Hi, our family of 3 need to travel from London to Paris on 6/12 and I have not been able to make seat reservation from both EURAIL nor b-EUROPE.com. In EURAIL, I can’t find the available. But I can find available time in b-EUROPE.com. But when I enter the pass cover using the pass numbers in my global pass purchase confirmation email, it said my number is invalid. Can someone helps me please!
I am trying to book a trip from Offenburg, Germany to London on 26/6. I would prefer to travel through Lille so we don’t have to change train stations. There are options but the site keeps saying pricing/reservations aren’t available at this time. I’ve had this issue daily for the past week...which means I’ve been reserving just 1 trip per day. If I try to schedule more than 1 at a time the website goes crazy slow. I really need to get this scheduled. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!
Help!So we are currently trying to reserve the seats needed for our trip in August, but now that we have found, and selected, all the trains and seats, for some reason the button that says “continue to traveler details” can’t be clicked.We have filled all the boxes that could be filled. Hello!I'm from Lyon (France) and I would like to travel to Budapest with an interrail global pass. My plan is to travel from Lyon to Paris then from Paris to Budapest then come back (Budapest => Paris => Lyon). I wanted to know if the journey from Lyon to Paris is included in the interrail global pass ? or only the journey from Paris to Budapest ?Thank you

Hello!I have a travel pass for me and my family. But for some reason we cannot make a seat reservation from Kristiansand - Oslo and from Oslo - Bergen and other destinations. Via de app we can see the possible itineraries, but when we go to the website to book (as it is not possible through the app for some reason), I keep receiving this error: “We can't find any trains that match your search. Please change your search and try again.” I have no idea what I am doing wrong, but it is frustrating as we really want to plan our trip.Can someone help me out?
Hi,I really hope you can help me. I need to book reservations for my and the 4 other people in my group to get on the 11:04 Eurostar from London St Pancras to Amsterdam Centraal on 28/06/22 and also the NJ468 Nightjet train from Vienna to Paris on 23/07/22. I seem to be unable to book these on the interrail website or on the websites for the individual railway companies and it's showing an error message that it may be fully booked. I have however seen this error message before when this was not the case. How do I find out of they are in fact fully booked and how can I get on those trains? I really need to be on them.

While planning, I bought a reservation train ticket for us both (two travellers in the same ticket). Will this ticket be linked to her pass somehow? How should we procceed? Thanks in advance!
Is it necessary that I take the next train at the same spot where I left the last one? Or is it allowed to travel otherwise in the meantime. For example: I travel to Berlin, now I chill some days. Does my next ride has to start in Berlin or is it allowed that my next ride is from Amsterd (because I travelled with a car in the meantime for example). Thanks guys!
AVE counter officer at Barcelona Sants request to see the app running on phone to be able to make a seat reservation, declaring this is consigned on the terms and conditions policy? is it true?
I'm having two problems with my Eurail pass: I’m not able to do a seat reservation in one of my journeys specific the one between Barcelona Sants - Madrid Puerta de Atocha on the 13th June 2022. I have contacted Eurail customer service about this, they explained that seat reservation between Barcelona Sants and Madrid Puerta de Atocha, have to be purchase on person at the station counter. However as seat reservations are recommended to be purchase at least two weeks prior to travel date, as not many spots are available for holders of Eurail pass, I don't have the chance to buy it until the day of my arrival and departure (13 June), when I need to continue my trip coming from Paris same day.I asked a relative living in Paris to come to a TGV station to purchase a reservation seat on my name, for Paris - Barcelona journey. The TGV officer was very helpful and seat reservation purchase was success.However, I asked another relative in Barcelona to do the same at AVE office at Barcelona San
Hello,I have a global mobile pass.I want to book a seat for July: Napoli to Calabriaon the FR tain.When going to ‘check out’ on the interail reservation website: all the sudden 9€ extra to SEND me a paper ticket!!! (Belgium)we choose to travel with ECO awareness and then are obliged to have a paper ticket?I booked another one yesterday, also frecciarossa train and worked fine with PDF seat reservation.can anyone please clarify why this difference? I try to reservate seat for our traject Brussels - Bari en Bari-Brussels but the reservationtool doesn’t work.or the traintimes don’t load or it says prices aren’t currently available I tried it with two computers and my smartphone, but it never works.

For example, I see in the app that I’d need to add a certain train conncection of a given day/time to my Globalpass. However, can I still travel that same day but in another time in case of delay due to train connection or my plan changes?Thanks a lot!
Hi,As it seem to be almost impossible to reserve seats in France and Spain, either it is not possible, or it is, or its just sent by post, how much time is needed to reserve in person?For example, if I arrive in Perpignan the 15th June, will I most likely? be able to book reservation on a train from Perpignan to Zaragoza the 17th?(SNCF) I mean, that's almost 2 days from I arrive in Perpignan, till I leave. Before Perpignan, I will be in Strasbourg for one night (14th-15th), if I go to the ticket office there (14th), will I be able to book reservations there? now its 3 days before? is it not enough time? who are all these people booking up all reservations, in person! all over Europe? :))) Im traveling with a small dog, so its making me a little bit extra stressed over the situation.

Two quick but very important questions: How can one reliably get paper tickets (in the case when e-tickets aren’t available) when they do not have an address to receive them (I am not in one place for more than 2-3 nights as a traveller/backpacker)? I’ve seen some suggestions in my searches, but wanted to solidify my understanding of the issue/solutions, because it seems so counter-intuitive to the proposed freedom and flexibility of a Eurail/Interrail pass. I say 'reliably' because getting paper tickets at train stations as a foreigner seems complicated (e.g., which company or station must I go to, will we be able to converse in the same language effectively?), and more importantly it puts me at risk of trying to book a train too late (e.g., I show up and it's full). Another option I saw recommended: searching through various providers and then calling them. Again, doing this chasing, then maybe waiting on hold, just to get an e-ticket

Tried with Bahn.de and so on. I looked up previous questions here in the community, and is it correct that this seat reservation can only be made on a Croatian train station? However when we searched train times from spain to Portugal it said "we cant find any train times that match your search". Does this mean that its not possible to take trains from spain to portugal. And in thata case where do we have to travel from to get to Portugal. We want to travel to the cities Faro, Lisboa and Porto
Hello! Im trying to book a high speed train from paris-barcelona but when i get to the checkout i get paper ticket only delivered by post? And i also can’t check out after writing my post adress details so I'm not sure what to do. I also tried to book reservations on the sncb website but i can't find where to put in interrail pass as a discount. (Me and my friend bought the interrail paper passes)
Good evening, in 2020 I won a paper interrail pass but I couldn't use it due to the covid. Last year I was sent a digital one which I put in the Interrail app. I am trying to make a reservation for a train in France from travel-b and I am asking for the cover pass number. The digital pass does not have this type of code but the paper one of 2020 does. Can I insert the one of 2020? Is it the same pass from 2021 but in paper format? Because otherwise I don't know what code to enter in travel-b
Hello,I’m looking to make a train reservation for two travellers on 12.6 from Barcelona to Paris. Specifically the TGV 9708 at 9:10. However, when I go to make the reservation, they say they will not ship it to me because it will take too long to deliver by post. I tried going on the SNCF page for tickets, but I wasn’t able to find a place to use the Eurail Pass on the website. Any help would be appreciated. I looked at the seewulf post, but it didn’t seem to have anything for the SNCF site. Also, I’m in Germany. Tried going to my local DB station, but they just looked at me blankly and said there was nothing they could do. I also tried calling 0033 18494 3635 (which I think is SNCF) and they said, no the website is wrong, we can’t help you. So, I’m kind of at a loss, do I just show up early day of and try to get a ticket at the train station?
Trying to book trains in Italy in the middle of July (Venezia - La Spezia 16/7 and Genoa - Zürich 21/7) but I just get the following message. It was the same when I tried to book a few days ago.
