I want to buy a 6 day one country pass in Italy. Can I use it to go to Sicily as that is part of Italy?
Interrail site is the most frustrating site I have ever come across. totally unfriendly site to use. Nothing works properly,. so difficult to leave a message as every time I TRY IT SENDS ME TO ANOTHER QUESTION WHICH SOMEONE HAS POSTED WHICH IS COMPLETELY NO USE. THIS IS MY 5TH ATTEMPT SO HERE GOES. I really want to speak to real person but it seems to be impossible with Interrail - I hope their tickets work better, but judging from the reviews I have had, everyone is having issues. I have two question. First. Why on earth does Interrail not have a telephone system where you can call and get help? I have been trying since March to get help. Left message in the enquiry form. Have left message in Messenger which just goes to a Bot who cannot help. Have left a note to be called back, no one does. Its really disgraceful . Its put me of using Interail . Can not contact Eurail at any of their phone numbers and email bounced back. we are to travel next month and I need to activate out Mobile pass but can not contact any one at Eurail as none of their phone numbers work and an email bounced back. Anyone have any info on what’s going on?
Does it work to travel with the same train twice?
Hey there,I am planning on travelling to Italy from Vienna. My girlfriend is staying in Sicily for three months and I’d like to visit her as many times as possible, but I also have to work. So I decided that I will visit her once every month, time wise the 15 days in 2 months would work. Mu question is, does it work to travel Vienna - Taormina , Taormina - Vienna in April / Vienna - Milazzo, Milazzo - Vienna in may and Vienna - Milazzo , Milazzo - Vienna in June ? I get it that you can’t do inbound travel more than one time, so I thought about travelling only once through Austria with the interrail ticket and buy a regular one through the Öbb. But is it possible to have the same destination more than once? So say I travel Bozen - milazzo and then again milazzo - Bozen. I hope you can find an answer for me, because I would love to use train for travelling. All the best,Phil.
In FEVE, I was just charged a ticket with InterRail. I think it was wrong. How to refund?
Ahoj,with an InterRail pass I just got charged in the RENFE Feve from Ferrol to Oviedo 12.25 EUR.I think the complete Feve network is free of charge with a valid InterRail pass with correctly filled in details.The ticket I got selled seems to be half the price of the official fare.I think this was a mistake, and I would like to get my money back.Is there anyone aware of* official documentation in spanish about InterRail validity on Feve, so I can show that to people at a ticket office? Planner says I have more travel days than i think i do
Hey guys, I’ve put my planned journey from London to Vienna into the website's ‘plan my trip'. By my count, it’s 4 travel days but the planner is counting it as six days. Does anyone know why and which one is right? My plan is:London - Brussels on the 19th AprilBrussels - Frankfurt on the 21st AprilFrankfurt - Munich on the 23rd AprilMunich - Salzburg - Vienna on the 25th April I count that as 4 travel days but the planner is saying it’s 6 travel days, so I need the 7 day travel pass. Trenitialia first class rules
Does anyone know what the following rules mean at TRENITALIA if you travel in 1st class with Interrail. " Access to the executive and premium services class is not allowed on the frecciarossa 4L , where 1st class Interrail holders are allowed to travel in business" I have added a photo, but it has already been translated into Dutch.
Missing Confirmation E-Mail for activation of Global Pass
Dear Interrail Support Team,I again have another issue with the confirmation E-mail that I should have reveived after I payed for my ticket. It’s now the second time already that I payed for my ticket but I havent received any E-Mail yet with my Pass Number. I’ve already had to postpone my departure because without the E-Mail with the Pass Number I wasnt able to add the mobile pass to my phone.I already contacted the Support once and they told me to refund the ticket where I lost 40 Euros but now that it happened twice already I demand that they send me my Pass number with which I can finally start my travels.I’ve also already tried to login into my account and resent the Confirmation E-Mail but I haven’t received my Pass Information yet.I will contact the Support Team again because I dont wanna waste anymore of my time and I hope theissue resolves itself but I want to ask you guys what can I do now. Btw I refuse to cancell the order just to order it again because I´ve already lost 40
My ID doesnt work and i didnt get an Confirmation Email
I bought a Pass yesterday but didn't get an confirmation email. I resent it 5 time already to different emails. And Yes the Email Addresses are correct and its not in the Spam folder. Furthermore I can't activate my Pass because they don't accept my ID Number. I wanted to travel today and I am really disappointed bc of the bad customer service and the technical problems!
activation = first day of travel?
Hi @all,I got one thing which I'm not sure about so far:I bought a Flexi Pass, 10 days within 2 months, long time ago. Then COVID came and the period to activate the pass was extented several times (now up until 31th August 2022). Thanks for that.As it's a Pass for Youths, I have to activate it until 10th May latest, because 11th ist my 28th birthday.We plan to travel in June and as the Pass is valid for 2 months, it's not really a thing, but: Will my situation/solution mean that the 10th May will be the first of the ten days to travel (which I'd kind of loose then) or is it possible to activate the Pass some weeks BEFORE really using it the first time?Thanks a lot for all your help!Kind regards from Switzerland Max
Hi there. Will it be necessary to leave the UK on the same day as my outbound journey? For example, I am planning to travel from Ludlow to London as my outbound journey, (day 1 of 7 days in a month pass), stay overnight in London then leave the UK by Eurostar the following morning (day 2 on pass). Is this permissible? Or do I have to leave the UK on the same day as I travel to London? Thanks in advance.

Hello! I have a mobile Eurail Global pass for myself and my roommate. Both of our birthdays are incorrect (by one day). I have reached out to customer service yet have heard nothing back and it has been more than 3 days. I would like to have this fixed so that it does not get in the way of our travel.
