Hey,I am trying to book a seat reservations for the train from BRATISLAVA HLAVNA STANICA to KRAKOW GLOWNY (direct) for 2 travellers, however it says I will receive a paper ticket? I start my trip tomorrow so will be unable to wait for the ticket to arrive at my home. I have managed to book all the other trains on my trip to have a mobile ticket but not sure why this journey is unable to receive a mobile ticket. Any help/suggestions would be really appreciated!

Nu blijken er werkzaamheden te zijn tussen Den Haag en Rotterdam, dus start de reis per trein pas in Rotterdam. Moet ik nu een nieuw ticket aanmaken in de app of kan ik op Rotterdam CS door de poortjes met m'n huidige ticket?
Hi All, I wonder if anyone can help…I bought a seat reservation for the Berlin to Brussels night train, and I have an interrail mobile pass. But, the sleeper journey doesnt show up in the interrail journey finder, so how can I add the journey to the pass??
Hello,I am on a Euro trip this summer with my teenage daughters, so far the facilities on the trains have been goo but we are wondering if there is wifi and charging points on thee trains from Budapest to Zagreb as its a long 6 hour journey! many thanks Anna
I have 4 passes associated with the 4 people who are going to travel together. In My Trip I see a person with a p and the other 3 with a c (I think it's a copy), but in the person with the p I can't add trips, because when I try, it gives me the option to add the three people with c, but not in the one with the p..., what am I doing wrong?? Why can't I see the trip in one of the people (the one with the p)?Thank you.
Moin,wenn ich aufgrund der DB meinen Anschlusszug, der nach Frankreich führt verpasse, kann ich einfach den nächsten nehmen? Weil ich hab für den Anschlusszug die Sitzplatzreservierung gekauft gehabt. Oder muss ich dann erneut Sitzplätze kaufen? wenn ja, krieg ich das wenigstens erstattet?
Hi,My friend purchased both mine and his interrail passes. I have logged in to mine on the app. I have created a trip and activated my pass. He has booked a few train reservations for both of us. He has since shared his trip which has the travel reservations on. I have also since found out that once I've activated my pass I can't change what trip it applies to so I can't change my pass to be on the shared trip. Will this be ok? He has screenshots of the tickets that he can print out and give to me. I wanted to check so I don't arrive and get turned away!Any help would me much appreciated.Many thanks
Hello all! I am writing With regard to an upcoming trip I have scheduled in late August. I recently purchased the Eurail 10 days of travel and have been planning my trip. I searched destinations using the planner to which I added to my trip folder. Following this I made them each one of the travel days and flicked the banner to use one of my purchased days. When I click into my pass I see the days for which I am scheduled and notice that each come with a QR code to show for the ticket. My question is when I click on the QR code, I see under the “Journey” headline that it says for each that “Seat Reservations are Required.” I am having trouble figuring this aspect out. Do I need to do an additional step to secure my seat or is having added these to my trip as active accounts enough? I will be traveling in the later part of August and cannot wait. Please let me know at your earliest connivence!
Hello - I am looking to travel from Copenhagen Airport into Sweden. From what I see on the Eurail website it looks like this is covered by my pass. But in the mobile app there is no option to select the airport station when adding a trip. I only see the city station. How do I add this trip? Thanks!
I’m trying to book the night train from Krakow to Vienna on the Cd.cz website however it is telling me that the ticket is unavailable.On the interrail website it says it opens 60 days in advance.I looked at this train 58 days in advance.Is it sold out already?!!!!Please please help!!!!!!!

I thought we couldn’t reserve trains but I managed ot get prices and put traveller information in for Santander-Madrid and also Madrid-Barcelone It all goes well until the payment part where it then says - this connection is no longer available. Is something new going on and is something broken? Thank you

I am trying to reserve a train from Barcelona to Paris on 14 August 2023. Eurail website instructs me to go to SNCF. On the SNCF website, there is no way to reserve a seat without buying a ticket.Please advise ASAP. The train I wanted to go on is already booked!anne france
I will travel with my family, two adults and a 2-year-old child.I initially ordered two interrail global passes, one for me and one for my wife, as my child travels for free.But then, as I started to make group reservations, I realise I could not include my daughter because she had no pass. As many users, I was not aware that I had to associate a child pass with an adult pass to make a group reservation because your website is not clear and even counterintuitive (my daughter is 2 and the child pass is named “Child (4-11)”). It’s a shame, you should definitely clarify this !I found out in the FAQ that I had to ask a (85%) refund for my adult pass and order a new pass for myself and my child, which I did. My questions are the following :The initial order was for 2 passes, one for me and one for my wife : I asked to refund my pass only and would like to be sure the pass for my wife will not be cancelled (I only needed to replace one of the two passes to solve the problem of the child pass
Hello,I want to start my journey from Berlin to Basel tomorrow, direct connection, my residence country is Germany but the app does not recognise the outbound trip - so the ticket says it is not valid in Germany? What can I do? I didn’t find this question in the forum yet. Thanks for your help!=)
There’s going to be 2 of us travelling toghether and we want to book seats from the “Rail Planner” App. The thing is that we have added two passes to the same device, but they are on different journeys. So when we make the seat reservation there is no record that there are two people and only one seat is reserved. How can we book both seats at the same time through the application?
Hello - before I activate my pass I wanted to check train availability.When checking on Paris-Amsterdam for Monday August 7th, on the website it says ‘Reservations required’ and then ‘Reservation unavailable’, but on the Rail planner app it says ‘Reservations required’ and then give a price for the seat reservation.Which one should I trust ?
I have a continuous 1 month pass and I was having issues with booking tickets on the website. (I dont know if this is to do with buying on myinterrail.co.uk, so while I can get the pass on my phone when redirected to eurail to buy tickets its not the same account so it says there is no pass under orders). Anyway I have booked a few trains already on my laptop instead and clicked the option on an interrail pass on both Eurostar, OBB and TGV. I have printed out these tickets but they are not on my app pass. Is this going to be a problem if I show the print out and then my pass but the ticket not being on the pass? I do not have a problem with trips that do not require a reservation as these can simply be added to the trip in the app. Have I made a mistake and it is possible to link a ticket from myinterrail.co.uk to eurail website when reserving tickets. (i dont mind paying the 2 euro extra if I had peace of mind that it is on my pass).
Hi, all! I bought a pass for 5 members of my family for upcoming travel. I also purchased reservations (for all 5 of us) through the website for two different trains. I have not activated our passes yet.Now with our trip approaching I was trying to set up the mobile app, and discovered that the trips I created online don’t carry over. While traveling, I was planning to use the mobile app to activate the pass, activate travel days, and add additional tickets for trains that don’t require reservations. But I can’t figure out how this will work with the two trips I’ve already booked.I was thinking I could do everything through the website instead, but I can’t see how to get tickets for trains that don’t require reservations through the website. Can someone help me with how to proceed? We leave in a week and I’m beginning to regret buying these passes; everything has been so complicated. :( Thanks for any help!
I have the Eurail Global Pass and am trying to purchase my seat reservations from Paris to Interlaken and while I am able to add the seat to my cart, it will not let me proceed to payment details. This is what pops up when I try to check out. The seating is not sold out as I’ve tried to purchase the seats on SNCF connect’s website and it’s available. Is this a problem on Eurail’s side? Is there another way to purchase the seat reservations?
Hello people, I have the Interrail France Germany friend Pass and I’m having some troubles using it.I live in Bordeaux (France) and I’d like to visit Berlin (Germany) on July 28, 2023 for a week. From my understanding, I should use a Outbound trip to go Bordeaux-Berlin and an Inbound trip for my return Berlin-Bordeaux. Then I have 7 usable days for train travel within Germany.Here’s the catch, the app won’t let me use my pass to go to Berlin. I must take these trains:Bordeaux - Paris MontparnasseParis Nord - KoelnKoeln - Berlin I can activate my outbound journey for Bordeaux - Paris. They want that I use one of my 7 days for my Koeln - Berlin train. But I cannot use my pass for my Paris - Koeln train (this is the train that crosses the frontier). The app says “Our network doesn’t cover some of theses trains”. Am I missing something? Everytime my train needs to cross the frontier it seems like I can’t use my pass.Also, is that normal that I need to pay 92€ of sit reservation fees for my
