Hello,I too am trying to book on b-europe.com but don’t have a pass cover number for my mobile eurail pass.I understand that eurail is - like everyone else! - struggling with staffing issues and high demand.But it’s been two days since I sent a message… I’m starting to get anxious that I won’t be able to reserve seats when it’s so tantalizingly close.Could anyone monitoring the board could please give me advice?Many thanks,Dave
I am in USA and want to make a train reservation for a part of my trip. By time I get to Spain the train will probably be full or have no Eurail seats left. I see that I cannot make the reservation from the Eurail website or app. I saw somewhere that I can reserve directly with TGV using a cover pass number but when I go to the TGV website I don’t see how to do that. Has anyone done this?
I have purchased a 1 month 3 day interrail pass for mysefl, wife and 2 children to use on our trip to France in the summer. We need to travel from Paris to Bordeaux for a week and then return just over a week later. If I try and reserve seats on the trains between Paris and Bordeaux on the Eurail website it is telling me that none are available. It says prices are not available and that passholder seats could be sold out. I can see through travel.b-europe that there are reservations on trains that I would like to travel on but that seems to only allow booking for Paper passes and I have mobile passes. I’ve tried contacting support through email but have not had a response yet and it’s been over a week. Are there any other ways to book these reservations? We have limited flexibility so I don’t want reservations to sell out on the trains we want to go on. Anyone got any ideas?
Hello there,my boyfriend and I have recently bought the interrail Greek island pass for six days. Now we want to make reservations on Greek domestic roots. We called the call centre in Athens (number from the flyer +30 210 8919800), they told us we need a certain number that verifies our Greek island pass. Where can I find this number? It should begins with an I followed by several numbers. Kind regardskiki
I have activated my eurail global pass, but every time I try to make reservations on the eurail website the page will not load. On the rare occasion that it does load there are often no prices listed and I cannot add tickets to my cart. I can see the train routes and prices that I am looking for on the app. Is this an issue with the eurail website and is there a way to fix it?
I bought first class passes for my son and I to travel from London to Munich, then Munich to Paris, and Paris back to London, yet no matter what I try, we’re unable to book from London across to even begin our journey. It keeps telling me I might have to buy a full fare ticket despite already buying first class passes for almost $1000. I don’t know what to do because we leave this Wednesday and I’ve been trying to get a hold of Eurail by phone for 2 weeks. Their response by email took a week and only said they’d try to be able to contact me within a week. We’re flying over Wednesday. Help please!
HelloWe organize a trip for 7 people from Paris to Wroclaw in Poland.I would like to get a reservation for an ICE 9557 train from Paris East to Mannheim on August 5, 2002at 7:06 pm.On Rail planner, the reservation is at the price of 16€ per person.But booking is impossible on the website of Interail.eu. It tells us:"Prices temporarily unavailableNo results found in the booking system. Check back in a few hours to see the rates and make this reservation."I went to the Dbahn website. Booking is impossible. We went to the Gare de Lyon in Paris. Booking for this train is only possible until Saarbruecken.This is the first train of our journey. Missing itinerary in Eurail site - 7/30 NJ402 Zurich to Amsterdam missing from search, but 7/30 NJ402 Zurich to Utrecht is reservable?
I am planning on doing my reservations using a 5 day/1 month Eurail pass and one of the legs is to take OBB Nightjet from Zurich to Amsterdam on 7/30. I see NJ402 servicing this route on 7/30 from Zurich to the Netherlands.However I do not see NJ402 Zurich to Amsterdam as an option when searching on Eurail’s site. Checking OBB’s site and Trainline I do see NJ402 Zurich to Amsterdam route as an option, but Eurail’s site only shows NJ402 going from Zurich to Utrecht. Is this a bug in the website? I don’t want to book Zurich to Utrecht; I want Zurich to Amsterdam and clearly NJ402 goes towards Amsterdam Centraal but for some reason the site does not list it as an option.Alternatively is it possible to reserve not on Eurail’s site for train days valid on a Eurail pass? I guess if I can reserve elsewhere and circumvent Eurail’s site that might work but I wanted to reserve all the seats I needed to on Eurail’s site out of convenience.
HelloWe are travelling around Europe with the global pass. We are trying to book seat reservations from Paris to Montpellier, but it seems every train is sold out. Is this a mistake on the website or is it actually possible that every train the next month is fully booked.

El caso es que yo elegí la opción de viajar con amigos pero no encontré ningún sitio en la web para incluirlos en mi viaje y creo que debería haberlo hecho. No entiendo por que si debería haberlos incluido (puesto que elegí el viaje en grupo) no me saltó ningún aviso o incompatibilidad de que no había añadido a ningún amigo a mi viaje. ¿Hay alguna forma de habiendo elegido el viaje en grupo pero no habiendo añadido a mis amigos los pueda incluirlos ahora de alguna forma?
Hi,I’m trying to book seat reservations on the 9:12 from Prague to Budapest on October 8th. On the horrid Eurail app it says seat reservations necessary, on the ghastly eurail website it says ticket not available and on OBB it says seat reservation not necessary…..any idea which one is correct, oy!
We are a family of 5 interrailing for the first time this summer. Really looking forward to it :-)For some trains it was easy to make a reservation, but there are a few where it is not possible via the app. So I thought lets ask a question to the more experienced interrailers.Do you think we can reserve seats at the station in Berlin on 9 July? Hello,I bought a mobile pass. I would like to make my first reservation for Paris - Barcelona. However, when I try to reserve a seat, I have no choice but to receive my ticket in "paper format" which will be sent to my home address at a cost of 9€. I don’t understand why ? Hello everyone,I bought 2 Global Passes (not activated yet).I want to book 2 Reservations (because it is mandatory) for a train from Basel SBB to Paris on 03.06.2022 and also on the same from Paris to London.Also for the way back I need to book these trains in advance.Somehow when I use the “book reservations”-tool on the eurail.com-website I can´t find anytrains. It is just loading forever.What can I do?

Dumb question, I know. But I just wanna make sure. All of those dots are stops where you can get off, right? I need to take a train to Köeln from Berlin but I need to take the train that goes to Bonn-Bad and I just wanna make sure that I can actually get off in Köeln haha.

I bought a Eurail Global Mobile pass recently, I’m having a lot of issues with Eurail's Eurostar booking process.On May 16th, I tried to booked London-Lille Eurostar seat reservations for two people for June 3rd on https://www.eurail.com/en/book-reservations#/. I paid for the ticket and the charges are fully processed (not pending any more) on my credit card. However, I do not see the reservation tickets on my account https://www.eurail.com/en/my-account/reservation-booking-details/my-itinerary, nor have I received any confirmation email. It’s not clear to me whether the ticket was actually booked, and this is putting me in a limbo because if it’s not booked, I would need to book other options (e.g. flights) as soon as possible. I contacted Eurail customer support about a related issue (#163688), and they mentioned “I can see that a pre-reservation was made for London-Lille on 03/06.” However, I still do not see the London-Lille seat reservations on https://www.eurail.com/en/my-account
I just bought a Eurail 15 days in 2 months Pass and was trying to book seat reservations. I will be arriving in Paris on May 31st and my first train is on June 1st from paris to Lyon, which is why I really want to book my reservations online, not in person.I have tried multiple times, and many different routes, but I keep getting the same error message. It says: “please find an alternate connection, the unavailable leg will be removed from your cart”. This message pops up no matter the route or time I try.I also tried to book through the travel.b.europe website, however, I need a pass cover number for that, and I have a digital pass. I do not want to risk booking the ticket the day of arrival so I don’t know how this can be fixed.
