Hello everyone, My name is Carlo van Groeningen and I am a staff member at a scouting group in Leiden (NL). This summer we really want to go to Barcelona to discover this beautiful city. It is the first time that I organize such a long trip so I need some help from others. I want to take the train from the Netherlands to Barcelona with 18 children (15 to 18 years old) and 3 staff members between the ages of 25 and 27.The boarding station in the Netherlands does not matter that much. The journey itself does. I saw online that there were options through paris, but then you had to go to another station in paris. That seems a bit scary to me. So I prefer to go via Brussels.We would like to leave on 7 or 8 August and return to the Netherlands on 14 August. I'm not really sure what our best options are to buy. Hopefully someone can help with that.Does someone know what I should buy and the prices.Kind regards Carlo
Hi, Can I ask if Champion Jet 2 is part of your fleet and can be used on the Greek interrail island hopping ticket. I am looking at buying the interrail ticket for my son of 15 years and we will book direct. Are there any extras on the interrail Greek ferry ticket .ThanksGeraldine
Hello together,I have a question regarding the inbound and outbound journeys.I want to travel from Munich to Paris but I need to change the train in Stuttgart. Are those trains all included in the Global Pass when it is in one day or do I have to book a seperate train ticket to Stuttgart?So is it just 1 train or is it 1 entire journey to the final destination?Thank you very much for your help.Best regardsMarius
Hello, If I activate my 2-month pass now and select the first day of travel (July 3rd), will it be active now for 2 months or on July 3rd for two months? I want to activate it now to reserve seats for some trains, but I’m afraid the pass would then start right now, and not on the 3rd which is the day I want to start my trip.thank you very much!
Hi, we bought the 7 travel days in one month pass but we realize we only need the 5 travel days pass. If we do an exchange by paying the 30 euros fees, are we getting the refund for the 7 travel days in one month and we only need to pay the 5 travel days in one month pass price? I am trying to reserve a seat on a Eurostar train from London St Pancras (Gb) to Paris Nord (Fr) but the app/website is not allowing me to do it through the Eurail reservation system. I tried using the www.b-europe.com reservation system but it requires a pass cover number. Something that the mobile pass does not come with. Any suggestions?
I made a mistake the 1st time I used the app to reserve a train ticket. I bought the 2 months with 10 days of travel. The ticket used 2 days of travel so i deleted that ticket and was only able to delete one of the travel days as the ticket day was the current day. In the 1st 10 minutes of playing with the application i had permanently lost a day of travel. I have sent multiple emails to the help in the application all I get is the automated response and then later an email asking for my opinion on how well they dealt with the problem. I have yet to be at contacted by a single person I went to the train station ask for help there and was told they couldn't help me because it was a problem with the app if I had a paper ticket they could fix the problem. This is been ongoing now for a month I only have two more weeks of travel. I can only assume that they figure if they ignore me long enough the ticket will expire and they won't have to do anything. I have just joined the community and see that there is an issue with interrail passes that were supposedly automatically extended to August this year, but are now showing as expired. I realised yesterday (18/05) that my passes had also disappeared as I prepared to use them in a few weeks time. I have contacted interrail but, like others, have only received the automatic reply that they are very busy.Has anybody yet succeeded in getting their passes revived yet. I have tried the “solutions” suggested in earlier posts with Zero success.
Leider will in dieser Organisation niemand helfen. Ich und meine Partnerin warten seid 3 Tagen auf hilfe. Dabei wollen wir nur den mobile pass auf mein händy übertragen. Da sie ihres verloren hat.Mann könnte meinen es steckt eine gewisse absicht dahinter nicht zu helfen.Da einem ja eh nichts rückerstattet wird.

Hi,I am purchasing the pass as a resident of Sweden but my country of residence is likely to change when I will activate the pass. Nevertheless, I will have an inbound and outbound trip in Sweden. After the inbound trip, i will move to my next country of residence. Can I travel there if the global pass has still days remaining?
I have bought a global mobile pass. I will be travelling to Switzerland soon and will be taking a train directly to Bern from Zurich airport. However, I am unsure what time will the plane reach and the time after we get our luggage. Is it possible to add a journey to the Eurail pass last minute?Thank you in advance.

Hi all! I am currently in Amsterdam. I plan on moving to Berlin this afternoon… however, since Amsterdam was my first destination and I hadn’t planned how long I was staying, I decided I would activate my pass once I’m here. My passport ID card number isn’t working even though it’s the exact same as my normal passport number. I cant activate my pass and any help would be greatly appreciated.
