Hello,I have a global Interail Pass.I need to book a reservation for our return trip Zurich - Paris. I would like to book a traject with 2 changes (Zurich - Bâle, Bâle, Strasbourg, Strasbourg - Paris) but I can’t book because it’s written “Prices temporarily unavailable. Aucun résultat n'a été trouvé dans le système de réservation. Revenez dans quelques heures pour consulter les tarifs et effectuer cette réservation.” on the traject Strasbourg Paris. The train is ICE9574.Do you know how I could book? I checked on the Swiss train company but I don’t see how to book with an interrail pass.Many thanks!Julie
I am planning a trip with my wife and three sons to Europe in June. I have purchased 7 day Eurail passes and made the necessary train reservations except for one problematic leg of our trip. I am having great trouble making train reservations to Normandy and hope you can help. We want to travel from Paris to Bayeux or Caen the afternoon of Thursday, June 23 and return to Paris on Sunday morning, June 26. The Eurail trip planner shows SNCF TER trains available in and out of St. Lazare in Paris but when I try to book the reservation, it says “prices unavailable. It is possible that all passholder seats are sold out.” Upon investigation, it appears that SNCF isn't sharing information to allow reservations to be made online and you can only make a reservation in person at the train station. On SNCF’s website, it appears that some of these trains only require reservations on the weekends but the Eurail app shows that reservations are needed on almost all trip options. This leads me t
Hi, my girlfriend and I are looking to book some French and Italian trains which require a cover number, but we both have mobile passes. I’ve gathered this is a v common problem, so was hoping somebody would be able to sort us out with some cover numbers asap so that these trains don’t get all booked up!(i will happily provide both mine and my girlfriend’s reference number via pm) Thanks!
Yesterday Mobile pass was not generating the ticket for the newly added train. We are family and are on travelling and yesterday was the second travel day so we need urgent support. I contacted https://eurail.zendesk.com/hc/en-001/requests/new and no answered yet. I checked this morning and the ticket is now generated correctly, strange, but I am still very concerned that will happen again. Is there anyone here to help? Yesterday which was the second day of the travel days, I added another train to the pass. The train is also shown as added to ticket in my trip list. But old ticket from the very first travel day is shown instead in the pass when I trying to show ticket to conductor and it was always like that the whole day. Restart railplanner app does not help. Internet connection was fine. Yesterday we could not show the the valid ticket in the pass. Only the first day ticket which was in the past was shown. Of course the travel day counted correctly as 2.How can I make sure this
Hello everyone!We need to travel from Lausanne to Venice in one day, preferably arriving in Venice mid afternoon latest. When I try to book reservations on trains on the Eurail website, it keeps saying there is nothing available for this journey! It brings up the same message for every route into anywhere in Italy on that day! Help! It seems we are stuck in Lausanne! Can we board trains from Lausanne to Milan and on to Venice without making a reservation? I need to be sure we can do this so that I can book accommodation in Venice. Hello Guys,me and 3 friends want to visit France in May. Therefore we have bought an interrail ticket. We want to travel from Dresden main station (Germany) to Nantes main station (France) on the 12th of May with a departure at 8:12. The seat reservation from Paris to Nantes is no problem but the reservation from Frankfurt main station / Karlsruhe main station is not possible. We tried booking it in the rail planner app and via the website but it doesn't work. We have read in this forum thread https://community.eurail.com/train-connections-reservations-47/seat-reservation-at-sncf-1145 that we potentially need a pass cover number. The question is: Do we need this number to book this route or are there any other problems. And additionally: If we need this number to book this route can you explain how it is done? So I just bought the global pass and have started to make my first bookings and need a few step by step instructions to ger me started.So I bought 4 passes for me and my family and intend to put 2 passes on my phone and 2 on my wifes. Firstly, how do I plan the trip on the mobile pass for 4 of us, then move 2 passes to my wifes phone? Can this be done before activating? Once I add trips to the mobile pass is it then activated or not?Also I made my first reservation for a nightjet. This reservation will be towards the end of our trip so does it matter which order it is added to the pass?When making this nightjet booking on the obb site the confirmation said if I take the pdf ticket now it invalidates the cancellation policy and so to get the ticket at the station.I thought that the ticket, when added to the mobile pass would mean that I didn't need paper tickets? Have I got this wrong?Tia

I saw that Interrail is doing a 50% off discount for the passes and I wanted to ask if can non-European citizens benefit from the discount. I also checked the Eurail website for the discount but there is nothing stated about it. Can a buy a pass from Interrail’s website as a non-European citizen instead of Eurail’s website? Yeah, what I said in the title really…These are among the most popular night train routes on the continent, and not only is July peak season on a normal year, but 2022 will also be the first proper chance many people have had to travel abroad since the pandemic began. Accordingly there will be a lot of travellers planning to use these trains in July, and this track work couldn’t really have come at a worse time. :-(I’m aware that quite a few of the more expert users of this forum will already have known about this, but hopefully anyone who didn’t - and was counting on these trains for their itinerary - will see this reminder and adjust their plans accordingly.One possible alternative option for those who had been planning to come from Munich is the Trenitalia sleeper from Bozen, but this is on weekends only and only works for those travelling to Rome.
Hi all, my boyfriend and I made a reservation for a nighttrain from Berlin to Budapest-Keleti. When I download the ticket it is one ticket which says '’02 seats'’ but only my name is on it. Is it correct that you get 1 ticket for 2 people? We never made a reservation before so I want to double check everything. Btw: we checked the invoice and we did pay for the both of us. Hello! I have messaged support but not sure if they will get back in time. My girlfriend and I live in Sweden. We are currently on the train going home from the UK and are on the Hamburg to Copenhagen leg where we are planning on staying overnight. Tomorrow (4 April) we are planning to take an SJ train to Stockholm via Malmö. We have already booked seat reservations for the trains tomorrow. The InterRail app thinks that we are using an inbound today (3 April) despite ending in Copenhagen. I believe this is because we originally planned to go to Stockholm today but had to change as SJ has no available seats for reservation. When trying to add trips for tomorrow (and yes, we have anothe travel day) it comes up with the error that we have no outbound/inbound journies left. This is despite neither the My Trip nor My Plan section having any inbound trips selected or refering to Sweden. So now we are not sure how long we will be in Copenhagen for and whether we will be able to take the train
When checking trains, some are “included” and some have a cost for reservation. However, also in the ones that are “included”, it says “seat reservations required”. I am confused. Do I need a reservation for an “included” connection. I have a first class global pass.
Het lukte niet om in Parijs de juiste trein te boeken naar Spanje. Daarom ‘s avonds de nachttrein genomen. Nu heeft die trein bij mij twee dagen in rekening gebracht ipv één. Bij mijn reisgezel is het wel goed gegaan en is er één dag in rekening gebracht. Ik gebruik Apple, hij Samsung. Wat de reden ook is, ik krijg die dag er niet uit en Interraill is op geen enkele manier te bereiken. Ik probeer al vanaf 24 april een oplossing te vinden. Wat moet ik doen?
Hi , I have a couple of questions about making seat reservations. We are travelling with four people and we all have a mobile pass. I bought the mobile passes for all four. Should one of us make a seat reservation for all four? Do we sit next to each other in this case? Can we make reservations via the interrail website with a mobile pass?
Hey! Just bought my pass, however, my middle name in the pass is incorrect :(. One letter is missing for some reason..Does anybody know: Can I start making seat reservations via the interail and via travel.b-europe.com regardless?Its kind of urgent, as I intend to start my travel pretty soon. I am currently planning my journey on the Eurail app. I have a mobile pass.I have saved a journey to My Trip with a 10 Eur Seat Reservation charge.How is this charge paid?There is no option on the App to pay.Under “More’ you can select ‘Seat Reservations’ then select ‘Italy’ and it says ‘Book at major train stations – At a ticket office or self-service machine’Does this mean the reservation fee is paid at the station on the day? thanks,
I have a Global Pass (1st Class) for two people (Flex Pass,15 days over 2 months) that is not activated yet and I am adding journeys for the Month of May 2022. I have used the DB site to list all my journeys planned for a one month trip.I used the Planner to add my initial journey (May 13th) and a 2nd journey (May 16th) successfully. When I attempt to add the journey below for May 17th that date is displayed in both the Planner date at the top of the list and in the options below the date chosen is May 16th. Arles France to Aix-en-Provence departing May 17th at 06:40 (TER 76530 Arles-->Marseille-St-Charles) and 07:53 (TER 80116 Marseille-St-Charles-->Aix-en-Provence).Thanks in advance for any help.
Hello, yesterday april 4th I ordered and payed for a mobile pass but I have not received it. The amount has been drawn from my bank account but when logging onto my eurail it says I have no orders. I have searched the community and seen that others have had similar difficulties. I have emailed customer desk but without any response and from what I have read in other threads in the community they do not always respond within the promised 48 hours which makes me stressed since I need to start making seat reservations. Email : firstname.lastname@example.org does not work. when clicked on HELP, assistant is limited in helping get the answers. The responses are in loop. same with facebook messenger, kept asking the same questions but no immeidate answer. Placed the pass in the cart but i cannot check them out. this cause me to lose my confidence in buying the EURAIL. I hope it is not a mistake to buy the EURAIL pass. Thanks.
