Hi everyoneNext weeks I am going to travel with a friend using the Global Youth E-Passes (7 in a month) that I received as a winner of a contest. I have planned the trip and also activate the pass. However it seems I am not able to book any seats (We have some journeys that require it), because when I log in to the account I created on EURail is not possible to use the booking planner. There is no reservation linked and when I try to manually create a trip (by copying that I have on my phone) it asks me info I do not have like the ISSUER (moreover, the examples describe the situation in the case you have a paper ticket). My account seems… not linked to any ticket. I do not know if there is something I do not catch or there is a problem. Can someone help me, please? Many thanks in advance.
Hi everyone, I am planning go to the Greek islands this September. I am looking for the best plan to pick up ferrys and visit different islands during 4 days. I just saw on eurail that it is posible to make unlimited travels with the Greek island pass 4 days in 1 month.Anyone knows how it works? It is necessary to make reservation first or I can pick up any Ferry? Thanks.
I have problems to activate my global mobile pass in The Rail Planner APP. The message says “Something went wrong” We couldn´t load your Pass details. Make sure you are online and try again.Also, I have tried to uninstall and install the app again and again, I went to Eurail Aid Office in Dusseldorf and they couldn´t help me. They were asking me a paper ticket and I understand that The Global Mobile Pass is paperless.
I would like to book the greek island passes for 4 days in 1 month for 2x youth and 2x adults. Our trip starts on August 15th. About this I have the following questions: How do I book these passes? When I want to book, then the earliest selectable start date is August 20th. Is it possible to make a booking for mobile passes? I cannot select this option.
Hi! I am travelling from the Netherlands to Sweden and back with a friend, but we've had a lot of delays on the way. We've missed several transfers and now we have to stay the night in Stockholm and have to travel an extra day to reach our destination in Härnösand. However, we didn't plan for this and I would now be one day short for the trip home again. Does anyone know if there is any way to fix this, or if I can somehow get an extra day?
I was planning a trip from Germany to Sweden, and for that ourpose bought a flexi pass, which later turned out to be the wrong kind of pass for my needs, but I didn’t know it at that time. later, on the day my travel was supposed to commence, I activated this flexi pass and noticed that I couldn’t add any german or danish trips to my pass. I panicked and immediately bought the correct global pass, which I used to reach my destination.Issue now is, that I am unable to refund this although activated, but fully unused flexi pass. Is there some way for me to receive some kind of refund? I’m a student and have little money as it is, and this issue was caused because of a misunderstanding.
Hey everybody, i’m planning to do a trip with interrail. So i have a question and i didn’t find an answer in the FAQs. For every day i’m driving with the train, it’s one travel day.How does it work with the start and the home coming? When i start from home to the first destination and from the last destination to my home place, do i have to count in two travel days for these trips`?Thank you for your answers. Greets Julia.
I am trying to select a departure time for our Eurail pass but when I pick an early time (before 6am) the date changes to the day before. Is this due to the time difference between the US & Italy? Will it correct itself when we actually travel? Not sure how to move forward with this. Thanks
Hello everyone,I have a problem with my interrail pass.Saturday I left for home from Italy to the Netherlands. I had already used 3 days out of 4 of my pass. So I had 1 day left, I had also checked this in advance!Just before I started traveling by train on Saturday, I wanted to put the train journey in the app. Then suddenly it said that I had already consumed the 4th day, there was a train trip to Verona? I've never used this.I couldn't do anything with the pass anymore, because he indicated that all days had already been used.My only option was to buy a new interrail ticket for 170.I did this, a little later I started the interrail app again, and then my old interrail pass was in it again, WITHOUT the train journey to verona and my 4th day of travel was available again.Now I threw away 170 euros just because there was an error in the app.Can I get my money back for this?Tnx!
Hi! My friend and I want to take a nighttrain, but all the trains we see in the Interrail App that go at night that are without a transfer/change say "+ 1 day" (see the screenshot for an example). Why is this? Because we thought it would only cost us just 1 travel day since there is no transfer...
Hi to everybody!I am getting crazy since 20 days trying to get help with a series of problems with interrail:I wanted to buy a ticket for my daughter, but when I did it, the payment procedure seemed not to work, there was no message of successful payment and I was receiving no confirmation email. Sometimes it happens with online payments, so I went on trying more than once. The next day I realized the payment had been taken 4 times from my bank account.I activate the procedure for having refunded 3 of the 4 tickets through my account on the Interrail website, but as I logged in again the next day to see if there was any news, I found out that the three requests for refund had disappeared from my account.Meanwhile, we are trying since 20 days to activate the 4th pass on the app and it does not work. We receive only automatic answers by the customer service, that do not help us further. The app version is the last one.I am getting really frustrated, since they took a lot of money from my
If I am traveling with a 22 day (consecutive) E pass that has already been activated--I want to board a train from Amsterdam to Prague that does not require a reservation: What do I have to do? Can I just board the train? Do I need to enter trip data before boarding?Same question if seat reservation is required. What do I need to have on my phone at boarding?Pass is 1st Class if that matters.Thanks for the help, really excited to travel again, but this is the first trip with a pass, and it’s also multiple people. Guessing when we arrive it will make more sense, but sitting in Phoenix, Arizona, it’s pretty confusing.

Hello,I’ve been to Italy with my daughter last week and this week. We had a Interrail Italy Pass for 3 days.Anyway, it was quite annoying to me because we could only use 2 of the 3 trips, so I had to buy a expensive train ticket for my daughter and myself from Trenitalia for about 200,- €, because the app wouldn’t let me add the 3rd trip to my pass. It said that my travel days were already used. I guess the reason was I still had a travel day added which we did not use, as we had some changes in our travelling plans (but I guess that’s what the whole Interrail concept should support … ?). Anyway, there was no journey added to this day anyway, also no reservation! Why then was this empty day counted? I could not delete it either.Anyway, I feel like we really have been cheated. There is no Hotline of Interrail/Eurail whatsoever. The chat help is a bot and does not understand anything.The only means is this Community - which I only now after being home again find the time to write in - o
