Hello, I purchased a 15 days in 2 months pass on November 12th, 2023, paying the full price of 518 Euros. I used it on the 12th and then not again until a week later.Three days later the same pass went on sale with a 25% discount, 389 Euros. At that point, having used one day of travel, I could no longer cancel the pass or claim anything. To say that I am annoyed doesn’t begin to describe what I am thinking. I feel that I have been completely deceived. A sale of these proportions should be announced quite a bit in advance. Doing it this way is discriminatory, and against all rules of common sense.Very disappointed at how Interrail handles all this.
Hi there, hoping someone can help me! I’m going to be 27 for majority of my trip, 2 weeks around (Rome - Milan - Venice - Budapest - Prague) but then turning 28 for the last part of my trip (Paris - Amsterdam - London). I have bought a youth ticket, will I be able to use this for the last part of my trip?
I have a eurail pass xx days in 2 months. I have the eurail pass connected to S10, but I have not activated, as I am not travelling for a number of monthsI wish to make a trip for each day I am travelling by train on the 2 month pass - e.g.1 day Munich to Hamburg. 2 day Milan to Rome, 4th day Rome to Florence, etc . I read that i cannot create several trips for one pass.
Hello! I have a US passport but a German residence permit. I would prefer to buy a Eurail ticket over an Interrail ticket, but the terms and conditions have been unclear if that’s allowed, as I am a non-European citizen but a European resident. Could someone clarify the rules for me? Thanks!
Hi, when making seat reservations are they only needed between the stations listed or for the whole journey. For example, I want to travel from Paris to Milan. The booking indicates seat reservations are required. I cannot book a seat all the way through from Paris to Milan. Do I need to book only from Paris to Macon - ie between the 2 stations listed; or do 1 seat reservation for the French section and another for the Italian? When trying to book seats with Italian Rail, they are not accepting my Pass Code for the booking. Just keeps rejecting the entry. Thanks in advanceDebbie

Are we able to use a Monthly Pass and travel from London to multiple cities. Of course we’ll pick a pass which allows us to access the countries we want to go to. Example would be;Week 1 London to Paris back to LondonWeek 2 London to Brussels back to LondonWeek 3 London to Amsterdam back to London
HiI am an Indian Passport holder and I am working in the Netherlands with a Dutch Residence Permit.I am confused if I should buy an InterRail pass or an EURail pass since I have documents that can go with either. In case of EURail, I have my Indian Passport but it does not have a valid visa (since I have a separate Residence Permit). Can I use the EURail pass since it seems to be more beneficial ?
Hello to all travellers, experienced or otherwise. I have 2 questions for you.The first question is this:I have an Interrail Global Complimentary Pass Adult, valid for 1 month continuous on my mobile phone.I have activated my outbound journey London-Paris Nord for travel on Eurostar on 4th April 2023, and I have paid for and printed out a seat reservation.Because of the warnings that Eurostar seats for Interrail travellers are limited and therefore should be reserved as far in advance as possible I took the precaution of activating an inbound journey Brussels-London-Newcastle for 2nd May 2023, and I have paid for and printed out a seat reservation for that too. However, when I go to My Pass and click on Show Ticket only the outbound journey London-Paris Nord is showing under the QR code, and I am puzzled as to why the inbound journey details are not there. Should I be worried? Have I made a mistake somewhere? My second question is related to my first, and it is this:My outbound and inbou
Hi evryone,I’m trying to plan my trip but I’ve come to an empasse: if I want to visit 8 cities with a 7 days pass, am I allowed to start from a different city than the last one where I got using a ticket booked with the pass?Thank you for your help,Laapo!
Hello,I don’t use the old one (expiring soon) and purchased a new one. When I try to book trains, the system seems to be associated with the old one and therefore can’t book with the new one. What do I do? The old one: expires in 10 daysThe new one: Validity period (currently set at Aug 3-Sep2)
Hello. I’ve bought a Global Flexi pass (4 days) and prepared a trip only for two days. Then I connected my pass to this trip and activated it on the day of travel. Everything went well. Now I want to continue with my travels, by adding a travel day. The problem I have is that when I create a journey I can't connect it to my mobile pass. Only paper pass option is offered. I do not know where the problem is. The only thing that comes to my mind is that I should have all four days planed before I activated my pass. Hope that is not the case otherwise interrail looses all the beauty and spontaneousness of traveling. Can somebody please help me. I wanna be able to continue my travel. Thanks, Biba.
I will travel with my family, two adults and a 2-year-old child.I initially ordered two interrail global passes, one for me and one for my wife, as my child travels for free. But then, as I started to make group reservations, I realise I could not include my daughter because she had no pass. As many users, I was not aware that I had to associate a child pass with an adult pass to make a group reservation because your website is not clear and even counterintuitive (my daughter is 2 and the child pass is named “Child (4-11)”). It’s a shame, you should definitely clarify this !I found out in the FAQ that I had to ask a (85%) refund for my adult pass and order a new pass for myself and my child, which I did. My questions are the following :The initial order was for 2 passes, one for me and one for my wife : I asked to refund my pass only and would like to be sure the pass for my wife will not be cancelled (I only needed to replace one of the two passes to solve the problem of the child pass
At the end of November 2022 I received a promotional email for Interrail. It advertised a 20% discount. That seemed like a great deal so I bought a couple passes.Currently I can purchase the same passes without a discount for about €115 less than I paid then. Has Interrail reduced their prices?
Vielen Dank bereits vorab, Klaus
Hi to everyone! We are planning the following trip:Friday:hometown (location Germany) to Hamburg22.03h Hamburg night train to Stockholm 9.57h (arrival Saturday)Saturday:18.08h Stockholm to Narvik 12.40h (arrival Sunday)But this ‘costs’ only 2 days of the ticket, as the last train is a nighttrain and is an overnight connection and the journey ends with this train. The journey back:Friday:15.11 Narvik to Stockholm 10:09h (arrival Saturday)17:34h Stockholm to Hamburg 8:56h (arrival Sunday)Hamburg → hometown (in Germany)But here it ‘costs’ 3 days, because there is another change of train in Germany travelling home. But, to sum-up, the 5-day ticket would be ok. Am I right?Thank you for your help and feedback!Maybe some stupid questions but I never did Interrail before (although travelling a lot with trains).Bye, Stephan
