Hello, just lost my phone today on the train, someone found it back and left it in basel switzerland station. Tomorrow is my last travel day, i was planning to go back to paris but before that i need to go to basel from kehl germany. I cannot make reservations online with my computer, need help to deactivate my pass and add it on another device for tomorrow thank you !!!
hey guys! i‘ve booked the 3-month-ticket with a 10% discount, now there’s a 50% discount on the interrail website. do you know if i can get a refund for my „old“ ticket and buy the same pass, but with the 50% discount; or is my ticket already considered a promotional pass because of the 10% discount?
Travelling as family of 4 and purchased passes with one email address. If I add all 4 to one device using mobile app I assume we cannot split travel at any time? My husband needs to return sooner than the rest of us so should he load his pass onto his device separately? How then do I reserve seats together for the journeys together if that makes sense?
Hi there,Everytime I plan my journey, the journeys are kicked out of my railplanner and timetable…. Also half of the qr codes aren’t working… it says there is no journey for that day but I planned it.I am a little bit stressed out right now, because i’m travelling right now and i neef my passes and qr codes…I hope there is a solution.Kind regards,Sofie Wetsema
Apologies if this has been asked. Newbie here. I'm planning on traveling around parts of Europe for a few weeks. Route sorted. Do I have to book all of the trains individually and work out travel distant and timings myself or is there such an app - seems a very painful process of trying to plan the trains on the route. Any help appreciated.
HII have deactivated my mobile pass but cannot update he passport number.Contacted customer support via chatbot 2 days ago.Should I -wait for customer support exchanged for a new pass with correct number travel with both old and current passports.Chris
I have purchased reservations but now can't find them
Family travelling from Brussels to Cologne on a Germany country pass (the route is covered).I found a train in the Interrail app that says “reservations not required” but I thought I’d play it safe and reserve seats anyway. The German site bahn.com says the train is fully booked. So, which is it - can we travel without reservations, or is the train so full that we won’t get on even without reservations? It’s only a two hour trip so as long as we can get on I’m sure we can sit on our bags if we can’t find a seat. Just worried about actually getting on the train. Same situation for all trains that day or I would have booked whichever one I could.
Hi allI would like to take the train from Athens to Thessaloniki on August 16th, but the Interrail app indicates a compulsory seat reservation. I cannot do this via the Interrail website (Not available from Interrail.eu. This seat reservation can’t be booked on our website. Check 'More information' for other ways to book.), but I can’t seem to find a way to reserve a seat via the Hellenic Trains or Happyrail websites either.Does anyone know how to do this? I will be in Athens from August 8th on - would it be an option to make a reservation at the train station in person? Thanks in advance!
I need help badly as I'm travelling soon. I have a Flexi pass giving me four days' travel. I've made all reservations successfully and loaded the first two days' journeys onto the pass. But the next two days simply will not load. They show under My Trips but will not link with the pass. There is one page of the app which is supposed to let you link with a pass but it only allowed paper passes. There are no error messages showing. I've tried messaging and Facebook - no reply. The phone number given in the app is ‘unobtainable', travel time gets ever closer and I'm desperate. Please could someone help thanks.

Hi!I am trying to book seat reservations from Bergen-Voss and Myrdal-Oslo, but cannot get through the booking as the "continue to traveller details" button does not work.I have also tried to book on the Norwegian vy page, but you can only book reservations in addition to single tickets - which I do not need because I have a global pass. Where/How can I book my seat reservations otherwise?
Hey, when i make a reservation on this site i have to enter my MobilePass Code. Does this - if done on my Computer - effect in any way my pass on the Smartphone? Or does it activate the pass? And which role plays the Trip I connect on the Computer if i have another Trip connected in the mobile App i plan to use for the journey? Hi, I just posted a topic as the trains times available on the interrail website are different from those available on the app. For instance, I would like to book (and find out about reservations for):Cologne - Krakow (Monday 5th of September) - 06:17 - 18:10 (reservations needed from Berlin-Krakow) However, this is not shown on the app. So how would i show the train ticket collector that I have a reservation? Or is that only for the first day of travel? After that do I just show the QR code? The only journeys available on the app are night trains. Thanks,Alex
Hi guys!I have the interrail global pass with 4 trips within a month. I hve already booked one trip from Vienna in Austria (where I live) to Stralsund in Germany. Now I wanted to book a train from Stralsund to Regensburg and it showed me that I had to use the second outbound/inbound trip. Why is that?I should mention that I`ve accidentally filled in Germany as my country of residence instead of Austria.Could anyone please help me? Cuando tienes que apuntar la fecha y hora de los trenes en el pase impreso, al lado pone: « From: To: »Mi duda es si por ejemplo tomo un tren de Milan a Pisa, debo poner simplemente el nombre de la ciudad o el del tren. Por ejemplo: Milano Rogoredo o poner simplemente Milano Mi otra duda es si hago ese trayecto, tengo que hacer dos trasbordos, ¿debo apuntarlos? The point of my visa is to explore France and the EU with ability to work if I choose so. I am also going to school in France starting in September. I live perminently in France for the next year at least. I should be eligible for the pass but in the terms and conditions it says you can’t use a Visa to buy?How can I buy a pass? I am Canadian just by the way.
Hi, I have a train selected from Wien Hbf (Vienna) to Krakow Glowny (Poland) that requires seat reservation. On the app it requires me to go to an external site. I can either book with the CD or Deutsche Bahn; however, when I go to the sites and find the train it has no option to allow me to even reserve. I do not travel to Poland (hopefully) for a little over a month and unsure if the timing is not allowing me to reserve? Someone help please!
Hi Guys, myself and friends are trying to book trains from zagreb to split and back again at the start of september but there isnt an option to reserve seats for every single train for the next few weeks. Is there an issue with the booking system or are all of the trains actually reserved? Thank you
I made an earlier post; however bare with me please as I am new to interrailing!I decided to buy the 15 days for 2 months pass. I made an itinerary which on the most part has worked out; however, my origin is from Split Croatia and I wanted to take a train to Zagreb. The route requires reservation and when I am sent to eurorails external link to book them, all tickets from various days say I am unable to buy the seats. I have heard that Croatia allows you to buy tickets at the box office, hoping that is the case can anyone vouch for this? I am having the same issue with Zagreb to Ljubljana.I also planned a route from Vienna to Krakow and then Krakow to Prague, again with seat reservations allowing me to boo. This was the earlier post I made regarding this issue where someone commented back how Polish trains usually wait 30 days beforehand to book. Again, can anyone vouch for this? My wife and I bought an interrail pass for our 18 year old son, but my wife activated the pass on her phone. How can we set it up on our son’s phone? He starts his travel very soon (3 days). I bought an Interrail Global Pass.I’m trying to book a seat for the train from Copenhagen to Hamburg on the 19th of August (I’m flexible with dates)However, the interrail app is not allowing me to book and on the German train website is not possible to make interrail reservations.I’m calling them and there is no answer. If I wait to get to the station to make a reservation in person, chances are there will be no seats left. Is there any other way of booking seats on trains? Thanks,
Hi, when I click "My Pass" in the Rail Planner app it loads and says: "Something went wrong""We couldn't load your Pass details. Make sure you are online and try again." I am using Wi-Fi. My phone and Rail Planner app are up to date, I reinstalled the app and restarted my phone but still the same issue. I also clicked "Enable error logging". I am in the middle of my travels and am travelling tomorrow. Help.
