Hi, I’m new to Interrail. My trip starts 9 June. Presently on My Trip there is no Show Ticket. I guess you can only get the barcode /QR on the Travel Day? On My Trip it says Now travelling ?? On My Pass it says Ready for travel. Help, advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi,I have purchased a Eurail Global Pass on April 14th that I have NOT used yet. I sent several emails in the past week in order to have a full REFUND but had NO response yet. However, the website indicates it should only take 48 hours to have a response… I need a refund as soon as possible please this is an emergency. My pass number is EU30496688. hi, I have a question about outbound/inbound trips.I have a ticket with unlimited travel on all public transportation in my home country of Austria. So I really only use interrail for the portions of a journey that starts at the border. It seems I can't configure the rail planner app to acknowledge this. Whenever a trip travels through Austria, it demands I use the outbound/inbound slot.I can work around the issue on routes where there is a proper train station on the border where my trains actually call. ie: Viennna to Berlin on ICE will call at Passau which is technically in Germany but our Austrian flat rate tickets are valid up to Passau, so I’d add Passau to Berlin to my interrail trip.Is there no better way to do this?On routes where the train I want to travel on doesn’t make a stop at the edge of the zone of validity of my ticket it seems I can’t technically persuade the app to NOT use outbound/inbound segments, even though I am entitled to unlimited travel in my home country.
My pass was bought for me as a present in December 1st 2021. I will not be able to use it due to work until after April 2023, will it last until then or will it run out ? I am nervous about downloading the app and activating the pass as I don't want to start a clock and leave me unable to use the pass.
Hello , i was in Germany on friday 3th june , i took one pass on web site , the first manipulation was no accepted with my card , that i saw on the computer, so i realised an other Time and now i show on my bank 2 transfer ! 2x 246€, i went to Germany and i cameback to France !! I have a mobile pass that I think I activated (not sure how as I did not intend to) but now have a new passport number.Contacted customer service via website and received automated reply but not contacted yet.Have reservations for Eurostar and trains in France for outward and return journeys.Possibilites:Wait for customer service but due to travel next Saturday (3 days to sort out)?Deactivate (how?) apply for a refund and order a new pass but will I be able to rebook tickets to match the reservations?Take old and new passports with me?Other option I have not thought of?thanks chris
As is already covered in another topic, the “trip” concept in the Rail Planner app and on the website are not connected. Which is OK I guess, as long as you are aware.But for some reason I seem to have created several unnecessary trips on the website. They all have me as passenger. I can’t delete myself from the trips, and I can’t delete a trip before I have deleted the passenger(s). Huh? Should I just give up and let them be there, perhaps rename the bogus trips to something obvious so that I know to not get distracted by them in the future?
Hi, I bought a 2 months pass yesterday, and I entered the pass id in the application to see if everything is fine. BUT the app is showing that the pass has been activated. My question is when does that 2 months start? Has that period already started?! I just added the pass no., and I haven’t completed adding a trip and adding ID number sections.thanks
I bought a pass pre-covid November 2019, so I was not able to travel, I am now planning to travel and I do not know what to do to activate my pass. I spent a lot of money on this unused pass. I cannot get ahold of anyone at Eurail. I had sent several emails for months and I just get a generic email. The phone number listed on the pass when I received it by mail does not work, Please please help, This cost so much money and I want to use this. Thank you.
HiI have installed Rail Planner App, and added 4 pass number I added some trip which is in future dates but I am not able to activate it.error is “Something went wrong”Please try again, or contact customer service if this keep happening. Regards
Hi! I have a question. I study in Hungary and I have a residence permit here. But I am a Dutch citizen and have Dutch citizenship. Now I want to buy the interrail pass that's in the flash sale, the continues one. I want to use it to travel from Budapest, to the Netherlands. In the Netherlands I would like to travel from the south to my family in the North, a week later to the east, maybe travel a bit inbetween in the Netherlands, and then from there to Lisbon. However, I wonder if it is possible for me to make several journeys within the Netherlands? Because the website says that it is not allowed in the country you live in, but I don't live there. What does "6/7 left" means on the app? Does the app inform the number of travel days planned for my Trip?
First Interrail (7 days within 1 month). I’ve build my trip on the app, and I don’t understand what does “Travel days: 6/7 left” at the top means. Also it is possible to know the number of travel days my Trip will take, so I can do a better planning? Thanks.Jorge Domingos
Hi, I bought a 3month interrail ticket on Saturday evening on my mobile. When booking I saw there’s both a youth and an adult ticket but thought it’s because of some system stuff so didn’t think much about it. Today I realised I basically spend an additional €340 because I didn’t click things correctly. Does anyone know if there’s any way of contacting Interrail directly to figure something out or no chance? :(
Hello there! It is my first time visiting Europe and I am unsure of how the One country pass works. Would really appreciate if anyone could provide me advice so that I can plan accordingly and buy the right tickets.My itinerary for Italy is as follow:15 August: Travelling from Domodossola to Milano Centrale. Then travel from Milano Centrale to Venezia S. Lucia (considered as 1 travel day) 16 August: Travelling from Venezia S. Lucia to La Spezia (considered as 1 travel day) 18 August: Travelling from La Spezia to Roma Termini (considered as 1 travel day) 19 August: Travelling from Roma Termini to Naples Central station (for a day trip to Pompeii). Then travel from Naples Central station back to Roma Termini (considered as 1 travel day) 20 August: Travelling from Rome Termini to Fiumicino International Airport (considered as 1 travel day) As long as within the day itself, and within 24hours (ending at midnight), I will be able to take unlimited trains with the One country pass? Hey all, just did a bologna - munichmunich - bologna reservation for 6 euros total through ÖBBAfter getting my reservation on email, I went on Interrail app Went to My Trip Added return to my tripMy question is, is this all I have to do? After activating my pass, do i just show him my interrail pass and reservation pdf? Because on the journey, it still says “seat reservations required” so decided to ask is this all I have to do after booking seats and wondering if there is a guide for this. Thanks in advance
