Hi there, on the last day of my trip my pass suddenly disconnected from saved trip and I had to re- add the pass but I lost all the data (journeys etc) that were connected to that pass. Can you advise how I can recover this / reconnect the pass to saved trip/ consolidate the two trips on to the one pass ? I currently have two trips- one has most of the journeys but isn’t connected to the pass , and one is the new trip I had to create to get home! Many thanksFrancesca
Hi everyone, I am Ludovic, and I would like to visit Germany next week. I got a pass France Germany but I haven’t received the password to connect with my pass. I don’t know who could I reach out to know what should I do. I would be happy if someone can assist me. Best,
We travel with two persons and booked the passes in one account and already made reservations for the nighttrain in thi account. The support says, it is possible that each traveler uploads his pass on his own mobile in the Mobile Pass App.Question….Can we also upload the already booked group seat reservations on two mobiles für each traveler? If not, what should we do the best?
Hello, I have 2 questions. How does it work with the travel day when traveling overnight? Will I lose 2 travel days in that case? Second question: I have one day for entering the country and one day for leaving the country. However, if my hometown isn't reachable via a direct route, how many transfers are allowed during the inbound journey?
Hello there, I was just wondering if the global pass covers all trains in Bulgaria as I am attending a film scoring camp there in July. Does it also cover the trains from Bulgaria to Bucharest, as well as over night train from Bucharest to BudapestAdditionally, what high speed trains does the global pass cover, especially in austria and germany? I am planning on taking a high speed one from berlin to vienna June 29 for overnight in Vienna from Berlin, and wanted to make sure i would not have to pay any extra fees
If I have a one country IR pass for Germany but want to travel on an ICE starting over the border in Strasbourg do I need to buy a single ticket from Strasbourg to the border station, Kehl (regardless of the fact that the train doesn’t stop there) or is it necessary to buy a single from Strasbourg to the first station in Germany at which the train stops (Karlsruhe)? All help appreciated!
Hi, I’m trying to work out if I would be able to reserve two seats on the 24th of July, London to Paris. Any times.I don’t seem to be able to check this until I’ve actually bought the global pass. Is this correct? When I look directly with Eurostar, there are seats available, but I understand that not all of these will have been allocated for pass holders. Feels like a bit of a trick.Realise I’m last minute so maybe it’s just not an option for me.if anyone has any advice I’d be so grateful. The rest of my trip is flexible, it’s just the 24th I can’t move! thnksJo
Hello. I bought my Interrail pass through Renfe and I didn't get the confirmation mail. I do have the physical pass, but I can't use Rail Planner because I didn't get any mail. It's not in spam or anywhere else, it's just that Renfe doesn't send these mails (none of my friends got the mail either) and since I didn't buy the pass through the Interrail site, I can't just log in and check my order because it says I don't have any Pass bought, which is not true because it's literally in my hands right now. Therefore, how can I get the code needed for the mobile pass? I'm leaving in a week. Thanks in advance.
Hello fellow travelers. I am currently planning a trip through (mostly) Sweden with a friend. I want to travel the following route: Copenhagen (Airport) - Malmo - Gotenborg - Oslo - Orebro - Uppsala - StockholmNow I am not sure if I need to buy a Global pass or if the one-country pass for Sweden suffices? I am questioning due to the statement on:https://www.eurail.com/en/get-inspired/top-destinations/sweden-train, where it says that trains to Copenhagen and Oslo would be included - but I really can’t find any more information on this anywhere on the internet. Do you have more information/experiences by chance..?
I will travel with my family, two adults and a 2-year-old child.I initially ordered two interrail global passes, one for me and one for my wife, as my child travels for free. But then, as I started to make group reservations, I realise I could not include my daughter because she had no pass. As many users, I was not aware that I had to associate a child pass with an adult pass to make a group reservation because your website is not clear and even counterintuitive (my daughter is 2 and the child pass is named “Child (4-11)”). It’s a shame, you should definitely clarify this !I found out in the FAQ that I had to ask a (85%) refund for my adult pass and order a new pass for myself and my child, which I did. My questions are the following :The initial order was for 2 passes, one for me and one for my wife : I asked to refund my pass only and would like to be sure the pass for my wife will not be cancelled (I only needed to replace one of the two passes to solve the problem of the child pass
After I made seat reservations on Eurail.com., I was able to see my ticket from London to Paris on Eurostar app, but I couldn’t see my ticket on SNCF (TGV) app from Paris to Strasbourg. Why is that, and what can I do?If I make a seat reservation on OBB for Italy, will I see my tickets on OBB app?Thank you in advance.
Sorry to ask so many questions but I am not sure what I have done wrong so wondering if the tickets only become visible on the app when it’s the actual day of travel ? Can anyone confirm please as we are supposed to be leaving tomorrow morning 19 April and I am concerned . Regards John
Cannot activate my EURAIL Flexi Pass on my travelling day, is it possible to refund the ticket fee I paid because of this technical issue?
On my previous journey, there are a total of 4 days that I will need to activate my EURAIL Flexi pass to travel between countries, however, I was not able to activate the pass on any single day. I already contacted the customer service but they only reply that they would response within 48 hours, but until now, there are still no response. And because of that, I need to pay for a train ticket fee, which I should no be paying because I already purchased the Eurail pass. Is it possible to refund the ticket fee, since this issue is the Eurail’s responsibility?
I’m having some minor trouble booking tickets. my pass is easy but my mother is from South Africa with a SA passport (waiting on her British passport and not sure if it will come in time). What pass can I book for her? Because when I tried to book a general Eurorail global pass it asked for country of residence but only had EU countries despite the pass being meant to be for non-EU citizens. Am I reading something wrong or doing something wrong?
I made two support requests that (of course) are not being answered. (I only have got the automated “We apologise for the delay in responding” e-mail replies from eurail.zendesk.com.) One of them is meaningless by now, and the other one is not really urgent either. Can I cancel them?
Good afternoon. Today i’m planning my summer trip with some friends, using our interrail pass, and we have a big doubt about something we are thinking to do. The question is pretty simple. If we take a train before the day ends, let’s say, at 23 hours, and we arrive into our destination at 6 hours of the next day, to say an example, will we be wasting two days of the pass? Or on the other side it’s only taken into account the date in which you take the train at first. Thank you very much.
Hej,as I was gathering all available information in regards to the “travelling through your country of residence issue” (which apparently is quite a thing, especially for Germans) I noticed, that on the English page ( https://www.interrail.eu/en/interrail-passes/what-is-interrail/travel-your-own-country ) there is a sectionKeep in mind that when you want to travel from one country to another, and you have to travel through your country of residence, the app wil apply both the inbound and the outbound journey to this trip. Which clearly includes the answer (as well as a typo: .. the app will .. ) whether it is possible or not to travel through the country of residence. However: On the German page (https://www.interrail.eu/de/interrail-passes/what-is-interrail/travel-your-own-country ) this information is missing. Wir möchten, dass unsere Pässe genauso flexibel sind wie unsere Reisenden. Wenn du also mit einem Interrail Global Pass unterwegs bist, kannst du ihn jetzt auch für eine Hin-
