We are trying to book and reserve our train tickets on the website and have put all our details in but are unable to actually book anything. Not sure what the issue is or how to fix it, can anyone give us any tips please? It is saying that the shipping won’t arrive in time eventhough we have a month and the maximum shipping time is 10 days.

El problema esque tengo un pase digital por lo que no tengo ese número.Quería reservar un tren de París a Biarritz para 2 personas con el pase Interrail para el 22 de julio, la hora de salida son las 20:06 y llegada a las 00:15.He intentado conseguir el pass cover number rellenando el formulario que he visto en otras preguntas pero me ha sido imposible ya que me piden un número de pass Discover EU, el cual no se qué es, ni se si lo tengo.Necesito ayuda para conseguir el pass cover number del Interrail y poder reservar. He leído que llamar a la empresa de tren sale caro por lo que necesito ayuda para que me envíen el número de cubierta. I have a global mobile pass and I have booked the first train from Utrecht (Netherlands) to Milan in the Rail Planner app. Do I make a seat reservation on the ÖBB website/app? And I'm travelling together with someone else. Can I book the seat reservation for them too? Do I just fill in our names, buy the reservation and show it together with our Interrail Ticket of do I need to link them somehow? I hope someone knows the answer :) Thankyou!
I was going from Heidelberg to Warsaw on Global Pass. From Berlin, I had to reserve a seat. It was written, I have to pay 6 Euro, but they charged me 66 Euros. if this was the case, I’m student and I couldn’t have gone by Ryan air in 25 Euros return. And Interrail didn’t mention any of the cost. I have got the receipts, how to get refund? Kindly guide me. regards
I’m the carer of a disabled passenger (Global 1 month pass), travelling to Istanbul from UK in August. I’ve managed to reserve seats/beds as far as Sighisoara (Romania), but beyond that I get any of 3 messages:quickly shows an reservation option but it disappears when I try to add to cart Tells me Seat reservation required, but doesn’t show price/or says beneath that prices are unavailable Tells me in red “seat reservations unavailable”.It suggests I try other ways to book, which I have (country websites), but can’t seem to book tickets for European trains whilst not in a European country (I’m in Scotland) 😢It’s a bit harder to negotiate travelling, when looking out for someone vulnerable’s health and well-being, so I’m keen to resolve the overnight journeys before going. Can anyone help/suggest ways to do it?Thanks 🙏 🤞
The interrail app show by the train Mandello Del Lario - Olcio: not in passnetwork. But in my opinon is that not correct. In my information: is just a trenord train, right? And also in other trennord trains is interrail vallid. Why interrail would be not vallid in the train Lecce - Olcio???
Hi,I have the 3 months global pass and want to book a seat reservation from Croatia Zagreb to Split Croatia for the AM train in mid June. It says “prices unavailable” however when I put in multiple different dates over the next 2 months, it still says the same thing. I don’t think the next 2 months all the trains are booked out, how can I book the reservation without this error?Thank you
Hi, I recently bought a Global Pass for two months in a sales action, where you could buy it for half the price. I want to cancel this Pass and went the usual way for cancellation but I could not get far. I can’t find any info on whether my “Sales”-Pass is refundable. Can you help me? Thanks, Jakob
Basically my order seems to have disappeared from the system! My partner and I bought the interrail and the eural pass respectively, and while one has been received, there is no menrion about mine ever being shipped or being on delivery. Yesterday, when I checked there wasn't even an order on my account corresponding to mine. After I made a custom request for help, it appeared on the website, saying it has been shipped already but I have not received it!
Hello, I am traveling in a few weeks and I have been looking at the trains for the route I am interested in. My question is this: for many trains the interail site says I am ready to board. Firstly, is it certain that when going there the train will not be fully reserved? How can I make sure that a seat will be available? Also, when ready to board the train, what do I need to show in order to board? Is the number of the pass enough or do I need to provide anything else? Any info will be greatly appreciated, thanks!
Hi! I’m travelling through the Nordic countries this summer and I have some issus with booking seat reservation for a leg of the trip.I tried to book reservation Narvik - Gallivare for the 15th of August (ideally the 3.10pm train) on interrail and vy but it seems that the trains are fully booked for a few days. I booked the Inlandsbanan from Gallivare on the 16th so I kind of really need to find a way to go there on the 15th…On interrail, the reservation goes through until last minute (‘review your order” page) where it says “Please try to find an alternative connection. The unavailable leg will be removed from your cart.”On vy the train show fully booked.Do you know if there’s another way to get a reservation? Or an alternate route/way to get there? Or should I continue checking the page in hope of someone cancelling their booking?Also, I saw that acprail still sells ticket at this time so I’m a bit confused (not only reservation through).Thank you in advance for your help!
I’ve seen related topics, but as I understant I need help from @nanja to get this done.We are a little family startint our journey around Europe on monday, and one of our phones, with one of our passes got broken today. We’ll get a new one tomorrow, but I’ve read that the pass on the old phone has to be disconnected to be able to put it in the new one. Can you help me please?Thanks a lot!
We just arrived in Lisbon and wanting to travel to Lagos. We’ve noticed they have automatic gates/barriers at the train station and don’t know how to get past them using our mobile passes? Does anyone know? At the train station we are at (rossio) they don’t have anyone supervising the gates. Any advice is appreciated!
Hi,My girlfriend and I have planned a journey from Copenhagen to Zuerich with one stop/change in Neumünster on the 3rd of August. The first train will depart 00:08 in Copenhagen and arrive 5:30 in Neumünster. The next train will depart 07:04 in Neumünster and arrive 16:00 in Zuerich. These trains have been “booked” in our app and added both to “My Trip” and “My Pass” for both of us. So we have tickets for the trains (and we even bought seat reservations for both trains). But when searching for this specific journey in Rail Planner now - the journey isn’t anywhere to be found. Now it is only possible to get from Copenhagen to Neumünster by changing trains 2 times - and it doesn’t look like there is any direct train. Even though we have “booked” that before and have a ticket for that specific train. Can someone please clarify if that means the direct train has been cancelled? Or if it is just a sign of the train being fully booked (and therefore not possible to “book” anymore)? To follo
Dear EurailI have purchased a Eurail pass with Plus 20-Dec-2020 and the order confirmation clearly states "The pass is fully refundable without a fee, however the fee for Plus is non-refundable" (IN30227660).06-May-2021 I received a mail that the activation period was extended until 31 august 2022. Unfortunately, summer plans are so that the travel can't be made this summer and a refund is there necessary.However, when I login to my account - the ability to apply for refund is not available where it should be as per your help information.I have contacted your service department 04-Jun-2022 using your facebook support option to get this error fixed or a refund done - and received confirmation e-mail confirming receipt of the request. I have not heard anything back yet.I don't think > 2 weeks response time for a simple support request like this is reasonable - and the money is needed to pay for the alternative summer vacation!Can you please prioritize getting this service request mana
Hello Interrail!I wanted to show my parents that Interrail is fun and flexible. Unfortunately we are not able to make a reservation for the eurostar from London to Bruxelles next wednesday. Furthermore I was not able to find the website for reservations for the stena line ferry. So they are about to make a refund of our passes and buy a flight ticket. Is there some way you can help me? I really wanted to show them that trains are better than flights... I would be very grateful if you could give me a fast answer. Greetings,Caroline
So I am planning a Trip trough France. While looking for tickets, I found this Interrail ticket, which promises cheap prices and flexible trains. So I decided for Interrail and ended up not buying the tickets upfront and directly. Not knowing what a pain in the a** this Interrail program is. I spend the hole last evening and the hole morning trying to figure out how to buy reservations for the TGV. They tell you to get the reservations up front, because they might be limited. But there is no way of checking for reservations without buying the pass. On Eurail you can't look for tickets until you have bought an Interrail pass. So I ended up buying the pass, and now there are no Reservations available at all. Every reservation has a different error message. What the heck? There is even an App that shows all the possible routes and the reservation prices. Which then don't exist?!Apparently, SNCB took the reservation system out of their Website. There are plenty of options on where to book
Seat reservations available before I purchase pass and then none available just after purchasing passes!
I have found that the website shows constantly that there are seated reservations available for journeys before you buy the pass. But then when you buy the pass and go to reserve exact seats one min later they suddenly become unavailable! On three out of the four journeys I checked and rechecked that seats reservations said it would be possible and then they aren’t after you buy the pass! This feels like seriously shocking and scammy behavior from this website! You should show more updated information so that people can make decision based on true facts. I would like a full refund!
