of travel in the allowed time?Thank you!
Mobile ticket qr
I’m on my first day travelling (yay) and so far everything has worked out really good. But on this train, from Gothenburg to Copenhagen the conductor scanned the qr code and said that something went wrong. I guess nothing showed up in his scanner. Luckily, he looked at the ticket and approved it. But, it does not feel safe knowing that the conductor might not be able to scan my ticket right. What could be wrong? It worked on the first train I took today.
Seat reservation unavailable London to Paris
Hello!I’m trying to book seat reservations for myself for the 17th of December to Paris (from London) and 19th to come back however I am not able to do it on the interrail reservations system.Are the tickets really already sold out or have they not been put up yet? Any possibility I might be able to buy from the station on the day?I have an Interrail Pass but there doesn’t seem to be tickets left for the times I am after, there is just one available at 5am.
'United Kingdom' not available for Eurail Global Pass traveller details
I am a resident of the UK and have a UK passport. This should mean that I buy a Eurail, not an Interrail pass. The purchase is going fine until I come to the ‘Eurail Global Pass Adult traveler’ details. You have to submit a country of residence. But ‘United Kingdom’ is not available. Neither is ‘Great Britaiin’ or ‘GB’ or whatever we are calling ourselves today. What is going on? Am I missing something?
Zurick to Lucerne to Interlaken
I will travel on a single day from Zurich to Interlaken and want to ride the Golden Pass from Lucerne to Interlaken. After I travel from Zurich to Lucern, I want to spend time to visit Lucerne before heading to Interlaken. Since there will be 4-5 hours between trains am I using two passes or just one. Hi All, We are planning a trip to Amsterdam/Netherlands and surrounding areas such as Zaandam,Vollendam, Zaanse Schans, Delft, Gauda, Giethoorn and Brugge in Belgium coming from South Africa.Is there a rail pass that can include all this destinations without having to pay extra each time to visit these places. What country to put as country of origin?
Hi, I'm thinking about buying the interail global pass as I'm on a trip around Europe(I'm spanish) but I already started the trip so now I'm in France. Is the interail worth it, does it woks in all the "common" trains? And most of all,shall I put Spain as my origin since I'm in France? But on the other hand if I put France as the origin I only get one train from France to the other country and I cannot use in France? What should I do, can somebody please help me?

I would like to have a phone number to call, because it gives me a little mistrust, not being sure of how to set up my trip and pay for something that I do not know if it is reliable. I am confused in how to make the reservation, I do not know if the price they give me when I plan my trip is correct or there are additional costs, I do not understand the use of the page very well, it would help a lot if an advisor is in front of the reservation because It is not understood very well and it generates mistrust by not being able to speak to a person at the time of purchase

HelloSorry, but I forgot to return the Interrail papers we signed in 2019, and now we will soon start planning another wonderful trip through Europe to Portugal in March 2022.My wife Kjersti Lorentzen is a member of Interrail, but I am not a member of any of the suggested Internet sites, and use this opportunity to sign in. So I wonder where I can send the Interrail papers from 2019 to? Snail mail? E-mail? You should have a simple and plain email address too? The only problem we had on our Interrail trip in 2019 was in Ancona in Italy, when we came from Greece. The train we should take over the Alps was cancelled because of a strike, so we had to buy tickets from another train company, which did not have an agreement with Interrail. That cost us another 120 pounds or dollars (?) if I don’t remember wrong.
