Hey everyone,I am just wondering if i am travelling through Switzerland for 7 days and Milan for 3daysIs europass a better option or Swiss pass?
I booked an obbnj first-class seat, but the ticket says second-class. Why is that?
I see the Germany pass does not include night trains. Does this mean any train that travels though the night or just sleeper trains with beds? Would a normal ICE train leaving Munich at 1am for Berlin count as a night train?
Can I travel back and forth (Montpellier-Carcassone) using only one travel day ? If yes, how do I indicate this in the rail planner app?
Hey hey!,I am Marlon from Germany and I want to Interrail for two weeks in March. I don‘t know where to go, so I am very flexible. I have two trains on my first journey ... my first travel day from Rome to Visp.During that day can I only have 1 ticket active with a QR code at a time? e.g Rome to MilanSo after the first train as I am running for the second interconnecting train do I have to activate the ticket for that train? Milan to Visp?Seems very messy and not explained in Planning App.

Hi everyone!I have bought one Deutschland-Ticket and I find that there is RE11 train from Koblenz to Luxembourg. I am wondering if the ticket is still valid for this train or do I need buy another ticket to Luxembourg? There are also similar situations for other RE trains to some cities in neighbouring countries. Thanks in advance!
I live in rural France , - it will take at least two train journeys to get to the final train that will take me across the border into Switzerland. If these are all part of my outward journey itinerary on the same day, is this allowed?
Hi everyone, I am interrailing through Europe after Christmas. Between January 2 and January 5 (4 days) I want to go somewhere in the area of Slovenia/northern Italy.(I am also fine with other places but I think this area would be really nice!). If anyone wants to join me or lives there and wants to show me around I would love that!
Hi!My friends and I are traveling to Europe and plan on flying into Paris, taking a train to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and then back to Paris. What is the best way to go about this? I’ve been to Europe but never taken the train except inside just the countries alone. Where are the Eurail train stations, is there a better railroad to use, or how do these passes work? About how long would they take to each country, or is it maybe better to rent a car for the more cheaper option? How many travel days should I choose? Any feedback would be great and appreciated! We are only in Europe for 13 days so planning on staying in each country around 3 days. We also have luggage, so is there a limit of what you can bring on the train too. Thank you!

Hi, I am looking for someone (or more people) to travel with me in August. I want to use my Interrail-Ticket to travel and see the north of Europe. I am from Germany so I'll start there and my first stop would be Copenhagen in Denmark. After that I want to travel to Stockholm and Oslo. I would like to not travel alone, as I am a woman, and as two or more people it's always more fun. So if that sounds cool for you, please write me and I'd be happy to have company. The tour is not set yet so I am open for ideas and time changes. You can send me a dm on insta @a_na734Love Anna

Hi everyone!I have a question about German Rail Pass. I am living in Germany for a month with a short-term visa.I would like to travel around Germany during Christmas. Is it valid for me to buy a German Rail Pass ticket? I checked on the website saying that it is only valid for people with residence outside of Germany? Thanks for any help in advance!
Hi everyone, I am currently residing in Germany. I have recently purchased interrail global pass (10 days in 2 months). I have planned 2 trips.First stralsund-hamburg-copenhagen and vice versa. This means I will use 2 travel days and inbound/outbound days as well right?Second one is Hannover-Paris-Bern-Zurich-Hannover. So from Hannover to Paris there’s a change in Cologne. Then there’s a eurostar direct connection to Paris. So, as per my understanding I have used all the inbound/outbound trips. Do I need to purchase ticket for Hannover to Paris whole trip or just for Hannover to Cologne? I am a little confused here; is my interrail pass valid for train from cologne to paris. or if I have to leave Germany every time I need to buy a new ticket and use interrail pass outside of the home country.Thank you in advance. I am really looking forward to your inputs!
I have a question about my Interrail pass usage. I am a resident of Germany, and I've already used the allowed number of travel days to enter and leave a country. Now, I plan to take a direct train from France that goes through Germany on my way to Austria. Can I still use my Interrail pass for this journey, even though I've used up my inbound and outbound travel days?
Hey - I am looking to buy a pass as a gift. How long from the point of purchase does it last? Thanks all!
i am planning an anniversary trip for my kids, 18,20,22, my husband and myself. i would like to see zermatt and highlights of switzerland, and perhaps northern italy. wondering how much time we need in all the places, don’t want to be rushed but also don’t want kids to get bored. also, not sure if packing ski gear to ski for one or two days in zermatt is worth it. finding a hotel in zermatt is proving to be difficult and expensive(because of last minute planning). please help with advice/itinerary. thanks
