Hello all, I am very grateful for the advice. I need to travel tomorrow at short notice! Is it possible to buy a physical paper pass anywhere in Paris. A couple years ago I went to an SNCF ticket office and they said they no longer did them, however their explanation was because I had a British passport, which seemed far-fetched.I’d love a paper pass, especially as I prefer them (despite the advantages of mobile). I have a normal full-fare ticket to Paris, however I would need Interrail from there. Is there anywhere I can purchase one!Many thanks!
Hi, I’m trying to work out if I would be able to reserve two seats on the 24th of July, London to Paris. Any times.I don’t seem to be able to check this until I’ve actually bought the global pass. Is this correct?When I look directly with Eurostar, there are seats available, but I understand that not all of these will have been allocated for pass holders. Feels like a bit of a trick.Realise I’m last minute so maybe it’s just not an option for me.if anyone has any advice I’d be so grateful. The rest of my trip is flexible, it’s just the 24th I can’t move! thnksJo
Hello. I’m going to travel in Europe next month, but my friend can’t activate Eurail pass. There are 3 steps to activate it.But third step, when she chooses the date to start our trip (10/08/2023), it says that “This date is in the past. Please choose a date in the future to start your trip.” We already contacted customer center but the answer wasn’t precise. If anyone knows about it please kindly help us.Thank you.
I was wondering whether it would be necessary to book trains in advance if we were planning to be traveling in March/April. We are okay with needing to wait a day or two to catch one and would rather have freedom during our trip. We are flying into and out of London and planning to spend time in France, general Southern Europe with maybe some side jaunts into Eastern Europe. Trip time is two months. Thanks the help.
I want a refund. Literally no train are available for the trip I wanted to do this pass is useless. The instruction to request a refund or to "deactivate a pass" are useless too and it says that Im not elligible for a refund even tho i respect all conditions. Is there any other way to get my cash back?
Hi there, I am planning on traveling with my 15-year old son between May 25th and June 8th 2022. Which global pass is best for me? I am thinking that we’ll travel via train part of the time but not all the time. Are we better off buying a few more days and a two month pass or simply going with the 7-travel day pass over a month. Good afternoon! I have a question regarding the options for a France pass. I will be traveling from Amsterdam towards France, but do you need to pay extra for this part of the ride? Good morning, trying my luck here too after contacting the customer service yesterday – my phone has crashed few days ago, leaving me with no choice than to reset it to the original setting. I had to download again all my apps back - however, yesterday when opening the Eurail app and adding the pass back, it says that “this pass is already activated on another device” and I’m not able to use it at all.I’m supposed to travel friday morning and just incredibly anxious that we won’t be able to go because of that. Is there anyone that can help me? Many thanks!

Unfortunately when I'm trying choose a Country( I have a one Country interrail pass) I'm not able to choose a Country, the computer doesn't save it. But it's only the country category, nothing else. I have the following problem: I am staying in Malta for four months for an internship and we are traveling by train to Oslo on business. We are also traveling through Germany, where I actually live. There we arrive by train in Munich. From Munich we travel to Hamburg and from Hamburg to Copenhagen. Is this a problem, as I only have one journey from Germany, i.e. my country of residence? Or do only the travel days count?

Hi there — I’ve bought the pass, validated it, set the first day, bought the Eurostar reservation.Don’t think I need a reservation for my Avanti train from Coventry to London (although the Trip Planner in the app says I do). The trains I want (including the Eurostar I’ve booked and paid for) aren’t available, so setting the itinerary seems pointless.The Eurostar reservation (from Interrail) says I have to print the PDF out. That seems strange — is it true? I can print stuff for the beginning of the trip, no problem, but I’m not planning to book the whole trip in advance, and once I’m on the road it’ll be hard to find printers I’d have thought.All responses gratefully received!
I’ve submitted emails already through the proper channels, but it seems as though many have found received faster responses through the moderators on this forum. In order to book a ticket at a discounted rate for a seat that is otherwise unavailable on eurail, I’m asked to provide a pass cover letter number, which is not provided to digital passes. If anyone is able to assist, I will be traveling to France on Sunday!

I just have to pay the 185 euros for the 4-day pass per month and I can take any train? I saw that we had to book, that increases the final price, no? Thank you for your future answers
Hi,I’m trying to plan my trip to Paris from London and then on to Amsterdam before returning to London in early June and have created a trip in the Rail Planner app. I created an additional trip using my boyfriend’s pass thinking that I could connect them, but don’t seem to be able to? any ideas?Also - Is it not possible to take the Eurostar from London st Pancras to Paris Gare du Nor with the interrail pass? It doesn’t seem to be on the timetable? Thank you ! Tabby
I have read on this site about several folks who have had problems with the Mobile Pass. Can I ask--is there anyone out there that has had good success with Mobil? We will be buying consecutive day passes, so assuming it only has to be activated once. (?) We will probably have to make a couple of seat reservations, but most of our trips don’t seem to require them.Thanks for the patience with a rookie.BL
